What an awesome experience!!! So professional!! Great communication from Cynthia! Finished on time. All insurance communication handled! We had one minor concern that was handled as we waited. I am fussy about our car and I was concerned about paint matching as my Santa Fe has a bright metallic 3 stage red paint. It is perfect. Someone backed into our door and it needed to be replaced. It is now perfect, no evidence of it being replaced.It's no wonder Shaun and Cynthia's shop is so busy. But, everything handled perfectly and timely!! I STRONGLY recommend Crenshaw Collision!

Took in my baby (2022 Camaro SS 1LE) for a little body work after getting hit on 27. The repair was quick and can t even tell it happened. Helped me with a rental car and kept me in the loop throughout the entire repair.

Drove my car into the shop and paid for the insurance for a year and a half to maintain a tag because I didn't expect it to take soo long...and after proving services and parts for the duration...my BMW was put out in the heavy rain without protection from the elements and was forced to have it towed to another shop... at my own expense and now I have to have the repairs started over because of new damage created by the neglect and additional repairs required for dents that were not there previously.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Unbelievable, I was so scared to have my beloved car (hellcat, 700 hp) worked on. I had to wait months before I could bring it.. They were very professional and the office is so nice. They handled the insurance claim for me.I was only going on the reviews. So, all said and done, I just couldn't believe the outcome. I was so happy, it was a perfect fit of the repair. They were so nochalant about it. I'm so impressed. If you really love your car the results will be unbelievable. And I'm female, total respect. I will recommend and remember the great way you handle customers.

We brought our 2012 Audi in for some work not once but twice. Both times the estimates weren t changed, the car was finished as promised. Excellent work. We had some interesting damage. Was repaired without replacing anything. Cyndi the receptionist was great and the lead Shawn was super polite and great to deal with. Would recommend anytime anywhere. The wait time to get in is months but I can see why? They are GREAT!!! Thank you Crenshaw!!! P.s. the paint was a phantom black. Matched perfectly.

I had the BEST experience here! I could not believe how fast they fixed my vehicle. The prices are UNBELIEVABLE! My vehicle looks better than when I first bought it! I highly recommend Crenshaw Collision Repair. Friendly staff and great family owned business! It s hard to find honest people when it comes to your vehicle but when I came here I felt right at home!! Couldn t say thank you enough!!

Crenshaw Collision is my go to repair shop for my accidents, and there has been quite a few lol. They are very professional and nice people. They kept me informed about everything they were doing with the repairs and made sure I was okay with the product before ordering. I definitely recommend them. I was satisfied with the outcome of my vehicles. They do a tremendous job with the repairs.

Crenshaw Collision has my car currently in their shop and it has been there for a while to get repairs on my vehicle. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been excellent!! They have more than understanding with my situation and very patient with dealing with my not so great insurance company. Everyone is very friendly which definitely helps dealing with a crappy situation that much better. I have not received my car back yet they are still repairing it, but I know that they are taking their time in making sure everything is done right and I expect my vehicle will be perfect when I get it back. Thank you guys for everything!

Worked on my classic 66 Mustang FastbackNeeding repair due to my stupidity. Matched paint nicely and did repair to a high standard.Very nice people and reasonable.I recommend them highly.

Best place for auto body work!!! I've had 3 different cars repaired here and each time they were returned to me like new. Super friendly staff that'll keep you up to date in everything!! Can't recommend enough!!

My wife was recently in an accident where both the front and rear of her car sustained damage. Crenshaw's Collision completely restored her vehicle to look like it came right off the showroom floor.Amazing work, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
