These guys are great. Fast and courteous. Their routine is safe and efficient. It sometimes feels too thorough. Customer service is always great and the team works together to communicate and operate effectively. I recommend Take 5 to anyone.I told them up front I'd take a new air filter if I needed one, and they still took a look and told me it wasn't time yet. Can't state enough how that kind of honesty makes a difference. When I do need that filter changed, I know who will be doing it for me.

They were very polite and each one had their job to do and didn't dilly dally,but still had time to talk freely with you as they passed your windows. Explained things done and suggested what they believed needed changing n showed you the object. First time there, but definitely will return. HONK Great service

Stopped in just to put air in my tires. Was prepared to do it myself but they politely offered me bottled water and directed me into the bay where they verified the amount of air required for each tire and then filled accordingly. Afterwards directed me out of the bay and sent me on my way free of charge! I never even got out of the car. Outstanding service. Thank you.

They were very good, but my oil filter cap was stripped and they couldn't remove it so they couldn't do the oil change. Referred me to someone to fix it. Great service, will return again.

We were cheerfully greeted by the shop manager. I explained what I needed accomplished for my trip. They had the Mobile 1 oil I wanted and specific oil filter I wanted. All fluids were topped off and the hood was wiped clean. All my tires were checked for proper inflation including the spare under my truck. Great job guys, I ll be back.

They were understaffed because people didnt show up and had only 2 employees, there were 3 cars in the bay, 3 cars behind the cars in the bay and 2 others. After waiting nearly an hour, I pulled my car into the bay. It began to rain torrentially and the exit bays had to be closed to prevent high winds and rain from coming into the bays. What was sure to be a very tough day for the 2 guys, they managed it exceptionally well. I didn't mind waiting over an hour for a 5-minute oil change and think others understood, too. Kudos to the 2 employees who actually showed up and were beyond patient, kind and did their best.

I really appreciate the kindness, respect, and professionalism these young men exhibit at Take 5 Seminole. I drive my vehicle for oil changes, air filter changes, tire inflation, fluid fill-ups to Take 5 Seminole! I recommend this company to you!

Why is this place called Take 5?? Waited about 35 minutes and was told it would be about another 10 minutes before they'd get started on my vehicle. Finally told the one working guy I couldn't wait any longer. Supposedly short staffed he said. Was going to get a full synthetic and radiator flush. Seemed only one guy was actually working with two other dudes walking around aimlessly. If I were the district manager I'd check in to how diligently these guys are working. Been there a couple times before and got fairly good service. Also referring to male customers as Boss is unprofessional. Will NEVER be going back.

Love Take 5. Consistent great service. Coupons always available. Also like the half way top off policy. The two guys were so great and pleasant and professional.

The guys were all kind and friendly, but service was a bit slower than other places I've been. They had three guys on each car, but maybe they were doing some training. They did have fans and offered water, so that helped a bit with the wait. They did try to get the additional sales, but that's typical for these places. I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

Great customer service by David. They also drain the oil, as opposed to pumping it, like jiffy does.My only complaint was the cost for a modern Camry was $110, so for that reason, I am unlikely to return.

I use take 5 all over the United States when they are available. Great service and excellent communication. We have used this one in St Pete multiple times and one in Nashville TN as well. Always happy with the service

In and out quickly! It was fast and courteous service from a team of two technicians. I received the correct oil for my vehicle. I was not bombarded with upsells which made the experience very pleasant. Fluids were topped off and tires were checked and equalized. I will be back!

I came at 8am on Friday Nov 4th. The 2 men were very focused on their job. I appreciated that. They communicated to each other and me what they were checking. I felt I was in good hands. I will definitely come back again. They did not rush but worked very quickly.

The guys that work there are awesome. Very friendly in a professional way. I appreciate the way they explain things to you as they go along. Unfortunately I can't remember their names. This is my second time I've gone to Take5. My experience was excellent! Five stars toTAKE5

With every visit I am greeted with a genuine warm welcome by guys who truly seem to enjoy their job! They always offer a (free) bottle of chilled water (this IS Florida, afterall) upon arrival. I am in and out for an oil change in 10 minutes or less with fresh oil and a list of all the systems they looked at. They check the air pressure in my tires and top off all fluids. BEST PLACE EVER for an oil change, filter changes, etc ..!!! And reasonably priced! I ve had my oil changed there 3x now and will be back for sure!

I was greeted when I Arrived w/ a man very courteous, & a cold bottle of water. All the men working there were very courteous. And knowledgeable. Thank you! It was pricey, but it been a while since I had one

These guys should definitely change the name from take 5 to let s sit for a while in line Cause that s what we did.Then, when we finally got in the bay, We sat for about 35 minutes before we were finished.And then when the bill came, it was $122.What s crazy is the Nissan dealership prices for oil changes are two times cheaper than take 5 s To the point where now I would rather drive to Bradington, or to, Brandon Instead of going to the take 5 Oil Change Place, right next to my house just to save 52 bucks.One thing I will say is, that the employees that work there are very cool!I don t remember the gentleman name that attended us, but he was a jokester!He had me in my wife laughing so hard!All the guys there are very respectful, Even offer my wife water an snacks while we waited(Jiffy lube would never!) I d say if you guys can adjust the prices especially for people who live in the area I would literally go to take five every 3000 5000 miles for my oil change.But the way the economy is now we have to save as much as possible (thanks Biden ) and like I said $122 for an oil change felt like a reach.I have a 2021 Nissan Altima 2.5s That only takes about 4 to 5 quarts All in all the only problem I really had was the pricing. everything else was great.I definitely understand the wait, there were a lot of cars getting serviced.The property was very clean, And you can tell the manager of the place was very adamant about keeping everything nice and clean.

Longest I've waited in line is about 20 minutes. The team there is courteous with an attention to detail. They always ask my preference of oil and parts. Friendly and nice. But overfilled 2 tires and under filled 2 tires so that I had an alert on my dash on my way home. Had to stop at another Take 5 to get tires fixed. No record of my oil change in the system.
