There s not enough stars,that I can give Morales Automotive. My repair was very short notice, but that didn t stop Mark from responding . Mark was very professional answered every text & gave precise updates,times & price. Very knowledgeable. Recommending him to all of my family and friends. Mobile service at its best lives up to the name Morales Automotive .

STOP your search for a good, honest mechanic.Mark showed up on time to our home. He was dressed professionally in his uniform and cap, and couldn't have been any more polite.He towed our car away, replaced the clutch, and and brought it back to our home two days later (as promised.) And we paid the price as quoted (which was on the lower end of a clutch replacement.This young man will continue to be a success for the work and service he delivers. Many kudos!!!!

Mark was amazing from start to finish when we had the unfortunate issue of an engine failure in our family vehicle. He worked hard to find us the right engine when they were on backorder. He is quick to respond and communicate and fixed our van. Thankful for the integrity of this upstanding business. We now go to Morales Automotive for all our vehicle needs!

I have had a mysterious electrical issue in my car for about 2 months now... I was frustrated for taking it to multiple shops (to include the dealership), none were able to pinpoint the root cause of the issue, or just wanting to replace parts without providing assurance that such replacement would take care of the problem.Tired of keeping towing the car for no results, I finally decided to have someone come to my car instead, still unsure it would be any different.I called Morales Mobile Mechanic and gave it a try. I spoke with Mark, who was very attentive, listened to what I had described from my past experiences, was very sincere and did not make any promises - which I liked from start.He kept communicating with me , the time that he would be at my driveway, if he was delayed for 15 minutes, etc. Won more points right there.I am a curious person, so I stuck around as he ran his diagnostics. As I already knew, there were multiple faulty codes that popped up. Mark was patient, answered all questions I had, explained the faulty codes that were relevant to identifying the issue and the ones that were secondary, and spent extra time going one by one, until he pinpointed the ultimate culprits. He even went above and beyond when I asked him to check for potential corroded connectors.Even though Mark was unable to fix it (I have to take it to the dealership to replace a part and have it programmed it) - I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism, customer service, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond to identify and fix a problem that none of the other 4 traditional shops, nor the dealership itself, were able (or did not want to spend time) to do it.Thank you Mark and Morales Auto! - From now on, I will never waste my time and money taking my car to anyone else before I consult you first, being you able to fix it or not. If I could, I would give them 6 stars. Mark contacted me right away and asked me to text my address. Today is Saturday after 12 noon and he came over around 1:30 and installed my starter in less than 15 minutes. He was quick, courteous, and super-efficient. Morales Automotive is my new mechanic and he comes right to where my car is, so I don't have to worry about towing or other inconveniences. They are super reasonable in pricing too. He gave me a price before he arrived. No need to call around. This is the company to hire.

Told me he could come by Wednesday, then the day of he told me he was out of town and had to push it to Thursday. Same thing happens Thursday. Pushed to Friday (today). Not once was I contacted or updated about the time or what was going on. No call, no show. Will never call again for service

Amazing amazing amazing. I called around 12pm today explaining I was having an emergency AC issue and he came right to my house as soon as he could. I m moving states and not having AC for 5+ hrs just won t cut it. He showed up at 8:30pm after going out of the way and finding the part I need, and stayed till almost 11pm to get everything working. 10/10 customer service and craftsmanship, would 100% recommend to anyone needing servicing on their vehicle

Great service! Very helpful and professional people. It's good to have a mechanic that is so attentive, takes time to explain things to you in the way you can understand, while showing you at the same time. He came to replace my starter and it didn't work oj my bmw. So he gave me his reassurance that he would look into the problem and see if there was more he could do. He came back the next day with a solution and fixed my car.Great mechanic very affordable. Would 100% recommend!

I will be a customer for life of Morales Automotive! He reminds me of the mechanic my family had growing up in a small town. He is personable, honest, and explains things in terms anyone can understand. He didn't try to sell me services that I don't need. He repaired my car for a fraction of the price that I was quoted at the Kuhn VW.dealership. Other local import shops have tried to take advantage of me but I know that it doesn't cost $300 to replace my gas cap like JB Automotive tried to charge me along with thousands of dollars of service that I didn't need. Highly Recommend!!! I needed my car battery changed but my terminal was corroded and stuck. Called another mobile mechanic place and they said they couldnt help me because I tried to work on it myself, weirdest thing I ever heard! So I found Morales Automotive on Google, he came right away and got my car back to working within an 1 hour! Will def be using this company from now on!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mr Morales worked on my mother in law car about six weeks ago and replaced the hood release cable. He was on time and installed the cable.On August 26 my car needed a repair and I promptly called Mr Morales. I spoke to him about the problem but he couldn't get to it until the following Tuesday because his wife was out of state and he was keeping the kids. Which is understandable and the fact that I was going out of town that Saturday kinda worked out. Wanted me to send a pic of the VIN number and agreed to get to it on the third of September. Sent text to confirm about 3 times and called to at least know if I needed to find someone else to fix it. And haven't heard from him at all. Got ghosted

I was dreading spending a lot of time taking my vehicles to get oil changes and brakes replaced and saw someone a couple doors down getting a brakes changed in his driveway. I went over to get their information and I m so glad I did. He came back same day and took care of all of it for a price that I couldn t beat even if I did it all myself! No more spending time in car repair shop lobbies, arranging inconvenient drop off situations or calling around for quotes for me. I get in touch with Morales Automotive for all my car maintenance needs. Great friendly service and I never have to shop around for prices because I know his are fair and reasonable. He saves me so much time and energy and I m so thankful for that. I always call on Mark when I need work done on my car. He always comes thru when he is called on. Does excellent work, does diagnosis of the problem before he starts the work to make sure he fixes the issue at hand. He answers all of my questions no matter what it is. He is very knowledgeable about cars and is one of the best at what he does. His work is trustworthy and will have you back up and running in no time.Services: Tires, Brakes

Mark ( My Mechanic ) is a very reliable, honest and professional mechanic. He has fixed and ran diagnostics on my Nissan Maxima for a couple years now. He has taken very good of me and my family. I web chatted with Morales Automotive for a repair and they stated they were booked up for a week and thanked me for the inquiry. I replied that I was retired and not in a hurry. A couple weeks would be fine. They never replied so I had my car repaired elsewhere.

Had recently purchased a 1995 Thomas ER School Bus and was having problems with the right side Air Conditioning Unit. Morales Automotive Solutions came out to my place in Polk City and found the problem and made the necessary repairs. Mr. Morales was Courteous, Professional and Trustworthy leaving me with a peace of mind that I wasn't overcharged or taken advantage of. I had 2 major problems with my 2005 ford focus and Mark not only identified the problem that 4 other mechanics missed but he fixed the issues so that they've never shown up again. Absolutely love him as my mechanic!!
