I recommend to make appointment. I stop by not long after opening for a screw in my tire. Didn't have an appointment. Gentleman at the desk were very helpful and friendly. Wasn't sure if they be able to fix it. Took a look at my tire and said yes give them hour to repair tire.

Honest mechanics, I've been taking my vehicles to them for 25+ years. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I find they are fair and honest in their dealings with auto care. Having confidence in the quality of mechanical repairs is a big issue for me when deciding on a business to do the required work.

So on our way down to Madiera Beach from air conditioning stopped working and didn't think anything of it until we were in Florida....walked in and was greeted buy young gentleman Mack. After being notified of the problem and the quote, the truck had to stay overnight. Pat who I believe was the owner offered to give us a 20min ride back to our hotel. Which was greatly appreciated. Picked up the truck next day and can truly say I was impressed with the quality of service provided by the entire staff. When leaving told Pat next time I'm just stopping by to say hello......I felt that impressed.Thanks to all who helped us outI highly recommend these guys....Paul (2014 Pathfinder)

I called this Goodyear and Patrick answered and was the most polite and professional person, I inquired about a tire repair on a Friday afternoon and was told to come in, upon arrival he greeted promptly and immediately wrote us up and before I knew it the car was inside and within minutes was informed what was wrong, they fixed quickly and was greeted by the shop manager Joe for a very personable conversation about everything except my car.Very impressive business here and I highly recommend

Went in for alignment + tires and was quoted $4100.00 said I needed to fix the bearings, (etc etc) to do the alignment. Took it to a competitor down the road. Was told the same issues needed to be fixed, for $700.00, I was offered discounts after I told them I would need to get a second opinion. The people were and have always been friendly and fast service. But this particular time I felt underwhelmed with the prices-then- discounts to stay. They also charged me $150 for looking at my car. They have never done that before. I wouldn't say bad service just a little to pricey for my income.

I will be a customer for life!!We bought tires from them five weeks ago and blew a tire out this morning. Called them and the owner was kind about the situation and gave us the best possible price he could just to help us out. They ordered us a tire and installed it same day. Every step of the way they were helpful and kind. Even calling to check on us while we waited on the side of the road for the tow truck.

New owners, will not honor anything done by previous owners. Unless you have the receipt, even though it s in the computer database. Oops the database is lost due to code they told me. Haha nice try. Never going there again after 15 years. Northerners took over go to locals instead.

Great experience . Mr De Lorenzo was very nice to deal with .Joe in the shop fixed my space saver tire and made the whole deal a pleasant experience. I will definitely have me dar serviced there. Good shop!! Dennis Recca President Seminole Petroleum Corp.

Todd was professional, courteous, and honest. Took my car in and asked for an alignment, and needed four tires mounted and balanced. He advised I didn t need the alignment which I was prepared to pay for. I highly recommend them! They have won a customer for life. Thank you

Had a tire mounted. They were friendly, fast and the price was more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to go there again if I had a tire situation.

This place is great. My long-time repair shop in St. Pete closed down recently, and my good friend who worked there, recommended this Goodyear branch to me. My friend said to see Todd, the manager, as he was an old friend and a real honest guy. I took my vehicle in thinking I needed brake work, but they inspected everything for free and I still have plenty of life left on the brakes, and I got a really good quote on to new tires that I need. Todd was super nice and an honest and personable guy. The facility was clean and neat. I can see from the other reviews on here that everybody else has had an excellent experience here as well. This will definitely be my new repair shop.

I recently moved to this area and had to get new tires. They recommended a brand I was not familiar with bit I'm so glad I bought them. They ride so much smoother and quieter than other name brands. And they cost less!

Dwayne is great. The lobby/showroom is lovely. It doesn't look or feel like a repair shop. It's more like the lobby of a nice hotel, complete with nice furniture, great coffee & a place for the kids to be creative. Thank you for providing excellent service in a comfortable atmosphere.

I'm not sure exactly what the deal is but, yesterday morning I filled out a service request on their website for an oil change and a safety check. I received a confirmation email that said someone would call within the next 24 hours. When I heard nothing, I tried calling MULTIPLE TIMES. The phone just rings then you get an automated voice that said the "customer has not set up his/her voice mailbox. Goodbye.". Was hoping for an appointment tommorrow before I have to leave town on a long drive with a camper in tow. I have a Goodyear credit card so I try to stick with them but looks like I'll have to find someone else.

Dwayne and Todd to great care of my car. They preordered my tires and installed them quickly while I waited. I followed their advice for replacement tires and i could not be more pleased with my purchase. Great job! advice

Quick and friendly service! Staff was transparent about prices, the problem with my tire, and what was required to replace the tire. Even lead out into the garage to show me exactly what was happening to my tire and car. As a woman, I appreciated this a lot since other businesses tried to swindle me out of my money. I won't go anywhere else for tire needs!

Very good service. Needed headlight changed. Took 15 minutes, $35. I asked about my tires (as I'd been told by another shop that they would need to be replaced pretty soon) and was informed that they had another 10K left on year and to check back in about 7-8 months... Take that for what it's worth but I see it as pretty honest...

Honest and friendly. Dropped the car off today as the tire pressure light came on and I found a screw one of the tires. When they looked at it, the screw ended up being short and didn t puncture the tire all the way through. They filled up all the tires and sent me on my way.

I called Duane at Goodyear on a busy Saturday morning of a holiday weekend after finding a nail in one of my tires. Duane quickly fit me into the schedule; his team checked all four tires and returned the good news that they removed the nail; there was no damage to the tire; and there was no charge for the service. I highly recommend this Goodyear location and team, and they will get my business going forward.

Could not be more pleased. They were very busy but repaired my flat tire in less than 45 minutes. Thank you Fred for working my repair in between others. It is greatly appreciated.

Great place to deal with. Very friendly, and cares about their customers. Was so impressed that they made time to help me out and fix a screw hole in my tire, even though they were super busy.Would highly recommend them.

VERY nice people!! I grew up in st.pete but moved to GA. I had some car issues and my Aunt suggested this place. They got me right in and had me on the road to head home in no time. Prices are Very reasonable and I didn't feel taken. Highly recommend them!!
