Amazing service! After being told "nothing wrong with my steering" at another garage, Roscoe diagnosed a broken Pitman arm and worn ball joints. I had checked prices before he called and his prices were right in line. He provided exactly how many labour hours were needed and parts pricing before doing the job, and had the alignment done at another shop at a very reasonable price. Fair honest and quick. I was in the same day.

I'd give no stars if I could.Asked for a quote to get O2 sensors replaced on the family car. Even though two in my fam are certified to fix cars, we do not have a rack to put the car up & do it ourselves, so we decided to request a quote & support a local business.The owner Rosco, right away asked me to leave the car with them so they could take a look at it (day or more). I told him that I really just wanted a quote for the work first, and that I could not leave the car there, unless it was actually being worked on, and me there waiting for it.Rosco, without taking into account that I already deeply know things about my car, questioned whether we actually knew if the issue was an O2 sensor. After the push back I got from him, he agreed to look and give me a quote (had to really talk him into it...). So based on the VIN, he gave a quote that was simply egregious. He marked up the costs of the parts two to three times the original costs, and ultimately painted the whole job as being a difficult, difficult task. He did not realize that myself and several in my family had already researched the OEM parts, non-OEM parts, and even watched do half a dozen videos that show how easy it is to replace the parts, particularly if you have the car up on a rack.The sensors on the bottom require a simple socket extension...not tough at all. His comments to me were dripping with greed, degradation and pride as he was trying to rip me off.Any mechanic could do the job in less than an hour with the car lifted. There is no mystery in putting a socket wrench on a ratchet. Rosco was describing scenarios that would take the job well into over a $1K, when any mech could replace all 4 sensors for no more than $300 -$400.He must deal with a lot of folks that don't know how to use the internet, or the existence of YouTube that shows everything about everything. Please do not use or trust Rosco s Garage for anything. They are simply out to make you feel stupid, & drain your pockets, and I feel bad for the folks who work there (Josh).

Had my trailblazer worked on here. The whole team is honest, professional, and awesome. Rosco is honest and reliable with his work. Goes the extra mile to help and is fair with his pricing. Good to know good people still exist! Thank you Roscos garage! Would recommend to anyone in need of repairs!

I have dealt with Tom and Roscoe for over a couple of years with 4 different cars that we own, and I can t say how honest, caring, efficient, quick, and well, just about the best repair shop I have ever used UNTIL LAST VISIT!!! Roscoe has taken over the shop and has treated us very well until this last visit!! He did a simple repair, which did not solve the problem, and upon returning to ask to search further, he was so rude and didn't even want to talk with us. NEVER use them again. Roscoe, you lost, on average, about $3000 to $4000 each years business from us!!!!!

I bought a Yukon XL in December and after a few months realized it had major electrical damage. Rosco and his team found the problem for me and got my vehicle back to me in a week. I was expecting to pay thousands of dollars and be without a vehicle for a very long time but, nope. I highly recommend this garage. They do a great job, prices are adorable and Rosco takes his time to get to know you.

Honest dealing at a fair price. I came in to Rosco's for a second opinion on an inspection and estimate from a shop down the road. Rosco was honest about the timeline on when the issue would need to be fixed (not immediate at all) and only charged $70 for the inspection. Took our 2001 Ford Explorer there because it wouldn t start. Had it at two other garages for seven months and they could not find what was wrong with the truck. So I was referred to Tech Automotive and with in two hours the truck was fixed and running!! Great job Rosco! Rosco was super nice to me on the phone when I called about a transmission flush. I had water in my trans and I knew that a flush may not fix the problem but I was willing to spend the money and try. He got me in the same day I called and had my Jeep done in about an hour. The price was decent and it fixed my problem! Rosco was very friendly and professional

Tom and Rosco repaired my Dodge Journey and I was very happy with the service and experience. It's nice to find a shop that is not only knowledgeable but honest and fair as well. It reminded me of how business used to be conducted. Thanks for taking care of my ride and for being what more people should aspire to be. Highly recommended!

The folks at Tech went above and beyond to accommodate me and I am SUPER impressed. They fit me into their schedule quickly, diagnosed the problem with no issue, and fixed it in same day. WOW! I am/was super impressed with Tech Automotive. I was out of town when my engine light came on. They were quick to diagnose the problem and were able to repair without replacing parts. They could have easily charged me for parts and I would not have known the difference. They even did a follow up before I left town for no charge. I am not one who typically gives reviews but wanted to share this. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I tried several other shops, none would help me. I had a serious issue needing repair right away. Tom was sympathetic and fit me in, even though he was swamped with work. He got me back on the road in short order, and even found and fixed another small problem, all at a very reasonable price. I was a returning customer hoping that I could get satisfactory work like I did six years prior. Tom, the owner, was very rude on the phone when I was telling him about a problem I was having with my vehicle. He did not even take the time to at least refer me to someone else. He was very rude and just said good luck and that he was not going to waste time running around to find a part for what I needed.Service: Electrical

A simple ECU change out was turned into my dash being torn apart when the ECU was under the hood. He removed my auto start alarm and didn t install it back. There were so many excuses but every time i got a ride 70 miles one way to pick my truck up, it was sitting in the parking lot not being worked on. Bottom line, he told me 2 days and no more than $500 it was 7 days and over $700 and would have been longer if i didn t let him know i was taking it with me running or not. He did get it going but didn t run right. He is not a honest person.

Friendly and honest repair of my AC in my expedition. My kid is thankful for the rear air to work properly. Showed me the bad part after replacement. I would highly recommend them.

Would not recommend, they replaced my thermostat, I picked it up drove home only to discover they didn t put my radiator cap on and did not top off my coolant. Simple job no reason for dumb mistakes.

The lobster bisque is delicious but the shrimp lobster dip with tortilla chips was had to much liquid to be a dip. service was great.
