100% 10/10 would highly recommend! Staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the PERFECT truck within my budget. At McPhail s they truly want to get you a great price on pristine vehicles. No one was pushy to force you to purchase a vehicle and they will allow you to take all the time you need even if your decisions change a bunch of times. I would recommend this company to ANYONE who is looking for a safe, affordable vehicle. Special shoutout to my Buddy Tony and Mr. Dan for always taking care of me. I ll be back in a few months to upgrade the mom van next now that my husband is happy Without a doubt, a beyond satisfied customer!

I have always been very pleased with the service I receive at McPhail's Auto Sales. My husband, Kevin, and I have purchased our last 4 vehicles from McPhail's, and with every purchase, we felt that their team really carer about what we wanted and, more importantly, what was best for us. I would highly recommend McPhail's to anyone who is looking for a good, reliable vehicle. If they don't have what you want in stocks, they will do their best to find it at the best possible price.

We were in the casually in the market for a tow vehicle for our RV. We saw a 2017 Jeep Wrangler on their lot and noticed it was set up for towing. Tony not only helps us determining what kind of tow bar it was but contacted the former owner of the Jeep who confirmed the brand and then brought all of the accessories for the tow kit including the tow bar for the RV to the dealership for us! The purchase process was painless and quick. The Jeep was detailed and filled with gas when we came to pick it up. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from McPhail's and we cannot say enough nice things about Tony, David and the rest of the team. Thank you for a great buying experience and for an awesome Jeep Wrangler!

They are truly a dealership that is family oriented and will go above and beyond to treat and make the customer their # 1 priority.In my experience, beginning with an on-line inquiry, through countless e-mails and phone conversations this dealership understands and exemplifies customer service and that convinced me to travel almost 700 miles to make my purchase.Robert Viera handled my purchase and his approach was " what would I want If I was the customer ". He followed this approach though every aspect from sales to finance and delivery. I was rear ended by a truck and the insurance co totaled my car. I went to McPhails since my husband had a very good experience when he bought his truck. A friend, Anthony Toler, has been a friend for quite some time so that was the first place we went to replace my wrecked Kia SUV. In four days Anthony had found me another Kia that was very similar to my previous one , just 3 years newer. I love my new car. The people at McPails are the best. I would highly recommend checking out their inventory before looking elsewhere. They have the best preowned cars and trucks in town. A huge thank you to Anthony, Dan and the whole staff at McPhails.

This is one place where you feel at home! No doubt everyone at McPhails were friendly, professional and never made us feel pressured. There was no sales pitch, just a friendly face who did everything they could to help you get in the vehicle you chose. Anthony aka Buddy who was our sales person was so adorable and the sweetest person. (Star Wars geek like me). If anyone is looking into purchasing a used vehicle definitely make a stop into McPhails and while your there tell them Angela from Casa Tequila Mexican Restaurant sent you. Thank you McPhails Family....Aaron and I will enjoy our Jeep Wrangler!!

After having a horrible two week experience at a bigger chain like dealership, I headed to McPhails with hopes of at least starting the process of getting a new car. I got so much more. I walked in at about 4 o clock, and within hours I drove off with a car better than what I was expecting! I ve never met a group of people more friendly, more willing to help and more comfortable to work with. Anxiety associated with car dealerships is obviously some thing that a lot of people get but coming to McPhails, within a half hour of being there, I knew I was in good hands, wasn t going to get pressured or ripped off into something I couldn t handle, and more importantly, I was going to be happy with what I drove off with. Thank you guys so so much for everything, i m obsessed with my car, and you guys were incredible

Anthony and Mr. Danny were amazing. I brought in my SUV yesterday looking to trade. They both from the moment I walked in started working to get me exactly what I wanted for the price I could afford and within a few hours, we had exactly that. Even covered cost of my first oil change.

I went to Mcphail's Auto Sales and asked them to find a specific car for me. In less than two weeks not only did they get me what I asked for, I got it at an incredibly good price.I would like to thank Chris Mitchell for his efforts in finding what I wanted. It was pleasure dealing with him.This is the second vehicle I have bought through McPhail's. I can't imagine dealing with anyone else.

I stopped to buy a truck for my son from McPhail's over the weekend and I was so impressed with the process. It was great to watch how they all work as a team to not only get the deal done, but get the right deal done. Rob spearheaded every item to make it easier for us. Danny went out of his way to help us out, and was totally hands on and available to make sure the final deal was right for my son and not just about selling another vehicle. True Integrity! This is not my first truck from Danny and his team, and certainly won't be my last!

Great place to buy a truck. I lost my house and my truck in hurricane Ian. Went to several dealers and got the normal run around. As soon as I went into McPhail's they did everything they could to help me and I was able to purchase a truck with no hassle and got a great deal. They even threw on running boards for me because my wife needed them to get in and out of the truck. Will definitely return there whenever I need another vehicle.

Update:From a bad review Robert reached out and was able to get the job done I m pleased with the end result. I want to thank Robert and Danny for getting it done so quickly. They went above and beyond to fix the issue that we ve been facing for almost a year. Thank you guys very much we really do appreciate it.If you ever purchase a vehicle from here and you finance, it, you better have them explain their gap insurance to you. My husband got a vehicle from there two years ago and he got in a wreck and it was totaled out well The gap insurance is fighting with us because they re saying the damage of the vehicle doesn t equal the amount of what the car is worth. And that was over a year ago and we are still fighting with them and we called to speak to the manager or the owner and they didn t put any of them on the phone we heard the owner son in the background running his mouth very unprofessional. They also said they were going to email some documents over and they never did. NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS!!!!

The day I went into McPhail's to look at some RV's never did I picture I would purchase one from an auto sales. But we did and I have to say McPhail's has been absolutely wonderful through the whole process! Even though we didn't have a truck to move the 5th wheel we purchased; McPhail's made sure we had our 5th wheel on our lot. The refrigerator had issues prior to purchasing and McPhail's gave their word that we would have a working Fridge, and they kept that word. They had to buy a whole new Fridge, but they did and came here to work on the old one, and load in the new one. To have all the staff be so helpful from...Jason (sales), Anthony (finance), Robert (manager) and even the owner Dan who came to help install the Fridge. I have to say McPhail's is the best place to work with from autos to RVs. Trust me from all the years of doing paid study's from automobiles to SUV's to even Semi-truck dealerships, never did I think to receive the kind of support I did from a local automobile sales dealership as I did from McPhail's. I know where to go when we are ready to get that huge truck to move this 5th wheel. Great Job McPhail's... if I could have given 10 stars I would have!
