I come here all the time but today was different. They told me to pull my car into the bay . There were Three cars ahead of me ,i waited patiently. The guy pulled me aside and showed me the tire that I was going to purchase and I waited for them to service me . Then another car pulled into the bay next to my car and they quickly serviced this car before my car. I went to the owner to tell him about this problem because I thought it was first come first serve, the owner stated that they were trying to pick out a tire for me, that this was why it was taking so long when this wasn't the case. The guy had already picked out of my tire,I was just waiting on him to install it. The amount of time and professionalism that they had/gave the other customer, they didn't give me that same courtesy. I'm very displeased, disappointed and will not be coming back here any longer. I didn't even get an apology. I waited damn near an hour to be serviced while a customer that came in 15mins after me was serviced and sent on their way. Unacceptable.

This was my first experience with Seffner Tire. Fantastic experience. I recently picked up a vehicle. I would be modifying that I needed tires to get me around for a while. They had extremely nice used tires in sets. Honestly looked like new. The guys that worked here were awesome and worked quickly. Extremely satisfied. I will definitely be back!

Came into replace one rear tire with a screw in the sidewall, but once I saw how reasonable the prices were and the quality of tires, I just replaced all four on my truck for a fraction of what I would have paid at a retail B&M tire shop.I also drive 25-30k miles a year so this made total sense to use these tires instead of brand new.Fast , fair and I would recommend highly.

Had a great experience for our first time here, we had an emergency tire swap needed and the gentleman who were working took awesome care of my truck despite it being scorching hot out and having to stretch my tires they still joked around and didn t over charge me like I ve had previously at other shops. I believe they said their names were Ron and Scott, they stayed after closing to help me out. Definitely a place that will continue to have my business.

This was my first time here. I didn't know if I needed to go to an office so Scott (who was working on tires with the other workers) addressed me rather quickly and kindly let me know he'd be rite with me.Once the tech had taken off my tire the Nail I came in for did not pierce the tire and I saw the technician telling Scott this.I was charged nothing so I left a tip and a big THANK YOU for the Honesty.They have 5 Bays and more at least 5 employees with Scott who seemed to be managing this Saturday.From start to finish everything was relatively quick for a Saturday morning and every bay was full when I showed up.Also the place was clean, felt safe, plenty of seating and the shop fans helped a bunch.Thanks y'all!

Slow as can be, even when there s no customers. Closed when they are advertised as being open. Rude staff, older man walks around grumpy and not helping the other staff on getting customers taken care of besides reeling you in to park and wait and wait while he s sitting down, I guess that s his position at the shop. Costs have gone up everywhere, I know, i own 2 businesses myself, but these costs here are higher than majority of other tire shops. Bottom line, no one wants to wait long and watch workers slowly get things done and then get charged noticeably more than other shops. There s no sense of time is valuable here. Go when you have extra time to waste and don t mind paying whatever price they tell you.

OMGI Quit using Seffner Tire about 6 years ago and Now I remember Why!!!I plugged a tire of mine before short hospital stay so I felt up getting it taken care of after putting enough air for short trip.Over an hour later and then tending to 4 other vehicles that showed up After me, I'm told to pay my bill, which I do of course.The guy looks at me and says your good to go Yet my tire has yet to be put on my truck and jack removed!!!Please God, don't ever make me experience that again!!I Remember Why I Quit Them Before!!! Omg

I knew I was in trouble when I greeted the worker. He just looks at me! So, I break the silence with "How are you?" He grunts "what can I do for you?" (As if it were a chore)I repeated "how are you?" Finally, a greeting in return. "I have a nailin my tire." He grunts "Pull over there, it will be 25$ for the patch!" But you haven't seen it yet, I reply. He goes, " I've done this for a long time, which tire?! My response, "never mind, I'll go somewhere else."His kind and courteous reply? "Fine!" Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere for tire service.What a Jerk! He's not doing me a favor, I'm bringing his paycheck!!, I'll pay the next tire shop with my money!

My 18 yo son brought his car in for 2 used front tires. This was his first experience buying tires. They sold him tires with barely any tread for a total of $140 and they didn'tlast one week. They took advantage of my sons inexperience and jeopardized his safety.

The guys are great but the boss inside the office need to learn how to treat the customers. He was rude and I just asked for a hand writen receipt with the name of the company because it was a company car.

Put a 12 year old tire on my moms car and changed her $60 for it, she went to have it replaced because it was literally coming apart on us as we were driving down i75 wouldn t replace it they wanted her to buy another tire that probably would have been 12 years old as well. DO NOT BUY USED OR NEW TIRES FROM THEM THEY PUT BOTH MYSELF, MY CHILDREN,AND MY MOMS LIFE AT RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. Bought a tire with a hole in it and they wouldn t replace it. Drove off the lot assuming they didn t put the correct amount of air in the tire. Put air in the tire to find out it has a slow leak. Came back and they refused to replace and wanted $20 to plug the hole.

Great experience. There were a ton of people here at lunchtime on Friday. Car was wobbling bad. They were able to see the lump in the tire immediately and switched it out for a new one. Even though there were a lot of people, the guys work fast. We had 2 new tires in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend!

This is the best place for tire service. Employees know what they are doing. They perform fast service but with safety in mind. Definitely will go back to this Establishment.

I bought a used tire for 50$ plus 15$ To mount it. Long story short the tire blewOut completely the very next day I drive back and they told me I had the only piece ofPaper that showed proof I was there. Even though the guy remembered me. The person higher up wouldn t letThem replace the tire . I agree I should have kept the receipt (now) but I m just blown they decided not help me out being that it was less than a day later AND the dude remembered me. What s a tire to them,youKnow? The sidewalls completely gave out.

I m glad to see other people have have reviewed this place and given an honest opinion on how poor the service is. Once, they sold me a dry rotted tire that didn t hold air for longer than a day. After the first day I called them and told them I noticed the sidewalls were rotted and I got a bad tire. They told me to come back that day and yet I waited for 3 hours at their shop to replace ONE TIRE which should ve already been fixed. But, I just gave them the benefit of the doubt that they just didn t notice the tire was bad. But then it got worse. The tire they swapped it with only held air for 2-3 days. Yes I checked for nails. I decided to go elsewhere and had far better experience. Today, I stopped in because I was in the area and just had bought 4 used tires in good shape and wanted to get them mounted after work. Aside from the long waiting and trash used tires, I figured they can at least mount and balance correctly. One tech came out and asked what I needed and I told him just 4 tires I have needed to be mounted and balanced. He walked to the boss man and talked to him, then the boss man came up to me and told me $160?!? Never in my life have I ever been priced that much to have my own tires just mounted. I m not sure if it s because they weren t gonna make the money they wanted off me or what but other shops charge about $60-$90. I m never going to return to seffner tire until they can be honest workers

If you want your life to be in danger go ahead and buy tires from this pace, extremely shady company would not trust them to put tires on your car they would probably mess with your breaks to get you to come back

Staff is extremely rude, the owner is amazing but when he is not around the old guy he has running it is impatient and belligerent and seems a little drunk tbh. Leaves out pricing details, then when you bring it up it's your fault. Up until now this was my go to for used tiers. I seen 3 people leave over his behavior just during my last visit, hope the owner does something about this, not likely though. All in all I would avoid this shop. You not going to get the price they quote.

I came in to fix a flat tire. Jamie greeted me and took care of what I needed. She was professional and knowledgable about my car. I thought I needed to tires fixed and instead of taking advantage to make the extra money, she explained I didn't need it. I have gained a friend and a long time tire shop! I recommend it to anyone who needs an honest place!

I had to go back and get another tire 2 days after purchasing 1 and then a week after that my tire falls off (lug nuts missing) it s while going 50mph down causeway with my son in the car

Worst place ever. $70 for a used tire. Front end shakes and rattles from day one. Next day I brought it in for rebalancing and he wanted to charge me. Again improper balancing as their weights on the inside the rim but not the. Definitely poses a safety hazard. Spend an additional $30 and get a new from somewhere else.. they're very rude to say the least of this horrible experience

Got a tire and not even a month later it blew out on the highway guess that s what I get for buying used tire they don t keep any records of sales either so no one was able to help me replace the tire

Seffner tires gave me two fatter tires up front upon suggestion. Noticed it seemed like I had too small of tires, and it would give the front a bit more traction. Rubble cement debris near Dade City in the middle of the road & I75 (twice) jarred my balance & screwed up my alignment. People who care about your car with helpful suggestions at an exceptional price. When we purchased our first Acura RSX they also had to get the wheel locks and helped my wife at a great price. My 350z rides smooth as mechanical glass again. SUPPORT SEFFNER TIRES, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS.
