The point to this review is to make sure the community knows that there is other mechanics in town who work on foreign cars and not just these people. They will take your money, but leave you strainded still. Had my duaghters car in there twice both times for the same reason. First time they worked on it for a day to tell me it was a thermal fuse, but charged me $320. Assured me the problem was fixed and that my daughter wouldnt be left strained. Less then two weeks later, same thing. Though they tried to say it wasnt. Woman in the office told me i cant expect to let my car sit for 5days while we are on vacation and expect it to work. Reluctantly, we took it back because we thought they were the lone ones to work on BMWs. This time they had it for two weeks. Worked on when they wanted because they knew they werent going to make money due to their misdiagnosis. This time $430 later and still have issues and not taking ownership of it. As soon as i told them I wanted it fixed right they told me to leave. Dont take your car here they are rude and have no clue what to do other then take your money. I will make sure the whole town knows how they do business.

The staff is so friendly, and willing to work with you. It might take a minute to get in for an appointment sometimes but it is well worth it for the quality service they provide. Great prices & great people.

This is a family owned business that I recommend very much. My Volvo XC90 decided to take a dive while I was 2.5 hours away from home. I called this shop and explained my situation. I was met with care and kindness, and even though they were completely booked they said they would look at it to give me an idea as to what my next steps should be given that I was so far away from home. They took time out of their busy schedule to look at the car and try to repair it for me so I could get back home. They found my engine was done for good and needed to be replaced. Although the car could not be fixed in the end, I m forever grateful to them for being so accommodating and understanding of my situation. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and even tried to help me find cheap ways to tow my car back hone (150+ miles away). Thanks to everyone here for their time!Service: Auto maintenance

The staff at Checkered Flag is truly amazing. Everyone treats you like family. They help you to get the best deal possible with quality work. I have never had a bad experience with them and will always go back in the future. We are very thankful for everyone from the staff in the office to the mechanics that take the time to go over what is happening and why. Oh and we love all the loving adoptable kittens in the office.

This place is the best place ever!!! Sarah saved me tons of money otherwise. I am very confident taking my car here. Price is reasonable. This is my second time here. i had my water pump, timing belt changed last visit. Today i ran over a screw and they took care of me right away! i am so grateful to have known a great mechanic place like checkered flag. I encourage everyone to come here!!

Don t think of just going there you need an appointment to get in the door. I guess there too busy to return 3 calls to request an appointment. Probably a month out anyway from word from others trying the same. Good luck!!

We took my wife s VW Jetta in for repair. I the pleasure of recommending them. The ladies in the office to the mechanics, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. Thank you. I highly recommend these folks for all your auto repairs.

Had my BMW which was not starting towed there because I heard they were knowledgable and experienced. Only to get a phone call to say come get your car we don't know what's wrong with it. I used my one tow through my insurance so I was looking for a reasonable tow service. I realize they are running a business and need the lot empty. I was told to have it out of there by noon on Saturday and I called multiple times because I wanted to be sure they were there to open the gate to my car. No answer. I can't send a tow truck if I don't know if anyone is going to let him in. I never got a return call. Today I called again no answer. I drive by and my car is gone. Apparently they had it towed. Now I most likely won't be able to afford to pay to get it out of impound. But is it my fault you weren't able to repair my car. I didn't plan on you telling me you couldn't fix it. I think you could have been a little more compassionate. I have kids a job and no family here. I was doing my absolute best to get it moved. I work 6 days a week. If you want treated with dignity dont go here. Karma is a beautiful thing.

Can you imagine how much most mechanics charge to work on a Rolls without even being qualified on it? Eureka! Checkered Flag is not only reasonable on rates but they have a genuine Rolls expert AND ENTHUSIAST who treats mine like his own pride and joy. They appear to do as well on other foreign exotics and high performance domestics. I may move closer !

Best place I've found for imports! Superior customer service, they keep you informed about the progress... They even have closed circuit TV in the bays so you can watch them work on your car! Call and make that appointment!

Honest and Expert Mechanic. Sebring is Blessed to have John and Checkered Flag. I highly recommend this business.Today I came in because i ran over a tree stump and offset my muffler. It makes loud sound when engine is on and upon acceleration. Amid the covid-19 pandemic, They got me in right away. I anticipated a high cost repair. It took John less than 5 mins to diagnose and fixed my problem and I did not pay an arm and leg. Super Blessed! Thank you again Checkered Flag.
