we take our fleet vehicles to Jiffy Lube on a regular basis, we like their quick and timely services, but on our last vehicle we took there we noticed they charged us for cabin filter and an air filter, and neither were done. This was one vehicle we have a fleet of over 300 hundred we now wonder if this has happened to more. We put a call into the store and corporate office and are still waiting for a call back. We will no longer be using Jiffy Lube. If you use them make sure they do what they say they are charging you for.

I took my car in for an oil change and they said that my serpentine belt was cracked and needed to be replaced. When I asked what the price was I was told it was $119. Knowing that serpentine belts only cost about $30 and take about 10 minutes to change I said no. When I got home I checked the belt myself and not only were there no cracks but it was in great condition. I will NEVER go to another jiffy lube again because they outright LIED TO ME. You just lost another customer PERMANENTLY.

I usually don t leave negative reviews this felt important though. I will never go to this jiffy live again as long as it s still ran by the same man. As soon as I drove in the way the man asked me about my car was a snaky energy like I was being asked questions so he could not help me with my car but how he could use information I was telling him to get me to spend money. I agreed to have him replace something extra on my car whcih he said would take 10min. 20min later I found out the part needed to still be delivered. His attitude and energy was not kind or customer service oriented. There is a lot I could say and go on in detail but that would take too long he didn t even give me the correct receipt. I ll never be back.

I got an oil change here and not sure, but I hope they did the filter change! I didn't see them do any of the "Included" services like check wipers, trans fluid, check lights, check battery or power steering fluid....I'm not sure if they even changed the filter!?? I didn't see them check any of these things! When I asked them they say they did, like I wasn't right there watching them!!!!!!! Can't believe this kind of service. And it was still $123 oil change with a $20 corporate coupon.I will never go to another jiffy lube...

Avoid this scam business! I went in for an oil change and they told me I needed to get my brakes changed for $500 since they had only 10% life left.I got the feeling the way they were talking to me that I was being talked to as if this persons commission check depended on it. I trusted my gut feeling and left. I drove down the road and got a second pair of eyes on the car. The second shop said they were lying to you your breaks are fine. They actually they had more than 50% life left on the front and nearly 100% on the back.I made this google account specifically to try to warn others about this place. Avoid jiffy lube and avoid Carlos. Scam. Scam. Scam. You guys should be put in jail. So many others who are reviewing had similar experiences as I did.

Don t go here if you buy a Groupon, they will charge you more money $15.22 after your Groupon voucher also they never even checked my lights my horn my air filter and never gave me my next oil change to when is do I just got told to leave after I questioned the additional fees. Even thought they know everyone who buys a Groupon you will be charged extra fees you not be be advised so hope you have the extra cash. The only thing done was an oil change no additional services were done. I did call the sheriffs office to advice and they made a report so be aware if you go to this Jiffy lube find another place to go this is not it. Very unprofessional and they never finished the job of my services. The employees have no moral or care about the customer find another place to go get your oil change done else were.

The Air Filter on my 2012 Hyundai Sante Fe was well past needing to be replaced and although I would normally purchase and replace this myself due to necessity and convenience I chose to go ahead and replace it while the oil change was being completed. It was completed quickly and efficiently but the $39.00 fee seemed excessive.

Was in about a week ago. While work was being completed, mentioned to an employee that my windshield washer fluid was empty, and asked for it to be filled. The employee then mentioned that my coolant was low and asked it I wanted that filled. I replied, "Of course." Now it's a week later and I'm out of windshield washer fluid, which was used once. This means that the washer fluid wasn't even filled 1/4 of the way. Windshield washer isn't that big of a deal, but it makes me wonder what else wasn't completed. It makes me not trust that location.Edit: I did reach out to Jiffy Lube via email and was told to go back to the location to have this issue corrected. It's stupid that I have to go twice when this should have been completed in one visit. I replied to their email with this information and never received another response.

BEWARE! They may try to scam you! I went in for an oil change and they told me my brakes were completely worn out. They tried to convince me to get them fixed immediately but it would have cost me close to $1200 for the front and back. Luckily, I decided to get a few other opinions and apparently my brakes are perfectly fine. The guys at Jiffy Lube totally tried to take advantage of me and I m so glad I didn t fall for it. I just hope they don t trick other people with their lies. So messed up!

Bought Groupon for oil change for 25. Bill came to 280 total rip off. Ask for regular oil. Gave me synthetic. My truck is 2016 never put synthetic in it. They told me that s what it s suppose to have. Nope not true. Never use them again.

Went to Jiffy Lube for a conventional oil change and patiently waited about 10 minutes while they worked on two other customers cars. When it was my turn, the staff spent literally 10 mins on my car but had me waiting in the service bay for 45 minutes, while all 3 of the men either worked on the adjacent customers car, stood around talking, or puffed on their vape pens. I don t mind waiting, but 55 mins spent just for an oil changed that only took 10 minutes tops is excessive.not to mention other customers were waiting and another customer came back and complained her service was done incorrectly. I have been a long time customer of jiffy lube and sadly at this point I will not be back. The lack of professionalism and time management at this location was astounding. I would ve felt better if someone communicated to me that they were running behind and would get to me asap, but instead all 3 men seemed to ignore that I was sitting there for a very long time.

Writing this as I wait .I like sitting in my own car during an oil change . I was surprised I needed to get out . Wasn t expecting to have to . Mildly annoying . I had my dog with me . I appreciate being able to wait inside the ac and the complimentary coffee. Older guy seemed knowledgeable . The younger guy not so much . Usually the case I assume . Oil change was fast $99 before tax . Coffee is good and they will change the finish before I m finished with my coffee was a three star review that will be four . Dusting a check out Adams spilt my coffee on me then knocked $20 off.5 starts

They changed the engine oil, then a large oil leak occurred. I was on the highway until my car stopped, and smoke started coming out of the engine, and there was a problem with the engine. I tried to repair my engine or change it, but was refused, and the store owner block my number and hang up the phone to my face

Floor is extremely slippery and the bathroom looks like it was not clean in month hair yes hair from way under floor all piss and the lobby smells like a oil factory had to wait out side because the smell and how dirty it was. Not coming here no more will go to a different location. And if you do stay in your car is cleaner or the out side door by the drive way

I usually don t give negative reviews/rating but it was because of this particular Jiffy Lube worker by the name of Logan H. Around 5 10 male Caucasian.We know that they will try to sell you other services to make money of customers but Logan H. repeated himself so many times that it became frustrating and obnoxious! I told him I ll deal with it later because I was in a hurry going to the hospital and he even looked upset that I was cutting him off! If you have to go to a Jiffy Lube don t go to this one!

This is by far the best ! Carlos and his crew are amazing (I was on my way out of town) and they did a fabulous job of making sure my car was ready to go!! Amazing !!! 10 out of 10!

Receipt showed them cleaning the windshield, checking tire pressure , checking wiper blades, and they did none of the above. Didn't check air filter either. I was the only car there so no excuse about being too busy. Very poor service in my opinion and to top it off they never asked if I had a coupon.

They left my car smoking . And told me me they will pay for the damage, I am still waiting for them to respond. They don t pick up the phone any more. And I am getting a lawyer now.Be carefull they have no idea what they are doing and managers changes every month.

I sent my son to get an oil change and tire rotation only. Told him not to buy or pay for anything else. These guys upsold him a cabin and air filter after they harped on him about going on a long trip and said they needed to be changed. He finally gave in and spent $100 on two filters that normally cost $15. If they will do this to him think what they will do to other people. I will take the blame this time as I was trying to teach him something. Instead I learned not to trust Jiffy Lube. Do NOT go here - you will be sorry.

Spent 250.00 on wipers, oil,air filter, ect. Your boy that dies air in tires needs training, My tires were not aired up . Not very happy about this . I guess I won't get lifetime wipers ,that's ok many oil change places want my business.

Dillon and the other tech I think his name was Richard? We re the guys that helped me. My radiator Reservoir empty and It needed a flush. I would have not realized that unless he said something. Normally, I have a good experience with Jiffy Lube. Today, I was advised that the rear and front differential fluid replacement was $75 each, and rather than use a 25 dollar coupon for the oil change, my veteran status would reduce the order by 25 dollars. I also had an oil change. I was advised of the coupon status and pricing before authorizing the work. When the work was completed and we applied my veteran status, the discount would not populate. The 25 dollar coupon that I showed in advance would not populate. After being told the differential fluid was on sale for 75 today, my charge was 99 each. As a result, my bill was roughly $50 higher than planned. Even with 30 dollars, they took off using other coupons they had at the store. No accommodation was made for my concern when discussing the bill, and I left. This is the first time I was disappointed with the Seminole Blvd store.

Cam, at the Seminole Jiffy Lube, really took the time to figure out the issue I was having with my car. He fixed the problem, changed my oil, and I was out quickly.
