Our dreams came true at Duck's...We've had our eyes set on this purchase and are thrilled it came together here.Working with Beverly throughout this whole process made us feel less like customers and more like friends.As we log miles + memories during this restoration process, we look forward to visiting them time + time again.One visit, and you'll see why most of Highlands County + our family go to great links for services at this garage.Cheers,

Duck's towed our truck from a collision we had in Sebring. Beverly, is one of the nicest people you'll ever deal with. You can immediately tell these people will take good care of you. She explained every part of the insurance estimating process and made sure only our insurance company had access to it.

They did a awesome job that they took out the old battery and replaced it with a new battery and now I don't have to 4 jumped started and anymore..

Had a clean 2004 Ford pickup truck. Took it to Alan Jay to diagnose and repair a clunk noise every time I turned a corner. They wanted $6,000 plus to fix it after I already paid them $800 to fix it the day before. A friend told me to take it to Duck s for a second opinion. I told them it was making a clunking sound and to quote me to fix it. They said it was the spare tire clunking around because it was old and had dry rotted and wasn t holding air. Said it was an excellent vehicle and they would think nothing of driving it across country. I said good, because I m giving it to my daughter in Dallas. $365 later, I was on my way to Dallas to deliver it to my daughter. Not a problem. She s had it for a month now and still no problems. I thank God for Duck s. My only regret is that I did not come here first.

Great company! On-time, professional, courteous service and staff. Outstanding experience with this company. Hope I don t need to win the future, but if I do .you know I m gonna call Ducks!

Ducks treated me so fairly and I got my car back faster than expected. Beverly even went so far as to help me troubleshoot my issue before towing me to try and save me an unnecessary cost! You gotta love honesty in the mechanic field when there are so many who would try to take advantage. Thanks to Beverly and the guys at the shop for a job well done!

Our truck was towed by Ducks due to an accident and I can't say enough good things about the lady in the office, she's kept in contact with me and explained every process and what to expect. Ducks is by far one of the finest mechanic shops I have been to in over 40 years. Their service, work, and ethics are unmatched. I would recommended them to anyone who needs car work. Out of towner, and no one to turn to about a blinking check engine light. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in great place . Beverly, came out to the point , directed me and EVERYTHING she stated was correct, honest and explanation of my issues.what could have been an opportunity to screw an out of towner. No extremely fair price ,great work,and out of there in less than 1 hour . Fell in love with this place! Old fashion customer service!!! Wish I had Ducks in Ga!!

Great tow company. They towed my husband and myself home from Lowe's. Super friendly and quality tow. On a Sunday!! Will recommend to others! Great price and didn't have to wait long at all! Thank you for coming to our rescue!

I went in because there was a noise under my hood. He looked at it and gave me a call about an hour later. Told me a few things that could probably be repaired but wernt really urgent and told me I was good to go. There were a few other things i wanted to ask about and he sat there and answered every single one of my questions. The biggest thing im happy about with them is i mentioned that after i got my windshield replaced by At Your Service Auto Glass, my wipers wernt actually wiping anything off, dude wouldnt even text me back and it was really scary to drive in the rain. Ducks said i may need to replace the wiper arms because the spring might be damaged but he took the arm off, reinstalled it and i havnt had a problem with it since, even with all the rain we've gotten recently. Im not sure what the windshield guy did to it but ducks was able to fix it. Its hard to find a mechanics shop that wont try to con you out of more money on unnecessary fixes, especially being a young women, so i really appreciate them and would recommend them to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wiper blade installation

Not a good experience. Had work done on a car that the work was not adequate at the time of the repair. I was told "if it fails don't worry it is under warranty and we will fix if for free. As you would guess a few months later I ended up stranded when the part finally gave out. After the tow bill and replacing the part they charged me over $200 and claimed that the parts store refused to pay for the tow and labor and would only replace the part. The parts store didn't charge me the original $500+ to replace the part, you did. I guess you don't stand behind your work.
