Brandon did an excellent job shepherding my service visit. The process of delivering a video of the detailed inspection along with estimates for necessary repairs was exceptionally helpful to facilitate making decisions about future visits. And there will be future visits.

Gator Ford always does a great job of servicing my 30' Class C RV. They have the equipment and trained technicians to properly inspect and repair any issue with an RV on a Ford chassis. My advisor Ryan did a great job of keeping me informed and ensured everything was right before I left. It can't get any better than that.

Made an appt for my 2006 RV for some service with Nick. Oil change, tighten the steering, and an alternator. Turns out that the alternator wasn't the issue and Nick called and informed me that it was just the two yr old battery. Steering was tightened up and lubed, along with some other general maintenance. They might, and I say might be a little more price wise but, and that's a huge but, the professionalism of everyone involved and the quality and thoroughness is well worth the trip to have them do the work. Thanks Nick and crew!!!!
