Jim has been our family mechanic for 10 plus years. He is honest, efficient and professional. He will get the job done at a fair price and on time. Bonus is his waiting room is so nice! Coffee, water, snacks. So if you have to wait you will be in comfort. Highly recommend Jim and his crew!

True Auto was fabulous to us. They were able to get our truck in for service same week. AAA hauled it there on Wednesday afternoon. The 5vhr job was done by Friday noon. Great Company to deal with. Ask for Jim tell them John & Tammy Verratti recommended them

Never in my 53 years have I had a good experience with mechanics.. Jimmy {owner} had Joe do my work at the shop.. I have never been happier..I am super particular about my vehicle and the shop did not make any qualms about respecting my wishes.. To the tee!!! Thank you Jimmy and Joe for a long over due fantastic experience from an auto shop.. Please if you are reading this recommend to all your friends and the prices are so low you almost feel guilty at check out time.. Thank you True Auto!!! Nothing's Truer!!!!!!!

Not being from here I was concerned about getting a tire fixed. I should not have been as Jim removed the nail in my tire and patched up the new tire and all that in 1 hour. Best service.

I have known Jim at Jim's true Auto Repair since I was in Middle school. He has grown to be the most honest most skilled and absolute best Master Mechanic that you can find in the Pinellas County area at a fair rate at that. I would recommend him to anybody for any of your auto needs. Located off Seminole Boulevard South of Park Boulevard big yellow sign on the right can't miss it

This guy's great and very honest. I don't go anywhere else now.Just went there again for some other work. Jim found a problem with my shocks and asked me When I got them. I had no idea and somehow he found out when I had purchased them somewhere else and the warranty was still good.!!!!He could've easily just told me. Oh, well, here's the price of new ones.But the fact that he didn't is unreal. Nobody does that. If you're going to somebody else in this area to get your car fixed ......You're going to the wrong place.

Thoroughly impressed with the high level service and efficiency that true auto operates with. Brought my Jeep in for a few repairs and it s never driven better. They went into detail of the repairs completed and completed them in a timely manner. I can see why everyone refers people to bring their cars here!

While on our vacation, our son's truck flat tire needed repaired. After having been told by a previous repair shop that the tire couldn't be repaired and that he would need to buy a new tire, we took a chance and brought the flat tire to True Auto Repair. True Auto not only repaired the flat tire, but took the time to mount the tire back on our son's truck, and restore the trucks spare tire back to its storage place. It is so rare to be treated with such courtesy and professionalism.

Jim and his crew at True Auto Repair is the absolute best! I was referred to him by multiple! friends 7 years ago and quit going to the dealership ever since. He s as honest as they come, offers VERY reasonable prices and will take care of your vehicle. You won t find another place better! I usually drop my car off but the waiting area is super nice if you have to hang around. He is almost always busy but that s because he does a great job and is worth the wait!

Took truck in for a second opinion after the dealership I have been going to for years said I needed some work done that sounded skeptical. Not only was I right, True Auto also noticed my battery was bad and still under warranty. They saved me hundereds. I'm relieved to have found an auto shop that is run on integrity. We were in town on vacation and the car was acting up with a check engine light on. They were able to get me in to see it right away. I was told ahead of time if there was a big issue and parts needed to be ordered it would take longer. Luckily it was a minor repair and they had the parts in the shop. Clean waiting area providing water to drink. Within an hour we were back to our beach vacation.

Had these guys put my new tires on my 150 today. Have used this company a few times now and have been really satisfied with the prices and quality of work done. Much cheaper than nearby shops I ve used in the past and recommended shops in town for other services I needed done that they don t offer.
