My experience at Orville's Garage was the best mechanical repair situation I've ever had to endure. Nobody likes having to repair their car, but Andy is direct and straight to the point. He lets you know everything that's wrong (and what has to be fixed immediately for those that don't have the funds to repair everything needed, like me). His diagnosis, explanation of what needs to be done, his notice of any other concerning matters, and his overall work ethic were exceptional. He works on your vehicle as though it were his own and he wants it to last forever. He takes the extra steps most mechanics don't. The owner personally took care of my needs. Quick and efficent brake change and even let me know about other issues that need to be taken care of but no pressure to repair them right away. I will continue to take my car here for repairs and maintenance. The owner is very professional and the work is top quality. It was so refreshing to get work done and have the mechanic be honest and not try to bamboozle me because i was a female.
