I wanted to buy a truck from them a 2019 GMC they lied to me they decided not to sell it to me they decided to send it to an auction instead one salesman said it was fine. Another salesman said it had a transmission issue so say , not on the same page

I got a great car but their sales person was very absent-minded, schedule me on a day where tint window person was off which was his brother. And currently Ive been here since 9am waiting on my car to get finished tinted, it is now 12:25. Im not impressed and feel pushed around as if I am not important. Every is friendly but the sales person I was given could not even give me an estimated time of when my vehicle could be done.

I had an emergency flat tire in the evening. The tire was completely torn apart because I had to drive to a safe place to stop. James from Alan Jay towing Service had to pick me up at gas Station and tow me to Alan Jay Toyota. The driveway was locked and he was able to open the gate and put my car in a safe place.He was courteous, kind and very efficient. Then he took me to my home.He said he would be back in the morning to give the keys to the repair people.The service made me feel safe, James the driver was very professional and knew what he was doing.The service department man calledAnd gave me all the details and was very helpful. He also gave me he numberfor the shuttle service. John from the shuttle service came to my home and picked me up and took me to get the fixed car.The woman at the check-out desk was also very helpful. She even brought me he newly washed and waxed car to the door.This was a great experience. I only had to wait about 15 minutes to be picked up. 5 thumbs up for All Alan Jay employees.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Service advisor courteous and professional. Nice facilities, very clean restrooms (being here at least 6 times). Car wash is a minimum Alan Jay could do to earn repeat business, but is not available. Bummer.Service: Tire rotationsService: Tire rotations

Service advisors have always been great here. Shop/mechanics seem to do a great job. I had diagnostic question they answered quickly (& fairly). Johnny Gonzales has the best customer service. The dealership (Lakeland Toyota) I bought my car did not let me l now that I had free oil services. When I stopped by Alan Jay; Johnny explained to me that I did have free oil service. Because of his wonderful customer service I am able to save money on oil changes. He really did go above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Johnny. Give him a raise Alan Jay!!!!!!

The reception guy, (Jonny Gonzales) thinks himself a mechanic, and proceeded to tell me to back up while he looked for a nail in my tire. Well lo and behold, he found one, an inch from the side wall, and declared the tire useless. I was not impressed. Fortunately, I had insurance on that tire since I purchased it at Alain Jay, so they replaced the tire for free. But the fender problem that I told him about and ask him to mention to the mechanic he tried to fix in my presence which he was not able to do but never told the mechanic, at least I assume since the problem was not fixed when the car came out. I would likeI would like the receptionist people to stick to their jobs, and let the mechanics do the mechanics on the car. And at least mention the problems to the mechanics that the customer mentions to them, just a thought.Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

I have been dying for a 22 Tundra since they dropped. Alex referred me to Alan Jay Toyota and hooked me up with Cole. I was hesitant because I m from a couple hours out of town but Alex wasn t kidding, Cole is the man to work with. He stayed in contact with me almost daily until he found me exactly what I was looking for! Jeff made my trade in and financing portion quick and painless. If you want an enjoyable truck buying experience come see these guys.

Not thrilled. My car has only been to Toyota dealerships since I purchased it with 11 miles on the odometer. I heard a noise on acceleration and brought it in to check out. Was quoted $6000 to replace the transmission. No middle ground. When I drove it back to Atlanta the dealer there told me I didn t need a new transmission, flushed a few things and the car was fine at no charge. How exactly do you go from $6000 for a transmission, that I m wondering if I needed, to $0?Next time I brought the car in because the tire light came on. Needed a patch because I had picked up a nail. Ok this happened in Atlanta too. Got the patch and two days later the light was in again. When I brought it back and explained the issue the intake person was very condescending. Are you sure it s the same tire? Frankly I had no idea that s why I brought it back. Turns out is was the same tire, the patch had failed and I was offered a repair At no additional cost . Not sure why that even came up just fix the patch and keep moving.Not sure I ll bring the car back. At this point I d almost rather drive to Haines City our wait u til work brings me back to Atlanta.Services: Tires, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Well it took well over a year to get my air conditioner to stop "whistleling" but it's finally fixed. Randy, the service Mgr. is very friendly and accommodating. However, I just want to mention, I realize the car wash and vacuum is complimentary, but geez, they really just give it a quick rinse off, and no more than that, I realize it's not a car wash but I just thought I would mention it since you asked about my experience with Alan Jay in Sebring. I also want to mention the cashier, Bonnie, is also very friendly and courteous!! Pleasant staff overall.

During these times, car lots are empty. You expect to take what you can get or wait months to get what you want. I did neither at Alan Jay.After researching vehicles and deciding which one best suited my needs, I decided on a 2022 RAV4 Limited. Alan Jay just happened to have the exact vehicle I wanted...including the color! But...I had to wait for it. The wait time was three HOURS! That's right! Not months! Yes. It was meant to be. And I drove off the lot that day with the vehicle I wanted. Thank you, Alan Jay and Sales Rep Jonathan.

Good personal interaction with service personnel, good experience. One exception, don t use the car wash, water spots almost impossible to remove. I don t know what they use, but it s not good. I spent hours hand rubbing them out. Will I go back? Sure, but no car wash, that experience is my last.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My A/C wasn't working properly. It was full of freon, but temps varied. I was told it was leaking. They wanted $2700.00 to fix it.That is sooo overpriced. Needless to say, I left your dealership without getting the repair. I always use an authorized Toyota dealer for my repairs. But I will not be using your services anymore.
