I ve always had a very professional experience and have been going for regular maintenance there for the last two years highly recommend. Also have had tires shipped to this location where they installed and balanced for a very fair price.

THEY BROKE MY CAR INTENTIONALLY AND PUT MY LIFE IN DANGER! I went in to get a nail removed from my tire and the hole patched up. When I left, my car was completely overheating! MAXED ALL THE WAY ON RED! My car was working perfectly fine, then, I go in for a $20 tire repair. While I m waiting, I see they have my car in a lift and the hood up?!? Then I drive out and on my drive home, my car is about to explode. These people put my life in danger. And when I called, they accepted no responsibility and offered no solution. I don t even trust them to amend the situation if they wanted to. Avoid this place like the plague!!!! I ve experienced mechanics breaking cars to create more business for themselves, but on a $20 TIRE REPAIR? That s just doubly disrespectful. I was nice to everyone who worked there too. Seriously, this place can burn down . And if it doesn t, they will continue to burn YOU down and put their clientele s safety at risk

Unbelievable that they quoted me $2700 So I took it somewhere else. $350 later problem solved. Asked him about the back brakes said nothing wrong with them.Tires plus said they were in bad shape, and wanted me to get all new back brakes pads rotors and maybe calipers. My car runs and sounds like a champ now. They tried to upcharge me, and when you do that I don't trust you anymore. After this I felt like I won the lottery. It pays to shop around folks! Could save you thousands like me. I always gave them good reviews until now.

Took my car in for an appointment on the weekend, they left it in the parking lot until I got there two hours after my appointment to tell me they were "just about" to pull it in, waste of time and money and still no fix. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. *weren't busy* so what's the excuse? Update, 4 weeks later I just keep getting emails saying, someone will contact you in two days. Ridiculous

Ordered 2 new tires for our van and made appt. Arrived on time and it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to put them on!!!!We own a collection of vintage cars and motorcycles and we know what it takes to change tires!!!Staff was pleasant.Waste of time honestly!Never again

Dropped car off same day as issue, Greg, professional and friendly, was thorough explaining all clearly. I picked up car later in the day, issue resolved. Thank you Greg and Tires Plus!

Well I didn't give a perfect score because the waiting was a little long and the price was a bit high, however Mr. Johnson I believe his name is was very respectful and helpful and the mechanic. I'm with Tire plus a long time so I hope I can get more discount the next time.

Very friendly and personable team. Explained all the options and once a decision was made on the tires we wanted they told us an approximate time the car would be ready as we left it. We were called early and again a very professional experience. We would gladly recommend them to others. #stevensleavin

They always are friendly and get our vehicles in and fixed within a day. They are honest and call us before making any repairs. They explain exactly what is wrong and what is needed to fix it. Very professional crew at the Sebring location!!!!!

9-12-23 update:Jen, the store manager contacted me today. She apologized numerous times for what happened yesterday and some to the technician. She said that none of that should have happened yesterday and she was very sorry about it. She refunded me the money for the new tire and told me to keep the tire. I am very happy that she corrected the situation. She is a very nice and understanding manager. I will increase my rating from one to four stars because of Jen the manager knowing they should not have done this yesterday. Thank you Jen.No stars! But have to put one.I went in this morning with a nail in my tire. They said that it could not be fixed because nail in the red zone according to their chart but it was near the middle. I believed them and got a new tire. My husband got my old tire back from them and took to RNR. They ssud they could fix it and patched it for $20. I want my old tire, which is only 15000 miles on it put back on and get a complete refund!!!! I will never go here again. They also stole my metal cap and put a plastic broken cap on air tube.

Service times are typically slightly longer than you would expect but the staff is always friendly and happy to explain all the needed work. Everything we've had done so far has been done correctly and professionally

I got new tires put on yesterday, fuel cleaner and tire alignment. The guys were super nice and professional. I overheard a lady being very rude, loud and treating them just awful, but they, in return were kind to her and calmed her down abruptly! Great job all around! I normally Stat away from chain stores that sell tires and do alignments!!! Well, guess what, I found the exception on this Sebring store.The attention to detail, understanding, and getting the job done correctly are excellent!!!Pete in the alignment station is a master at what he does!!!! Thanks for showing me the exact cause of my issue and eventually fixing it!!!Darryl Alexander, Manager of Tire Sales, was excellent at listening to my needs and promptly got my car on to have it aligned and fixed. This shop is an example of great service and customer care!!!

DON'T GO THERE/ FRAUDULENT & LIARSI took my car for a balancing, they recommended an alignment 3 times, got the alignment. Their alignment machine broke which resulted to a severe misalignment as a result it broke my axle. I went back, they fixed my alignment but refuse to repair or replace the axle. I'm a single mom with an 9 year old driving a vehicle that can break and causean accident at any moment. My only source of transportation. All they want to do is sell you services you don't need, to make money off you.

I'm giving this place a five-star rating because of their customer service representative at the front desk. His name was Daryl. He was an amazingly helpful person! He saved my butt and helped me get my service which was getting my donut taken off and a full size tire put on that I already had purchased from online. Almost closing time and they weren't the least bit bothered by my showing up late! Most of the time you feel those vibes where people are just aggravated and I didn't feel that at all. Very helpful people although I will say one thing my low tire pressure light is still on because they didn't check after they installed the tire. Nobody's fault really I don't think because they do stay on for 20 minutes or so after you change the tire so they couldn't have known. Great place. Clean waiting room with lots of space. Bathroom was pretty clean too surprisingly
