Honest truth this was the best car buying experience I ve ever had, Dwayne and Todd are top notch guys, very straight up ant honest. They gave me a very good price on my vehicle and they handled all the paperwork very thoroughly. Great company! highly recommended! Thanks

We just had a very nice experience in the purchase of our 2017 Ford Truck. The truck was in beautiful condition. We actually purchased it prior to seeing it. It was just as described. Dwayne was quite helpful. The paperwork process was quite efficient and did not drag on forever as our other car dealership purchases have been. Very grateful for that. We would definitely recommend The Car Store.

This is my 2nd purchase from The Car Store and I have referred multiple friends that have made purchases as well. Both purchases netted me insanely clean trucks, the 1st of which I have now handed now to my daughter and it is still like new. Great products, great people. Dwayne was great to deal with and the whole process was easy. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra, and Dwayne made the process very easy. I flew in from out of state, and Dwayne stayed late to wait on me even though it was the Saturday before Christmas and he was hosting a Christmas party at his house. He arranged someone to pick us up from the airport and did not rush at all. His communication before, during, and after the purchase was top notch. Very nice and professional folks at The Car Store, I would buy with confidence!

Bought a GMC Sierra from Dwayne a few weeks ago and extremely pleased with the truck and the service at this dealership. Dwayne is extremely professional, answered my calls and questions in a prompt manner, and upfront about the truck before I drove over an hour to buy it. The sales transaction was the fastest I d ever had and I was in, test drive, and out in less than an hour. I recommend the car store and their quality selection along with working with Dwayne. I ll definitely look into their inventory before any future purchase.

Dwayne was a very classy salesman and very easy to work with. The Car Store is a fair and reasonable place to do business and from what I saw and experienced, they have top notch trucks to choose from of every variety. Dwayne is knowledgeable in all the different makes and models and never pushed me towards any particular one, just let me go through the experience and get what I was looking for. I recently bought a 2019 Ram 1500 from Dwayne at The Car Store and could not be more pleased. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out within three hours. The folks there were very friendly and I believe Dwayne was very honest with me. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have personally bought two trucks and a motorcycle from the great people at The Car Store and couldn't be happier. I love that I'm not hounded to death for a deal when I'm looking!My family have bought multiple vehicles from them as well. You don't feel like just another number with The Car Store. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable!

Bought a truck at The Car Store in June. Had a Great Experience! They made the transaction super easy and fast. Would definitely recommend and will be my first choice when i m looking for my next truck...even coming from 2 hours south it was well worth the drive for me.

My parents bought cars here about 12 to 13 years ago and they raved about this place. My father recently went there and he got another great reliable car, his previous car tapped out at 340k miles and never gave him trouble (he bought it from the car store). My mother shared with me that she was able to finance the down payment on her car years ago which really helped. I traded in my old car yesterday and was able to get a very nice price for it, which paid my down payment and then some. We were given multiple financing options and a warranty. Grant was super nice and walked us through every step, without making us feel like we were being interrogated etc. We had our kids with us and he got some cartoons on the TV for them and we were actually able to do everything that day. I honestly do not think I will go anywhere else for cars. Reliable, honest, fair, simply amazing!

Looked up the car I wanted to buy online and they had the best deal for the car!I called them up the next day and asked to see if it was still available and sure enough went to buy it that day. They helped out immensely when it came to the bank and the insurance.The family business was inviting and made you feel at home!This was the best car buying experience we have had and would recommend for everyone to take a look at the Car Store when looking for a new vehicle.

They deserve one more star. It is easy to say something good about yourself to sell a product; but when you confirm those words as a client; those words value more than money.They gave me the best experience buying a car, smooth, fast, clean transaction, no hassles, never experience this before with other dealers; driving across the state was just as fun as the deal.Fell in love with my new truck, thanks to then. thank you Buddy and shelly.Happy to buy again and recommended to people who love simplicity and honestly. Love you guys.

Recently bought a truck from this dealership, and will most definitely not be returning. The truck was an older model but with a very low mileage, practically new, so I was excited about the purchase. I inspected the vehicle thoroughly before having bought it and after I pointed out several flaws that would need fixing before my buying it, I was reassured that they would be taken care of.They were not. The screws on one of the mud flaps had torn through the rubber and instead of replacing it, which was what I assumed would happen when they told they would fix it, they just flipped it so the broken part hung down. The license plate was secured with different screws and knobs that didn t go together and by the time I had arrived home it was hanging on by a single screw. Another pipe was loose and barely secured, I had to re-tighten it myself at home. I ve never had such a negative experience at a dealership before. Very disappointed.

First time dealing with The Car Store. Had an issue with truck after driving it home to Auburndale. Called them and was extremely pleased with how I was treated. Issue was addressed quickly and completely.Salesman ,Buddy, was a pleasure to deal with. Even though this was an As Is used truck purchase Buddy worked with me to make sure I was completely happy. Will definately make The Car Store my first stop for my next truck purchase.

I contacted the office about a truck, I spoke to Marc who told me to apply on line for financing. I trusted the website with all my personal information including social and address. I contact Marc back when the application was completed . He said it will take 30 min. Well the 30 minutes went by and the entire day. I was excited to know if I could get the truck or not, I called next day which it was today and left a message in the morning and nothing . I called back again and Marc said he was busy with deliveries and no I didn t qualify for the truck. Is okay I didn t qualify for the truck , but where is the good customer service. I would of been happy if he called me and told me yesterday. But when I had to call 3 times. Not good customer service at all.

Great Experience here @ The Car Store !!! Believe me !!! I was an out of state buyer, I have been around for a few years hahaha .. meaning I'm fifty plus years old. I have purchased & sold many of vehicles in my life privately, dealerships in and out of state. It can be a very risky and stressful thing to purchase a vehicle sight unseen and have it shipped to you. The staff was great and easy to deal with. Buddy as my salesperson & Shellie on the administrative side and even the folks that answerd the phone when I called .They we're very straight forward, professional and honest about my purchase and very patient with my many phone calls & emails !!! I would not hesitate to refer my family, friend or any other person to "The Car Store in Seffiner FL" !! No BS !!! I had a small bump in the road when I received my product & realistically they didn't have to do anything about it because it wasn't on them. But they stepped up anyway and helped me with it !!! They said "We want you to be happy and fully satisfied" and thats to a customer that's already paid for the vehicle and it was already delivered and lives 1500 miles away from the dealership... THATS A SOLID PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH !!! Thank you guys @ The Car Store !!! Wish you weren't 1500 miles away !! My "2014 Harley Davidson Street Gilde Special" was as described !!! & I got a Wicked Pisaah Deal on it 2 boot !!! D. Davis , Boston, MA Go Pats, Sox, Bruins, Celtics !!!!
