swung into Advance Auto Parts on my way back from the beach and picked up a couple quarts of oil for my truck I was greeted by both staff members as I entered and they were in the Christmas Spirit of things I selected my items and went to the front counter and was checked out immediately I snapped a few photos as they were ringing me up I paid and was on my way thank you for the quick and courteous service staff members and Advance Auto Parts

Harold is amazing. Went in for jumper cables (I know little about cars). Harold replaced the battery, offered valuable insight into the problem and was super friendly. When something else goes wrong this is where I will be going and he is who I ll be asking for. Thanks again sir!

This is the worse example of a retail store I have been in. Went in for 1 item and there was not anyone to check people out. There were a couple of employees standing around in the back, but did not care about the customers. I think the cashier was out in the middle of the parking lot doing major auto repair. Finally opened front door and screamed for some help, NO RESPONSE. If you like to stand around watch people pick their butt, this is the store for you, because you will not get any service. Went down the street to a different store that cares.

So my car wouldn't start. I got a jump. Drove the car to auto parts. Told him the issue. He said let me check the battery. He said his machine hasn't been working properly. So he tested the battery it was not reading. He tested it again and it was good. He said it wasn't the battery, it's the charging system. The car is in limb mode whatever that means. So he recommended I take it to a body shop. He recommended an automotive shop on seminole blvd. So I call spoke with a guy. The employee from advance auto explain to him what the issue was. The guy from the automotive shop stated l should take it to the dealership because whatever is happening is still under warranty. I waited 2 hours for a tow truck. Towed it to the dealership after 3 1/2 hours later and $350 "IT WAS THE BATTERY". Oh and the battery wasn't under warranty. I wasted a whole day from work. How can you be a auto parts store and your equipment is not working properly or your employee doesn't know what he's doing.

TJ the manager is knowledgeable and extremely customer service focused. He took care of my issues and did so in a courteous and professional manner. The staff there is extremely needed and doesn't appear to have confidence to just do the job. Everything is being either asked of to TJ or TJ has to correct or fix. A manager needs good staff get this man staff that is reflective of him!

Customer service is fabulous. Everyone is so knowledgeable about the products and parts. They don't mind taking the extra time out to help customers. They go the extra mile and their prices are great. Highly recommend this location

Walked in with my sister .I am 60..3 men helping no one...directed us to the parts ..like 900 to choose from..brought over a stool for us to sit on..we were already on the floor.finally some one walked from the back to help us....it was all I could do from keeping my husband from reaming them out...if the car wasn't apart he would have...

Huge shout-out to Brock for helping me put my steering wheel cover on... Especially when your girl is struggling super hard. I know we hear so many negative things nowadays and I wanted to definitely point out what an awesome employee he is and how he goes above and beyond even for something as minor as helping me fit my steering wheel cover on. Luke, Bobby and Scarlett are all very helpful and greet me whenever I come to the store no matter how many times I show up in one day. Returns have never been an issue and their quite knowledgeable in helping me with the issues of my car resolved and great assistance in finding exactly what I need. It seems this store is always busy for a reason and I feel it's due to the resourcefulness of the staff here. I know people rag on auto stores but this ones alright in my books

Very helpful. Great customer service. My wipers melted and I pulled in and they got me back on the road in minutes. They even installed the wipers I purchased. I also noticed other employees outside trying to help people. Helping is what it's all about. Great place!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service. I came in to by a vehicle battery. They volunteered to test the old battery to make sure I needed a new one. They could have simply sold me a new battery without taking the time to test mine since I didn't ask to have them test it. Great honest customer service. Unfortunately they didn't have the battery I needed in stock.

Went in last week and bought 1 thing and the guy helped me carry it out. Ordered 10 things online yesterday and had to make 3 trips to the car to carry everything -- not even offered assistance.Staff is always pleasant and I love being able to order online and pick it up 15 minutes later. Huge time saver!!

To enter the store you have to pull around the back. The Windows are tinted so it makes it look closed when they are open.The layout is a bit different when you go inside.They store worker was very friendly and willing to help. I bought windshield wipers and he installed them for me. For free and without me having to ask.

I come here whenever I need to grab something for my car and the staff is very friendly and eager to help explain things to the best of their knowledge... and if they are not sure they will tell you that and not just pretend they know, which counts for a lot in my opinion because it shows they aren't trying to just move products they are actually trying to help which is what keeps me coming back. Of course the store itself is clean, well stocked, and they are able to order any parts you need if they do not have them in stock or they can find out if another store in the area has the part for you.

I spoke to one of the employees and told him my issue with a battery. He told me that he would tell the other employees the situation bc he was leaving for the day and wouldn t be there when I returned. When I returned the other employee (who is the Gm in training) had no idea what I was talking about, he was extremely rude and then couldn t help me. I asked how long he had been at the location he said a month. I asked to speak to a manger and he said he was the manager. The problem was an easy fix and now I have to come back in the morning to exchange out a battery that he could ve easily done tonight. I m a loyal Advance Auto customer. Even when parts are cheaper I stick to them bc they have always been good to me. Today bc of Brook the new Gm at the Seminole location I will go to discount or o Reillys I run a business and I would never treat my customers how he treated me tonight. I own a local business and have 5+ vehicles on the road daily and I promise I will not spend $1 with Advance Auto while Brook is at the Seminole Location. I encourage corporate to come in and have an experience with Brook (like a secret shopper). You will see what I am talking about. You do not want someone like him representing your store.

I had totally forgotten about this but it just popped in my head. 1:45am! I recently had to get a new battery and this is after I had driven it for a couple of days and it kept dying so I went to AutoZone cuz a friend of mine told me that they would put the battery in for me so I did and they were awesome! Thanks I think I actually it was the store manager that put mine put my battery in I think it's not the same as I was born that's super super super nice staff. Thank you!

Do not come to this location if you actually need anything... It is 4:50 and (Brook) locked the doors early because he was crying about how busy he was and couldn't take any more customers..... I wonder if corporate knows employees shut down their business many hours before closing time.... Sadly this is not the first bad customer service experience at this location....Save yourself the trouble and find a different location or organization for your auto part needs

I went today for a headlight that I could not replace...Nathalie Zambrana came to the rescue. She was on it!! What a great attitude. Advanced Auto please give her a bonus. I will be back to that store as she is a awesome representative.

I go here anytime I need Auto parts. I know that Advance has reliable and quality Auto parts at great prices. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. They also have oil change specials throughout the year so you can get oil and a filter to do your own service for such a great deal!

Difficulty with the online app accepting my payment and taking my password. However. The salesman was very helpful and we we're able to get the discounts and account recovered after talking with costumer service. However after getting the part home it was missing a vital part. I had to take back the part and the young man that handled the sale earlier was amazing. Calling other stores that had the part . I went to that location to pick it up. Although things there qot frustrating during my visit. I believed it was out of the salesman and the stores control and because he fixed it I will be making this my frequent auto parts store.
