Knowledgeable and friendly! If you are local, stop in and say hello. I needed to rebuild the Turbo 400 transmission on my '71 C-10 pickup, so I was looking for a seal and gasket kit. Phoenix's prices were competitive and they are local to me, so I stopped in to purchase my parts in person. I ended up talking to the guys for 15-20 minutes and left with some good advice on transmission rebuilds. I'm considering adding a shift kit in the future, and will shop here again if I decide to pull the trigger on that upgrade.

I've ordered parts from them about 15 times. I use ebay for my convenience. Shipping is pretty fast, sometimes receive the order in 3 days because I live near Ocala FL. We had one shipping issue and they fixed it. They have quality parts and the people always treat me with respect. I never stop restoring cars so I will continue to buy their parts. I have a 77 Corvette in the wings, it's going get a high performance 4L60E

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable,and super fast shipping. I live in Oklahoma I placed my order on a Wednesday and had my product on Friday. Oh and they are in Florida, FAST SHIPPER!!

Only the contacts in the kit worked...tool was worthless mis machined and unable to even correctly install the seals. Ended up re using my old seals because of this. Woulda gave 5 stars but their kit only did half the job.

One of the worst companies if not the worst I've ever dealt with in twenty years as a mechanic getting parts. They basically stole my money, never received the part, never received a refund and never received a message back from them to recoup my money or get the part I paid for, it's criminal.

I order by phone some parts for A604 transmition 2006 dodge grand caravan and they send the right part ,good quality and very good service, and I received my shipment in 2 days free shipment, I recomend this store, for your excelent people in customer service.

I would give them zero stars if I could.I immediately canceled the transaction after purchase, It was ordered by mistake. Now my money is tied up for at least 3 weeks. I will be returning it when it arrives. DONOT due business with this company.

Less than half a star! Junk parts. Bad out of the box and they refuse refund or exchange. Extremely rude on the phone. Terrible customer service.
