We went into Tire Kingdom in Seffner, Fl today with a nail in our tire. We didn't have to an appointment but they worked us in within 2 hours and fixed the tire at no charge. They were great. Very friendly & courteous. Will definitely go back when the need occurs & will recommend them to friends & neighbors.

Andy was amazing. They didn t have appointments available at the time I went in and he made it possible for me to fix my tire not only that but gave it the extra mile and called my father and offer him the best deal ever. Thank you so much for everything!!! Will be coming back.

Always have a great experience at this store. I had slow leak in my tire, I made an appointment and Chris had it checked out, the tire was repaired and thanks again Chris for the great service!I needed a new tire and was treated great by the staff. Thanks Chris!

I got 3 different quotes (over the phone) to get some work done on my vehicle. This shop gave me the best deal, by far. My vehicle needed 4 new tires, an oil change, and a possible wheel alignment.While giving me a quote, this shop repeated the projected amount I was to pay, 3 different times. I approved the amount, then I drove to them, dropped off my vehicle, and called an Uber to take me home.Within a couple of hours they called to let me know that my air filter also needed to be changed (I already knew that before coming in, but had forgotten to ask about it). They asked if I wanted to get it done at the same time. I agreed.Later, they called and said everything was done. Again, I caught an Uber to take me back to the shop so I could pick up my vehicle and pay. All of the items and prices that they had quoted me still stayed the same. I paid and left.Overall: great service, clean facility, nice guys, and my car drove a lot better once I got everything done.Thanks for a wonderful job, guys!

Needed to change tires on a Sunday. Thank God I found this place. I was able to book my appointment online on their website. When I arrived on a Sunday they were right on time. I was helped by Paul and his team of technicians.They advised me on what to do, presented me tire options and did an outstanding service.If you need a place to fix your car I would recommend Kingdom Tire in Sefner, Florida.

Driving on I-4 my tire pressure indicated low pressure in one of my rear tires. Managed to get to the nearest tire repair shop which happened to be this one only to find they were booked solid until closing.Fortunately one of the managers, Andy was able to squeeze me in and although they didn't have a replacement tire available, they were able to get me back on the road safely in a reasonable amount of time.Great service!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Awesome store very fast, got me in and out with 4 tires. Chris was great, professional but still has a good sense of humor. And Matt is a great tech informed me of issues found on the car and walked me through repairs needed.

This is my second time at this Tire Kingdom location. Both times I found a nail in my tire and Tire Kingdom was able to take my car in same day. First time I had to replace the tire which was done that same day for a reasonable price, on my visit today they patched the tire for me. Service was completed quickly and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you to Andy the manager for all the help, will definitely be back for future tire needs.

Limped in at 7:30 pm needing tires replaced to get home. They helped me out and replaced all 5 tires(blown spare included) before closing. They are great and really helped me out of a sticky situation. Thank you! And sorry again for showing up so late.

This is second time I ve come here and they can t ever fix anything for me on my truck cause of lack of parts I came this time to get my rear brakes done when I walked in the manager Chriss frowned immediately when I said that I needed brakes done he proceeded to tell me I needed to be patient with them because they re busy when I just came in and told him what I needed done. When he checked the vehicle to get the Vin, he did not even check the rear brakes to see what kind if it was drum or disc, and keeps my vehicle for two hours before calling me 30 minutes before closing to tell me they didn t have the part that he needed and they took it apart for no reason when you can clearly see they where drums when he could have told me they didn t have the parts way before they took it apart when I got my truck back my brakes weren t working at all and there was brake fluid leaking out of the drum when I brought it in, there were no leaks and the brakes were still working. Every time I come to this place, I have a horrible experience. The customer service is horrible. This is ridiculous. They are not welcoming at all and then try to tell me there are a bunch more things wrong with my vehicle when I asked them just to do my brake pads. There was absolutely no leaking coming from any of my brakes until I got it back The manager, Chris truly needs to be demoted or retrained or fired. He literally is horrible at his job and has no customer service.

I had a flat tire, and brought it here to Tire kingdom. They were very nice and willing to help me with little to no wait time. Even all the obstacles that arose they manage to take care of it swiftly and even helped me out with the pricing to replace the tire as times are tuff right now. I am forever grateful. If you come here to service your vehicle, you will NOT be dissatisfied.

I was a walk in at 11:30am with the request to purchase and install 1 new tire. I was informed it would be a couple hours , no problem I caught a ride back to work and arrived back at 2:30pm ( 3 hours later) my truck has yet to be worked on. I was updated that it would be done within 45 mins. After 45 mins go by (3:25-3:30pm) I requested my keys back and I was told they could get it in right now . Foolishly I accepted the offer thinking it was a 20 min job. I sat in the waiting room until 4:45pm. Had they accurately informed me the times I could have made arrangements. Instead my plans to Christmas shop were canceled and I got to sit in rush hour traffic for another hour to ponder my experience. The floor person felt this inconvenience was valued at $10 and voluntarily discounted my bill. I am glad tire kingdom values my time to such an extent. Never again will I return to this or potentially any tire kingdom nor recommend it to anyone.Side note: another more experienced customer requested his keys back and walked out after his couple hour wait.

Emory was great last time I was there. They were able to get me in and out with some great tires. Flex shopper was amazing and definitely allowed me to take care of my tire replacement and no cost up front.

Terrible service I will never come back to this place I have been waiting since 9:44 for it to arrive and I am asking at 3:15 exactly 5 hours waiting and the only thing they did was give the car a turn and remove the 4 tires and I have been waiting so long I've seen a lot of people go by and leave with their cars, I feel very upset at 2 o'clock I went walking to bring a MacDonald's lunch and I left and I only saw that they had removed the 4 tires. that they have to notify me, he told me it's not okay, just that there is a lot of work, ok. Now I told him I'm leaving, I won't wait any longer. When I got there early, he told me they'd take care of him quickly, they told me and they just put the car in 3 hours after I arrived. I don't understand if they don't have service, they should tell someone so as not to wait in vain, losing the day work and a lot of time I feel angry knowing that today I decided to fix the car and I'm leaving at 3:30 without having fixed anything in my car it feels helpless to lose the day and that they are not honest a little longer I stay until they close and tell me come back tomorrow lousy service

The welcome was so pleasant. I forgot wht problem i had my tire was in bad shape. The staff kept me calm and said they would take care of it. Keep in mind i was stressed out. Thank u fortreating me with care.

So I went to a tire store around the corner from this place where they had absolutely no one in any of their vehicle bays and told me that there was a 2-hour wait to have them look at a low tire, won't name the name but just around the corner on Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. Left that place and went to Tire Kingdom where they had every single bay full but still took the time to look at my tire repair it and have me back on the road in less than a half an hour. Great staff, very friendly, very courteous, clean. They are willing to go above and beyond for every single customer. Would recommend Tire Kingdom any day.

I left work with a large screw in my tire and went to the Tire Kingdom nearby (Seffner, Fl). They were booked but could tell that I was worried about making it home on a flat tire. They were able to squeeze me in and I was so thankful. Very friendly employees!

When we woke up this morning our car's tire was flat. My husband limped it to tire Kingdom. It took longer than expected due to there only being 1 mechanic today. They very kindly comped the repairs due to how long my husband had to wait. I'm very thankful for this because we just had an expensive tire issue with my truck. Thank you!

Made an appointment online for a tire repair on my daughter s car, wasn t given a time though I called the store spoke to Chris he told I could bring it right now and he would take care of it. My wife went to the store, the car was taken in almost immediately. The technician did a complete inspection of her vehicle and then repaired the tire. I can t thank Chris enough for the quick repair and courteous service.
