Happy with the service.Cobra Transmission Parts Customer Service was great at responding to my questions. They recommended the parts that I need to refurbish the transfer case. If it wasn't for their customer service I would have spent more money that necessary.Thank you Joseph.

John at Cobra Transmissions was very helpful and provided guidance on finding the parts needed to repair my transmission leak. The seals got the job done and were not available through BMW, but Cobra has them in stock. Here are some before and after photos for your review, I will order some more seals for the other cars and tell my friends to install these during routine fluid/filter services.This wasn t the largest purchase that Cobra Transmission received, but their correspondence was proof to their high standards, regard for customer service, and knowledge of transmission parts and service - I can recommend buying from Cobra and I will purchase from them again.Their prices are reasonable - no leaks are priceless.

Bought valve body gaskets for my 1989 Volvo 740 from Cobra Transmission. They were the only company I could find with these gaskets, and yet maintained a very fair, honest price. The gaskets were exactly as pictured and described on the website. I would not hesitate to buy again from Cobra Transmission!

Would highly recommend these guys for parts. Especially for older neiche cars. They had what everyone else did not and for a great price. Theirs costed about $300 while most go up to $500. They kept updating me and personally called me to let me know about one part they didn't have and they refunded it to me. Also gave me the manufacturer number to look it up. Very nice service and pretty good delivery speed. Will definitely buy again when I need to. Thank you Armando!

First time using Cobra Transmission. Great experience. Delivered on time and stand behind their word. They provided some incorrect guidance on the extended warranty in error prior to ordering. After the fact, I brought the discrepancy I just realized to their attention and they immediately honored what I was originally told without hesitation. Demonstrates what a quality operation and people they have working there! Highly recommend.

Great experience beginning to end. My Mercedes GL450 needed the transfer case replaced but the part cost from the dealer was astronomical, and I was concerned a used one would just have the same issue. I found out that Cobra Transmission sells both new and rebuilt units and bought a new unit from them. They are clearly very knowledgeable experts on these transfer cases and a brief chat with John made me very comfortable. Annie's customer service and help processing the order was excellent. The brand new unit was carefully packaged, with simple return for the core, and the whole experience has been fantastic. They will be my first call for any future needs.

Had a great experience buying from Cobra Transmission. They had the parts I needed in stock, great price and quick shipping! I made my purchase and then realized I should add another o'ring to my order. I called and explained what I wanted to purchase to Hector, of course I wanted to save on shipping. Hector went out of his way to do what was necessary to get the extra part added to the prior order. I should add, the price on the extra part was forty nine cents. I was so impressed with how Hector helped me for such a small transaction! Great job, please keep up the good work.

Although I cannot recommend the the reliability of the eBay shipping program nor communication with the eBay representative, the seller was very kind and helpful and did everything possible to remedy the situation. I highly recommend the seller and their product.

Very good communication via the company's message to provide all answers to all my questions, technical and/or shipping.It is not that Cobra Transmission just simply sold something to me, but also that they provided technical suggestions and with their reminding before shipping for the parts that I didn't pay much attention via emails and phone calls.I had very pleasant purchasing experience with Cobra Transmission. Their good service is the one that I had never had before from other on-line vendors. I was very happy with Cobra Transmission and I will definitely purchase parts again from Cobra Transmission when I need later.

We ordered a gear which was delivered promptly then our customer did not need it but we were slow in returning. In spite of this, Cobra worked with us to return and issue a refund. Hector and John were very helpful, professional and prompt. Will continue to use and highly recommend.
