They were very cautious about making sure they ordered the right windshield for our car. But here is my greatest compliment, the staff was very RESPECTFUL. Every time they were spoken to, it was yes sir or no sir. I will refer my friends to this company. GOOD JOB

Our experience with Darren Thomas Glass was outstanding! There was timely communication by Haily throughout the replacement of our RV's windshield and metal trim showing each step of the work done. We would highly recommend their services!!

The staff and operations at Darren Thomas glass in Sebring are definitely a joy to work with. Both times I've had to bring in a vehicle for a windshield repair they have been prompt professional and done a great job I definitely recommend them.

Absolutely highly recommend The Never Fog Windows. Darren & staff replaced the glass in all nine windows in our 2010 Itasca Cambria. Started at 8:30 March 15 and completed by 4:30 March 16. Our coach now looks brand new. Our dual pane windows were starting to fog so decided to have them all done. They did an incredible job. Meri did a great job at scheduling, pricing and and arranging for us to stay the night before in their very secure lot with water and electricity. Awsome folks to work with.

Phenomenal customer service throughout the entire process of ordering a new windshield, filing an insurance claim, installing the windshield, and recalibrating my safety systems. Meri, Haley, and Mary in the office were so helpful and walked me through everything I needed to know and do for the replacement to go smoothly.I cannot recommend this company enough!Service: Auto windshield replacement

The best customer service we have ever experienced. From the first contact, to the completion of installing all new windows in our motorhome they were simply the best. When they say they treat your motorhome as if it was their's , believe it. Our ten year old coach looks brand new, highly recommend Darren Thomas Glass to anyone who has fogged windows in their motorhome.

Very courteous and thoroughly replaced my windshield and recalibrate my safety system without a hitch. All done professionally, I will call on them if needed and its close to home. Hailey took very good care and so did the other lady there sorry can't recall her name but she was great in providing outstanding service. We were picked up when the car was ready. Very accomodating. Called on a Friday and they were able to get us in on Monday to replace a broken driver side window in our Tiffin Phaeton. They had us come in Sunday night and hook up to 50 amp.Our window was replaced in one day with UV glass. They did a wonderful job, and they couldn t have been nicer! Definitely recommend to anyone needing RV glass replacement!Service: Auto side window replacement

I'm hoping their quality is better than the customer service! Complete RV window replacement that are fogged! Called / e-mailed them for 2 years waiting to get in with multiple e-mails and phone calls. Every time is an excuse, covid, hail storm, short help, then random calls to have us come when we advised we weren't in state, then price jumped (which we accepted). Then we call to speak to someone else and we get we are booking 4 months out. Which maybe they are but wouldn't you call and check in knowing when we are back? Hailey (office girl) tells us they need the RV for 3 days the other lady says for a week or more. Seems like a discombobulated mess! We had a bad experience, I'm sure others have had a great one! Just beware!

We met Darren and Meri at the Tampa RV show. After talking with them for a few minutes we knew they were the company to fix our problem. They replaced the two front windshields. More important he found that everything under the windows was rusted away. He replaced all the brackets and everything that was rusted away. He started on Monday and finished on Friday as he said he would. We drove from Brooksville to Sebring to drop off and then pick up. Long ride but so worth it. They are the best. A rock hit the windshield of our motorhome on our way to Florida. Called other glass companies and either got a 4-5 week leadtime or no response. Contacted them and they gave me a quote and could do the replacement as soon as I arrived in Florida. They provided electric and water hookups for us and did a fantastic job. Everybody was pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend them.

Darren Thomas Glass Co. provided great communication before my RV window replacement, they were always super prompt to reply to my questions. I arrived the night before my scheduled job and there was a welcome packet waiting for me. Parking and hooking up electric was super easy. There was a water hookup available, but I didn't need it. The day of the job, they started promptly in the morning at the time they said they would. Everyone on the team was super friendly and professional. Most importantly, my new fog-free RV windows turned out great. GREAT! This place is awesome and exceeded my expectations. I hope I never have foggy RV windows again, but if I do I will for sure get them replaced here. Five star experience all the way!

We used them to replace our windshield at the Tampa Super Show on or Class A Motorcoach . They were amazing and very professional. They even cleaned the inside of the windshield and the dash on my Class A motor home when they were done. I could not ask for better service or quality of work. Haily and Mary go above and beyond to help you. I ve had issues with the insurance company to try to repair my vehicle after a hail storm. Haily reached out to me, ordered the glass and she and Mary were very diligent on sending everything through to the insurance company. They however are not. But they have been relentless, informed me of everything, sent the emails which I forwarded to the adjuster and he finally replied. Now I have a car I can drive. I can t say enough of their customer service and really appreciate all they have done for us. I still have to pick up the car, but I m sure they did a great job.

You can t meet a more friendly company than Darren Thomas Glass Company. The service was fantastic and they done an excellent job on replacing the window in my truck. Mary in the office is so friendly and has a great attitude and helps you in getting you in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this glass company for your repairs or replacements.

I had both my windshield and my drivers window replaced and they did a great job. The girls in the office are a pleasure to work with as well and assisted me with the insurance claim and scheduling of the work so I could travel up from Miami and stay over two nights.If you own an RV and need windshield replacement, or want to get rid of your cloudy dual-pane windows, this IS the shop to go to.

Excellent. Very nice people to deal with. Employees are efficient and friendly. Measured my RV window and then scheduled install date/time. Work completed on schedule. Company can handle all type window installation including RV's. Very pleased.

Wow what can I say . Excellent customer service from the minute I walked though the door (something that is hard to find these days). First thing that Mary did was walk outside to see what the damage was and explained to me that it could be fixed but better to replace the windshield.Within 15 mins she had my insurance approval , new windshield ordered and on the schedule for 2 days later. The next day I receive a call from her in the afternoon asking if I would like to have it done today. 45 mins later two great techs showed up and replaced my windshield in no time at all.Thanks for the great service !Service: Auto windshield replacement

Friendly greeting. Got RV side windows replaced quickly. When done in shop, pulled coach outside, plugged in, closed windows and had A/C running. Great service.

Wonderful service! Super fast and friendly! They fit us in for a windshield the day after the hail storm, and only took around an hour.
