Fantastic service! I called in with a concern about my vehicle s computer and was told to come in for them to examine it. Tested and confirmed that my computer was working and no issues were found. Honest and even returned cleaner than they got it. I would definitely recommend these guys again and again.

I needed an ECM for my 2008 Ford Explorer and ECM Options had the best price and most definitely the best service! I didn't have to wait on the phone for a long period of time like most other companies and Angel was very responsive and knowledgeable. After installing my ECM I got at lightning speed in the mail, Angel walked me through the necessary programming of the key to the instrument cluster. The fact that they provided free tech support when purchasing their product speaks volumes. Thank you ECM Options!

Angel has been incredibly helpful with working to sort out my complex auto computer ECM problem! His patience and knowledge were impressive to say the least. My car is running great and I paid less than 1/2 of what others were going to charge.

I have to say, I m very impressed with these guys, in particular, Angel.My mother-in-law has a 2011 Hyundai Accent and the ECM went out. First service facility narrowed it down to the ECM. The car wouldn t run for more than 3-5 min before dying.Hyundai dealer said the part was 3 months out. I tried to order from Hyundai parts directly and part was discontinued.I looked and looked and found ECM Options. Angel literally saved my existence. It was find a module or buy another car for the mother-in-law.He came thru despite the hurricane which hurt his main facility in Puerto Rico.I will be forever indebted.Thanks again!!

I just spoke to Angel and I was going to make a costly mistake and buy the parts I needed for my mini Cooper so I did not have to reprogram the pcu. He spent 10 minutes with me educating me on why that would be a bad decision even if it would work. He took his time with me and made me feel extremely comfortable with the decision to go with him and his business. You cannot teach customer service like that without somebody caring about his business and his customers

I run a shop in East Tennessee, so I'm a little experienced with working with others in this industry.I was down on vacation visiting family and in the middle of dealing with a vehicle my father just bought.My father has an older Town Car that needed a PCM replaced, then programmed and I wasn't going to be in town long enough to help my dad with the process (it's all new to him). I called around and was referred to him by a local shop ECM came out and did just that. He was so patient with my father as well. It fixed his vehicle and his stress is lifted. I'm beyond thankful for the service.

These guys, and Angel specifically, are rock stars. They did the literal impossible to get us out of a jam caused by another company. Great customer service, a good inventory, and a large base of knowledge make this company one of the best.

if i could give 0 stars i would. Gentleman i talked to abt my issue was either having a bad day or just a a-hole naturally. was gruff, rude and hung up on me. not very professional.
