I've never had better, more professional service anywhere else. From the moment I pulled up, I was treated with the utmost respect. The whole facility was very clean. The manager Tyler was intelligent and staff demonstrated professionalism. I was given a thorough run down of services needed and recommended timelines when I would need to have them done. The lobby was clean and wheelchair accessible. Prices were reasonable for the services provided. This is now, my only go-to Jiffy Lube.

Seriously the best place to get your oil changed. Last visit they gave me a water bottle while I waited in the car. This visit as I'm waiting for another customer to finish they stuck a air vent in the window to keep me cool. Love the attention to hospitality at a car place. Jay was very nice and helpful.

I have been going to this particular Jiffy Lube for 18 years now;I have had all my oil changes done with my first car and it ran for almost 15 years and I've had all my oil changes and brake light bulb changes done with my second new car.Yesterday I had to have full brakes and rotors done;the gentlemen there were so polite and helpful and able to get my particular brakes I needed;Michael did a great job installing and even showed me the process.The estimate was spot on and the job was done carefully and with quality.I drive 37 miles each way to work,over an hour each way,and I can't tell you the peace of mind I now have with my new brakes.Thank you Michael and everyone at the Parsons Jiffy Lube,you have a customer for life!

I just took my BMW in to have the transmission fluid checked because my car wasn't shifting right on the way home from work. I had 2 very professional and polite young men check it out and the fluid level was topped off. It was a relief to have 2 very pleasant men help me. Will definitely be going back for my oil changes. Thank you so much!

I went in to get an oil change, and before I left, I advise the assistant manager Avery that I had trouble in the past with them not screwing on my skid plate right. Everything advised me that he would make sure that my skid plate is put on properly, so I m not even an hour later after driving I heard a loud noise and I seen from my review that something big has just detach from the bottom of my car. So I went back to Jiffy Lube and they did confirm that my skid plate was no longer there the manager Avery advised me that he will take care of it. However, this was back in September of last year and they are still giving me the runaround to get everything fixed and situated. This is a horrible company.

Was a lengthy process. Gentleman went around under the hood with a flashlight returning to say my radiator happen to be leaking all of a sudden. From there he has to find the other employees that were no where to be seen to complete the oil change. After the one taking the payment checked off air pressures were good however they weren't but did find someone to check it. Not accusing just strange no leaks prior but he was quick to say he has a guy down the road to fix it and even had all the pricing. $103 with military discount wowza

Tyler, the manager was very knowledgeable. everyone including technicians were all very respectful and courteous and was a very quick visit. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone that I know.

I'm an English language student and I don't speak it very well, but they were patient and understanding. Congratulations, they are great professionals, even with my difficulties they managed to explain all the car's problems to me and all the services I needed were carried out.

I came in for an oil change and a coolant top off. Turns out, my water pump on my engine needed to be replaced, which they offered to do same day. They got the part same day, stayed open, updated me the entire time, and were some of the most personable, kind, professional guys I ve ever interacted with when dealing with car problems. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, y all do a fantastic job! :)

Employees were rude. When I left, I had no coolant in my radiator. Only had 1 other car in the shop and the service took almost an hour. I come here all the time and this was the worst visit I ve ever had.

Leaving one star because 0 isn't possible.Drive past this one and go to the next one!They need to take "Jiffy" off the sign.Only one other vehicle here. 4 guys worked on one truck for over 45 min while our truck sat. I guess their lust over the other truck overrode their professional responsibilities. Then when they finally started in our truck the workers pulled the other truck back in the bay and started ogling all over again. This is the WORST customer service from a Jiffy we have ever experienced.NOTE TO MANAGEMENT might be a good idea to drug test this crew.

At first we were skeptic. Thinking the normal from previous experience but we had a great experience. Glenn, Makhi, Efaxier, Josue were very thorough and not pushy. WORST PLACE EVER! If I could give them zero stars I would. Went in for a full synthetic oil change. They tested my battery and told me it was not good. We said we didn t want to change it today. They BEGGED us to change it and would give us a free oil change in exchange. So we said fine! THEY EFFED UP MY CAR. I went in with a working vehicle left without one. I was stalled with four kids on the side of the road after telling them my car wasn t working for four hours in the shop. Took it to a mechanic and they put my battery in backwards, fried my wires and my alternator. It s $1200 to fix it. Having to go through corporate to get them to pay for the damages and they won t. And came to found out they never gave me my oil change, they just topped it off. My only vehicle with four kids and they ruined it and broke it. So now I m going to sue them!! EFF THIS PLACE!!!! Don t go here!!!!!!

We shall see tomorrow, today the individual I'll talk to you on the phone was helpful and professional. Tomorrow I will enter the facility and get a inspection so that I can continue driving for Uber in Hillsborough County. It is a 2014 Jeep Patriot loaded. Today I arrived at Jiffy Lube on Parsons Avenue in Seffner upon arrival I was escorted to the lobby, I was here for an Uber inspection. I kept an eye on my Patriot and noticed that they were looking for a oil filter the other guy had taken off my oil cap from my motor. I walked out and told them that it was not an oil change it was an inspection for Uber. Man who took off my old cap told me that if it's an Uber inspection you have already failed, he said I had a tire that was not right didn't have enough tread. I had just had my Jeep inspected before I drove all the way to Tampa at Regal Kia in Lakeland Florida and had the paperwork both tires on the front 8 both tires on the back or 7. Because my hood pull my Jeep out and said that's their policy. I took my Jeep to Tampa Honda where they found my oil cap from my motor off and my motor completely drenched in oil.I went down the street to the Chrysler dealership and got me a Jeep oil cap for my motor and went back and passed the inspection. If you need your car one it in good condition do not bring it to this Jiffy Lube their is a overwhelming amount of stupidity and arrogant. Also when I was standing out back keeping an eye on my Jeep two of the Jiffy Lube employees walked around to the side of the building and I could smell the odor of marijuana. Avoid this place at all cost the only got one star from me because that's the only way you can post the truth. You're taking your car to rip-offs liars and thieves.

Oil change was quick but the person helping was rude. Do not want to negatively name drop here but feel free to contact me for that information. Felt like I was inconveniencing them for coming to them for business. I will be going back to the Express Oil Change up the road since they are kinder. Only switched because they didn t have my filter.Alex helped me reset my sensor. He was polite and maybe he should be handling customers instead. They way staff speaks to and treats customers matters.Service: Oil change
