If there was a higher number than 10, that is what I would have chosen. The service from Melissa , Kelsey, and Chris Ryan at Joe Hudson s in Seffner was impeccable from start to finish and they made the whole process stress free. The system they have in place with Enterprise is also very helpful. As a business owner myself, customer service and quality workmanship is of the highest priority to me and this location delivered 1000%. Constant communication, returned calls, updates. Last, but not least, the quality of the bodywork was excellent! The car looks amazing! Our car was only there for a week after parts were received, so they work diligently to return your vehicle to you as quickly as possible! I highly recommend!! Thank you guys for making a stressful situation so much easier!

I had taken my car to joe hudsons years ago and was extremely happy with the work they had done. I had to have my truck repaired recently after a minor crash and took it to joe hudsons because of the work they did on my car and again I am very pleased with their work and how they kept in touch during the process. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently dropped my car off at Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Seffner on a Thursday, following a rear-end collision. My car insurance recommended this shop for repairs, but my experience left me highly dissatisfied.Initially, I was told that the repair of minor damage to the rear bumper and paint would be a quick process and ready by the following Tuesday. They assured me they'd call if there were any changes to the timeline. However, it became evident that their professionalism was seriously lacking.I found myself in a situation where I had to continually reach out to them for updates. To my surprise, they managed to order the wrong part not once, not twice, but four times. I cannot comprehend how such a basic mistake could occur repeatedly. It made me question their competence and attention to detail.Two weeks later, they called to inform me that my car was finally ready for pickup. While the bumper looked fine, upon closer inspection, I noticed the wheel light switch was filthy, the driver door plastics were dirty (I managed to clean them off myself), and the leather trim on the door was damaged, appearing wrinkled as if something had been spilled on it. Additionally, the plastic guard behind the left light was misaligned.I immediately returned to the shop to address these issues. While they agreed to fix the misaligned plastic guard, they dismissed the damage to the leather trim as "normal wear and tear." This response was disappointing and demonstrated a lack of responsibility for their actions.I regret not taking pictures of my car before leaving it at the shop to prove its initial condition. It seems that the staff at Joe Hudson's Collision Center does not handle delicate car parts with the care they should.The fact that they returned my car in a dirty state only underscores their lack of pride in their work. A basic clean-up would have gone a long way in showing professionalism.I've lodged a complaint with Progressive and urge them to reconsider Joe Hudson's as a "preferred" provider for collision repairs. After this experience, I would never consider coming back there. Shame on you, Joe Hudson!I sincerely hope my feedback serves as a catalyst for Joe Hudson's Collision Center to improve their service and uphold the professionalism that customers expect.Service: Body & Trim

This business deserves a 10. We needed a part for our passenger door. Older Honda. After searching for someone to navigate our way, even the local dealer was unable to help. I found a dealer out of town that had one in stock. I ordered it and they got it to me. It was a minor fix and no one would touch it. This business accommodated us with grace. We are an older couple and my husband has advanced dementia. I really needed help. They showed us favor through God. No only did they put the part in the door, They didn t charge us a dime. That s favor. Blessing are far and few in between. So is a business with a . I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of body work. You won t be disappointed. Best wishes.

Estimator had pretty great customer service skills, but front desk can be kinda hit-or-miss depending on the day.Repairs were done mostly without issue - have to take a star off (& honestly I wanted to take two) because scheduling was rough. First I was told a few days, then a week at the absolute latest , then Friday morning , then Friday afternoon - a pretty frustrating process if you have a full-time job and are trying to coordinate your pickup time.Had to verbally push back a bit & be firm on my scheduling to get it done on time (quotes because on time was still later than what i was told two times). definitely would ve dropped down to 1-2 stars if they weren t able to accommodate my final request, so they were walking a bit of a thin line. i would rather have received an OVERESTIMATE of when it would be done & have it done /early/ than be told so many different things.overall fine experience, but was close to devolving into something intensely frustratingService: Body & Trim

Great service!!!! Received a quote last week, received the call when it arrived. Took my car in and in less than 30 minutes I was out of there. Quality of work was outstanding. Chastain was super friendly and personable. The only thing I would suggest is that the office staff were a little more personable and top loosen up a little. But overall, it was great experience. I will definitely use their service again.

We have used them twice now, on auto insurance claims, and they've done excellent work. Complete communication throughout the process and constant updates as to when our vehicle would be complete. Unfortunately I can't review the work on my car because I couldn't get past the front desk for scheduling. I spoke with the young lady at the front desk on 3 different occasions. On each of those occasions, the young lady said someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. Once week 3 hit & I still had no definitive information, I took my business elsewhere (Caliber Collision) and they scheduled me the same day I went there. The only time Joe Hudson called me was when my insurance removed the assignment & I received a call within an hour. Better communication is needed at the front desk instead of 3 weeks of silence.

Brian was super attentive and kind he made sure he addressed all my needs and any questions I had. He was easily accessible and the receptionist was kind and welcoming as well. They are easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Thanks soo much!! Got my car repaired here and just picked it up today. The car looks beautiful! These guys are super helpful, professional, and friendly. They gave me updates via text and call. They always answered the phone quickly and were super helpful with any questions I had. They also took care of returning my rental car for me. Well they have had my car since Jan 17, 2022. No phone calls. No follow up. No communication... from any of the employees. When I call to get an update, the rude receptionist tells me, we don't know how long it will be to fix it until we get the part... so you gonna keep my car forever? Do NOT recommend. Didn't like it. Although they are supposed to be Audi certified they did not acknowledge it. I called several times to get an update but the one person handling it was never available and never called me back. On one of my many calls I was told it was ready but no one called me. I then got the car back with a dent on my driver door and my windshield washer not working. I am so disappointed with this company that I didn't even tell them about the dent as I don't want to leave my vehicle with them again.

Joe Hudson's Collision Center is awesome! 5 star rating should be a 20 star... The entire staff is very polite and professional but they don't come off with that stuffy attitude, make you feel very comfortable. They explain every detail of work they will be performing and let you know if anything changes they will contact you immediately, which they do. Provide step by step detail on the process of your vehicle progress. Workmanship is excellent, every detail of work is defined to the point of excellence. I will definitely use them if every needed and would recommend anyone to use Joe Hudson's Collision - their TEAM is GREAT! Thank you Connie L.

Wonderful and reactive staff. I had left an item in my car and they were happy to secure it for me until I picked up my car. The repair was perfect and the paint color was a perfect match. Would definitely use again (but I hope I don't have to).

Everyone who I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and my car was finished even sooner than expected. There was one thing that needed to be fixed after my car was complete and Robert, the Seffner store manager, came out to my work himself to fix it in order to make things more convenient for me. Would recommend this place to anyone in need of collision repairs.

The worst place to fix your car. I had my car fixed through Progressive, so you would expect high level of costumer service. It took forever for them to fix the car properly. I had to take my car back to the shop 4 times, and I had to go through the Better Business Bureau and Progressive to find a middle ground with these guys. From my personal experience and if you care about your car, do not take it to this place. NEVER AGAIN

I choose them for repair after my accident. The repair done was satisfactory even though they delivered my car with a delay of one day. But, when I went back after 2 weeks with a complaint that the brakes are making a sound when I press them hard, the response was pathetic. They took my car for a ride, came back within 5 minutes and said they didn t notice anything. The manager was not ready to hear me out and kept saying that I should take my car to a dealer instead. Never going back again or would recommend to anyone.

Maybe if they actually read their reviews they would realize that I am a completely separate incident.Original Review:I was recommended by this place from State Farm as a certified autobody shop because I needed some work done from a recent hit and run on my vehicle. I called to schedule an appointment to have an estimate done and have another side estimate done on some other work I needed on the car prior to the accident. When I arrived for my appointment, I was handled by the young service rep named Chastain Manning. I will start of by saying he was very professional and friendly, but I could eventually tell I was being taken for a fast one. After he looked at the accident damages, I showed him how I wanted separate side work done on repainting my car hood, front bumper, and left side panel. He processed to tell me that it appeared it was going to be AT LEAST $2,000 dollars to repaint . That was to repaint maybe 30% of the car. And the car itself is worth only $6,000 dollars. I was shocked at such a high price. He offered to write me up an official estimate inside, which he said would come out to a more accurate quote. Which it still in the end happened to come out to the $2,000 price he quoted. What luck? And he still said once they start it, it could and probably would go up in price. The accident itself was only estimated at $2,700 and that was with replacing physical pieces of my car. So I thought that paint price quote was nuts. Also, I encountered more damage to my car after turning it on and driving it to their shop (driver window regulator broke from impact of accident) and he told me they wouldn t cover that! And even went on to recommend I fix it myself with the help of YouTube. Sure, I could do that, but I shouldn t have to because I m the paying customer and it wasn t my fault. I felt uneasy with the whole experience and in the end, I ended up calling State Farm, telling them my experience and asked for another approved Auto Body shop I could go to. They were happy to help me repick a new shop AND they even added the updated damage of the window no problem and it was covered by the shop I ended up choosing. Who might I add painted my car for $799 TOTAL, and it comes with a Lifetime Warranty and is State Farm approved. Plus, the other shops estimate ending up costing LESS, with the new included window fix. So moral of the story; stay away from this place, THEY ARE A RIP OFF. Don t let the nice salesman fool you, you can find a cheaper place who will do the same if not BETTER work on your vehicle!

Had my vehicle brought here after an accident. They took good care of it and fixed it. I had 2 things happen after I got it back but they always fix the issue and make sure it's working properly for me and explain what the problem is. Very friendly and professional.

Don t be fooled with the lifetime warranty claim. My paint is peeling after 2 years and they will not honor the warranty.

My car was hit from the back by a customer of Progressive Insurance. Car Guys was one of the options provided by Progressive for the repair. Originally I chose it because it was close to my home. This shop is very different from the shop I have had to use in the past at Progressive s Recommendation. (This is not the first time I have been rear ended by a progressive customer.) From my very first conversation with the Car Guys staff to the completion of the repair I was treated like a friend or family member of the staff and nothing less. I am a woman but at no point did the staff here talk down to me, the way some shops talk to women or take advantage of the perceived naiveness of a woman in a car world. They never took advantage of me and I never felt they would let Progressive short me in any way. They gave me very thorough updates throughout the repair that allowed me to fully understand what was being done to my car. The repair went beautifully and my baby is as good as new. I could not have had a better shop and would recommend no one else for body work and repair.
