I can t thank Ten enough for getting us in and out within hours. Drove down from Ohio got into town and had alternator issues. Call his shop he like yes we can get you in. Took truck to him and within a couple hours it s up and running. Very honest guy and respectful and most of all great price. Thank you sir for making us feel like family when we are 1200 miles away from home.

I have lived in Seminole for 15 years and have used multiple local "auto repair shops" and some were better than others. But, finding Ten Auto was an absolute blessing. The entire staff is super friendly and you can tell right away that their goal is to get you rolling again without breaking your wallet. From oil changes to transmission repair, these guys are the best.Many people say they treat you like family, but Ten actually does. They are the best and we are lucky to have them in our area.

Phoung was absolutely amazing. I had a nail in my tire and the old plug started leaking. He was able to fix it in less than 15min. Quickest service I ve ever had in st. Pete! Thank you a million times! I will come back for new tires!

I had an unexpected flat tire and was in the area. So glad I stopped in here! The service was fast and friendly. They plugged my tire and had me on the road again quickly. Highly recommend!

Ten is a great guy! Fair, honest and always looking out for you. Been coming to Tens auto for the last 6 years and the service has been great. Everyone is always looking for that "good local mechanic" that wont rip you off. This is your guy!

Edit to add: Be AWARE. Tens the owner. He is very nice BUT He will over charge\quote you on the labor charges. He quoted me 5 hours labor for work I needed, like he was doing me a big favor. I found the amount of hours to high for the job. I drove down the street to another shop. They quoted 2 labor hours for the same job. The reason I checked around was he over charged/quoted labor hours for the alternator I had replaced in my original review. So I wanted to be really sure he was trying to rip me off before I revised this review. He charge me 1.5 hours labor and he had part there when I arrived as I booked ahead. I was out the door in less than 30 mins. *********Tens for more awesome service. My alternator was making a sound. Ten and his coworker were amazing! They were both kind and helpful, they fit me in for a tire patch and got it fixed in a very efficient manner at very reasonable pricing. I am beyond happy Ten is absolutely amazing!!If anyone ever needs any work done on their vehicles I would recommend Ten Auto to anyone!Ten is honest, dependable, knowledgeable and does great work.Ten was able to replace my valve cover gasket , serpentine belt, did my oil change & fixed my ac all in a half a day!My 6 year old and I have been without AC in our vehicle for the better part of a year . I have also been quoted $1300 to have it fixed by Ice cold Air on East Bay due to a failed 'ac compressor' Ten was able to locate the issue very quickly and it was a relay! A quick fix !!He is beyond what i could ask for in a mechanic. He will not steer you wrong.Thank you Ten for all that you do to keep us on the road !

So I went to Redington beach for vacation. The unexpected happened, my left front wheel started to make really bad noises so I took it to this shop the next day. Ten the shop owner inspected my wheels, within a few minutes he told me that the brakes were bad and the roters were worn out, he got me look at them and he was right they were bad. So I got them replaced. Ten told me it would take a few hours so he gave me a ride back to my Airbnb that I was staying for vacation and got me later when it was ready that same day. Yes my 2012 Fusion was wheel was no longer making any noises and it was driving much more smoothly. Thanks to him I returned back home safely which was an 11 hour drive . He is such a great and honest person, very laid back guy. I highly recommend this shop if you are needing any work done on your vehicle. Very helpful and professional employees. I came in at 4 o clock on a Saturday because my trailer tire was old and not holding air very well. And they were so lovely to change out my tire for me so quickly! Really appreciate them, squeezing me in before they close for the day!

He s very nice but be careful bringing your car here. Mine was given back in worst shape than when I brought it in, making loud screeching noises & a huge gash in the front which was not there before as it was my brand new car felt like a punch in the gut when I saw it. I must be the only one with the bad luck, tires from here had no traction & made my car very unsafe.2-3-2020

You cannot put a price on peace of mind! I went to three shops who swore they could t find the power steering leak I had. I came here, they found it in less than five minutes, changed it out and I was on my way in less than two hours. I believe you can t put a price on good service, and efficiency. My radiator cracked when I was on vacation, and I was lucky that Ten's Auto Service was the closest repair shop. I gave them a tight timeline to repair it as I need to start heading back to Virginia. They not only fixed it quickly, but they were very affordable and genuinely cared about their work. It is hard to find a hard-working and honest repair shop these days, but all I can say that Ten Auto is the place to go to. Thank you for getting us home, Ten. I hope that you and your team enjoyed the Pizzas!

My son was stranded after hitting a curb and bending something which made the car un drivable. He was 3 hours away from home and only had 1 friend who he stayed with. The owner was extremely nice and fair with his prices. I would like him to know how much I appreciate him for not trying to take advantage of myself and my son, which he very well could have. Thank you for your integrity and honesty.

I called them the afternoon before a holiday and I was pleasantly surprised that they had two tires on stock for me. I honestly could not believe my ears when they told to come right in and they would install them immediately. All at a great price. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I have visited here 3 times! Twice for tires. Very unprofessional! Always calling you sweetheart and flirts a lot! The son is very professional, the father Ten, When I didn t flirt back, he got rude and nasty! You need to be respectful towards women if you want respect back!!!!! And you found charges in my daughter car that was in necessary! Learn some manners and don t play around with women who shows no interest!this man keeps driving my house to harass me.., I ll report you to the cops!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Ten s Auto Repair shop is amazing. I had a blown radiator and had my car towed to his shop first thing in the morning. He did everything he could to not only find me the best priced radiator but also was very quick to install it as well. This is a family ran business and I really appreciated the work they did for me. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for great service.

I picked up a nail in my tire while on vacation. I called them and they told me to bring it in any time that day. They had it patched in 30 minutes from the time I arrived. Highly recommend.

Arrived at 7:50, website says they open at 8. At 8:10 I called and was disconnected. I called back and the guy who answered sounded like I had woke him up. I confirmed that I was speaking with Ten Auto And Tire Repair. I asked what time they were opening (as I had to be at work at 9 I would have plenty of time to have a tire plugged and be on my way). The gentleman replied "Yeah, we open at 8 but my guy comes from Tampa so sometimes he doesn't get there until 8:30"I decided to wait as I wasn't sure if I should drive with a nail in my tire.It's now 8:45 and I decided to go to my regular place, 10 miles away. THANK YOU to the guys at Ace Tire and Auto 49th St for getting me in and out in less than 10 minutes!**edited portion after response *** I'm sorry IF you had a family emergency, but that is NOT what the man on the phone told me, he casually stated, "yeah sometimes he gets there later, he comes from Tampa". I even mentioned I would wait if he was going to be there at 8:30 and his response was "ok"

Friendly service. Great prices. They found my car's brake and tire issues and even showed me the existing damage in about 10-15 minutes. They had everything replaced and good to go quickly. I don't know what else you could ask for. My car no longer pulls left, Traction Control, Brake and Slip indicator lights are now behaving normally instead of lighting up on acceleration and staying lit. I'm a happy customer!

TrustWhenever you take something valuable and allow someone to work on it it is difficult to trust they will take the time to examine, repair and charge a reasonable price.Ten auto repair gained my trust. ** initial review written at shop under promises for additional services that were not completed***After evaluating the reason for overheating, he first acknowledged safety concern present, but didn't acknowledge the issue in question. By discounting the two services & parts, we thought we'd be receiving actual assistance but of course was a HUGE SCAM. Who changes a front wheel bearing, for an overheating radiator? Someone who later claims it's a "minor" leak but also said it needed to be replaced.I had to bring my car back the very next day after spending nearly $1300 more than originally quoted, they ended up fixing this minor light ) and guaranteed additional services but ended up not executing.The shop owner is completely unprofessional. He makes very uncomfortable with flirtation, and is very defensive when not received pleasantly. *** completely personal opinion***After declining flirtation, Ten did a slow "drive by" of our home and said with verbal harassment, in a different city, in a pretty secluded area .Don't trust this shop, the owner, nor vehicle with your safety.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection

Since I moved here on March 5th I have been ripped off by every mechanic and untill I went to Ten Auto Repair on Seminole boulevard. I am so happy you have no clue!
