This is absolutely the worst place to buy a car from When I got the car, it was an error on their behalf on the tag tax and title amount.the next week I had to pay and extra $150 out of nowhere. Then the very next day already having problems and they don t wanna fix it.So I m making payments as I m paying out of my own pocket for repairs then they towed my car over one payment /$140 and said give us $1000 fee to get your car back and they were very rude. Please guys don t buy a car from there. We should come together and protest on the sidewalks that is not a crime.if anyone feeling mutual like and/or link up with me

Bad business...purchased vehicle for one price, 3 months later they came back asking me to sign a contract for an additional $3,000 to the original agreed purchase price, due to a change in interest. The original contract was written with errors on their behalf and I am paying the price. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

My girl and me financed a truck not knowing the problems with it just to find it has a vacuum leak inside the motor and they won't do nothing about so we had to return the truck so for anyone the finance here make sure u bring a mechanic with you cause they'll sell u lemons and won't do nothing about it

Rude, condescending staff, and shady deals. Do not go here! They made arrangements with me for the rest of the tag and title & fee, then took the car back 2 days early in the middle of the night. When I called, he said he never made any arrangements and charged me a $50 possessions fee to get my purse back. I might add that the car didn't even make it home the first day. It overheated and had the wrong size battery in it. While trying to get my purse back, another customer was having a similar issue and just wanted her sons epilepsy medication she had just picked up before they took her car. He told her "Well call the doctor and get another refill cause you're not getting it"

The absolute WORST dealership in Hillsborough County. They sold me a car that nearly killed me within a week because they reset all of the warning lights and failed to pay for repairs. Not to mention they refused to give me my money or trade-in vehicle. Every time I called to have them rectify the situation they either put me on hold and hang up or they told me that the person I needed to speak with wasn't in at the moment. Whenever I went to the dealership there was nobody there to speak with me, they would always direct me to the Salesman knowing that he couldn't do anything to assist me with the situation. Think twice before you purchase from them.

I bought a car from them recently and the car had issues since I first bought it. They fixed it and then I drove off with it. But every week or so I will have a problem with the car by the second month the car will not start I called them and the owner said it's by here pay here and he will not fix the car anymore. The only reason I'm giving it a two-star is because the sales guy was a decent guy

Now this place is a good place for buying used cars. They will work with you. My son got car here and I plan to go here to get my next car since the auto place on 92 seffner did me wrong even after paying off not missing one payment at all.

Can we do a class action lawsuit. Seems like everyone here has had an issue including myself. Wish I read the reviews before giving them $950. My car broke down after 6 hrs of driving, 3 hrs away, with my husband stranded. Now I haven't paid taxes and tags yet, still broken down, and a repair bill of over $2 grand. Starter, timing belt and valves bent.

Please stay away from this place. They also own Finance General which that is where they finance your car through. Will not give you payoff so you will pay on it forever and if it dose get close they will repo it for no reason and lie about why or wont tell you. Then charge you $1000 to get it back. I have cought them in so many lies. I had my car for 3 years and Saturday night they came and got it for no reason. I thought it had been stolen and called police they said it had been repo. I have went up there and they said they had tried to run my debit card and it didn't go through. I call BS because they have done it the same for 3 years. So I called the bank and they said they had never tried to run it. Now they said the manager is off on medical leave and I will have to wait until he comes back. Lie after lie. All they keep saying is give me your keys. No you dont get them because I haven't done anything wrong. I is time for me to get a lawyer. I have never been late paying them but It is real close to being paid off so they must need more inventory.

Just worked on a work truck freshly bought from this business. What was supposed to be a simple oil change immediately became a horrified owner under her new truck with a flashlight seeing just how insultingly terrible a condition the poor workhorse was in. You don't sell cars in this condition. Not at the price tag the unfortunate owner paid. I'm sure not every vehicle in their lot has an undercarriage as mangled as this one but i recommend bringing a mechanic if you must patron this joint.

Never get a car here EVER. Please do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else. The Hundai we got had so many problems we didn't see after checking it for problems and after setting a price the dealership changed it then charged us 300 on top of it for a tag we did not need. Took forever to get that back.

I had the car a little over a month paid 1500 down came back paid $850 tax and tag. and missed the first payments of $250 the called me 1 time. The next day they took my car and I just paid 800$ more to get it back and the front end is shaking. I don't recommend this place at all..Keep looking not here trust me as soon as I can pay off my car I will. And the owner son runs the Repo business. Do you see they are all about money in the middle of Rona! You would do this.. if I could get my money back I would run like hell!!

buyer BEWARE. Car make look good but not road worthy after drive home. Al the owner should not be in business. rude, crook, will not listen and pits word in your mouth. sold me car got home no fluids overheat. $300000 in repairs could care less. BEWARE. hopefully one day will get what he has coming to him for bring a crook and thief. Had not even 21 day $3000.00 repairs past 3 weeks not running. Hope place burns to ground and owner So goes to Help. BEWARE DON'T BUY THERE

I have been trying to get paid for hauling cars for this company for two months and 3d motors still have not paid me nor have they returned my phone call even after I've sent them several invoices. I decided to call the Better Business Bureau next. Poor and sad business..... public beware. #forced to give a star which should be 0!

Bought a car there put down 600 came back and paid 300 more for tag tax title for Toyota Corolla car total owed was almost 4k. Well car broke down in 2 in a half weeks. So don't rush into getting a car. Don't waste your money here. You'll be more in debt by doing so. They couldn't tow my car home after it broke down bcuz they said it was broken. Lol but obviously after reading reviews they don't pay there ppl. They lie about fixing your car. So don't believe that either. They take your money. And that's that. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews but these ppl are right. Don't waste your money no matter how desperate you are. Now my family is struggling. I put my hard working money on this car. Paid these ppl like I was told too. Not a good company. They shouldn't be able to sleep at night for what they did to all these ppl. They knew I had 2 babies under 1. I needed the car.. never again will u be desperate... Don't do it run... I'm telling u. Run. Don't believe that domincan... Don't believe al. Just run!!!!!

Woow! Never in my life I felt so robbed.. These people are crooks!! I bought a really nice looking car with in a couple days of riding it the transmission went bad... come to find out that they don't care ...They rather lose a customer then helping them out in any way!! Had the car for 15 days and all I get was a SORRY!! Well they can shove the car up were the light don't shine... They are big time "High Way Robbing" Hard Working People !!

Put down payment on a car, didn't get down faulkenburg, refused to put me in something else and refused to give me money back. This place should be illegal, surely there are business laws that shouldn't allow this type of fraud and behavior. Unbelievable

BUYER BEWARE: SCAMMERS. My boyfriend bought a vehicle from 3D Motors yesterday. When he got home, the AC didn't work. He was told to bring the car back today to the Falkenburg location. A short while later, they called to tell him that he could pick up the car at the MLK location. AC still wasn't fixed, and supposedly a part was on order. We live not even 5 miles away, and the power steering went out on the way back. Unfortunately, I wasn't with him when he made the initial purchase. But if you're smart, you'll stay away from either of the locations. Just by looking at the lot, you can see they buy junk auction vehicles. They do the bare minimum to make them work for an extremely short amount of time, and then you're out of luck. My boyfriend ended up ditching the car back on the lot, and the owner never said a word to him when he took the keys in, or offered anything when he called beforehand. Save your money and go to a real dealership.

These people not only sell junk. They will repo you car with a 100 Dollar unpaid balance. Was going to get paid on Friday couldn't make it in was going to pay the 100 on Sat. They yanked it at 5:30am before we could even get a chance to go. Just paid them 700 for title tag . That is normally 300. Now they want 630 to get it out. Total crooks with zero morals

This dealership is a POS. They are very ride, dishonest, and don't care anything about the consumer. They have had my car for a week due to a "SMALL" oil leak that after they fixed it became a "HUGE" oil pour. It's always an excuse about the parts didn't come in, or they ordered after market parts and they didn't fit right. They day my car would be ready today now they saying a couple more days. The mechanic is saying he not going to fix it at all. Now that I got an attitude with them they want to tell me they will call the police o and have me trespassed. The better business bureau needs to shut this place down asap

These sorry no good thieves take from hard working people!!! They sell you lemons! My friends car did not even last 17 days! Now a hard working family is stuck without a car because they chose to sell a non working vehicle! I am notifying BBB!!!! YOU LOW DOWN PIECES OF SH%!

I have to say that everything about working with Triple D has been good so far. The only thing I don't like was having to pay the tax up front, but I understand why. I love the car and it is running great. I always wanted a Mustang and now I have one. Thanks

WORST PLACE EVER!!! I'm 19 and they sold me a car with a huge gas leak and a spark under the hood, then they refused to let me make a payment over the phone because they lost my authorization paper, (I work everyday,can't drive there during business hours to pay them) so they repossessed my car and said I have to pay 700 to get it back and 20 more each day I wait

I got a 2004 Suzuki Forenza barely had it a week and the whole engine took a crap on me. You think they cared? Hell no. They were SO rude and didn't do anything for me. Don't waste your time or hard earned money. You have been warned. LEMON CARS AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do NOT buy a car here. Al is a lying, rude, jerk who sold me a car that looked good on the outside but has many problems. One, the AC, he promised to fix. It worked for a week and now all I get is a burning wire smell. Thanks 3D motors for taking advantage of another hard working person who got down on their luck and doesn't have good credit!

My experience with 3d was good. Al's son sold me a 90' Mazda Miata , the car was a Joy for meto drive and I had her for 6 years !! The car had to have some work eventially, but these are as iscars , you must do your home work and know your cars. I found the people friendly and helpful.Paying once a week gave me a feeling of accomplishment that I needed at the time.So thanks Al and your staff , I may see you soon.

This place is a rip off, the owner is a lier n is very shady after u purchase a car from them. He sold me an Infinite I30 that he said his son maintained, the car ran hot the first week took it back to him he said he fixed it but it still ran hot, I got it fixed myself. THEY ARE VERY SHADY!!!!

Worst place to buy a car from in history!! Go anywhere else they steal from you. They lie to you! And the staff are just flat out idiots. This place will continue to rip off hard working people in desperate situations if no one is willing to speak up on this.

This review belongs under their Brandon location, not the one on Falkenburg. Oops. 2004 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 4.0 V6, absolutely loaded with all available features of the time. Paid cash, Out the Door at damn-near Black Book. It's not what you'd call a cream puff, but it's almost a cream puff. Dean and Al of 3-D Motors are polite, easy to talk to and willing to sit and do business. I would bring a friend with an eye for automotive mechanics, as most of these cars are nearly sight-unseen rejected trade-ins from new-car dealers and may need moderate repair. This can, of course, always be used as a bargaining chip, if you even need it. Easy people to work with, and everyone at this establishment is tenured and happy with his job. If you find a great car here, buying it should be a painless endeavor.
