The service was outstanding. CSR: Naomi was very pleasant and knowledgeable she did an outstanding job. Everyone else including Victor, Joao, and Daniel were also great. I will definitely bring my other vehicle here.

Can't ck diff oils or t case with out changing the oil in that part! What? I drove further to get valvoline change! The guys seem good, must be a management issue! Need to have qualified person to train train! Bob

I had such a great experience the first time, so I returned the next time I needed an oil change. I love the fact they have female technicians, which speaks volumes about the ethics of the company. Never pushy, highly knowledgeable and always friendly. Customer service is A+. Shout out to Naomi at the Seminole, FL location. Keep up the great work!

I m from Columbus, Ohio and vacationing near treasure island.I always go to Valvoline , no matter where I am.There wasn t any wait time.. I was welcomed by Naomi. She had a great attitude. She was friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful.She was all about customer care.She came across as professional and a good team player and manager.The technicians did a quick, efficient and thorough job. They were all friendly, knowledgeable and impressive.An equivalent malfunction resulted in some oil drops on my windshield. Naomi cleaned the windshield, then drove my car through the very nice car wash located adjacent to them, at no cost to me. I was also given a discount.I highly recommend Valvoline and specifically this Valvoline in Seminole, managed by Naomi.Service: Oil change

It was fast. Polite & professional... would've been 5 stars. But, they told me that they tested my battery 3 times adjusting the clips and it was going bad. I said it was a Sam's battery I have free replacement. Got Sam's they tested it it was good. stopped at a auto part store free test. also good.

My battery died in my car while traveling for work and Naomi was AMAZING. She went the extra mile to make sure we located the invoice and got the battery covered, even though it was 10 to close. Excellent customer service!

I had an excellent experience here. I didn t even get out of my car. If you get there at the right time they will bring you right in and do your oil change and check the other little things on your car and you will be out of there within 15-20 minutes. It was very nice and I will be going back if I can get another discount.

Pricey full synthetic $102.71 for 5.5 qts. No extras!They were very polite and did check: signals, brake lights, headlights, air filters, fluids etc.

I came here Because I saw a Groupon available about a year ago and I keep coming back Naomi is AWESOME the best service I ve ever received a a garage not only does she explain everything so my girlfriend understands what s being done to her car she makes it entertaining along the way. We ve gotten several oil changes, ATF change, and power steering fluid done. Staff was Very Friendly and Courteous. Technician was informative and helpful, No high Pressure to perform other repairs or service to vehicle which I appreciated. Technician also described other things that would benefit either being cleaned or replaced. All in all it was a great experience, I will definitely return when my vehicle requires an oil changeService: Oil change

The team led by Naomi was excellent!! Wesley handled the top work and Ronnie worked the pit. Then they took up other tasks to check tire pressure and install new wiper blades upfront. Enjoyed our time chatting with all of them!! Highly recommended them!!

First time using Valoline. They didn't reset my oil sensor...no big deal. I called the store and the lady walked me through how to reset. My biggest issue is that the window sticker they gave my husband (who took my car in for me) had the return mileage scratched out and a new mileage amount written in with marker. I called the store to ask why the wrong mileage printed and a new mileage was hand written over it. I was told that their warranty covers 3k miles and the sticker only prints the return mileage this way. She continued to say that if a customer knows their vehicle and wants to return in 6k miles and asks the technician to write 6k miles on the sticker then they will do that. So I called my husband to find out what transpired...he did not ask for the technician to cross out the 3k and write 6k. The technician did it on his own. The technician said that because of the synthetic oil that was used, I will get 6k miles out of it and not 3k. So I have no confidence in what happened with my oil change. Do I go back in 3k miles? Do I go back in 6k miles? What kind of oil did they even use? Maybe change the warranty so no one is scratching out what the system is pritning. Oil changes shouldn't be this complicated. I've never had this happen and I've gotten oil changes for years.Service: Oil change
