We took our 2014 GMC TO Big John's to fix a problem with the DEF system. Our truck had setundriven for a long time, causing the DEF fluid to go bad.To our delight, Big John's fixed it quickly , reasonably and we couldn't have been happier with their great service!! We recommend them heartily!!

Scheduled our 35ft diesel motor home and serviced the engine and generator. Also visually inspected the breaks and suspension. Fair prices, very kind and did the work within the time frame they gave us. I called and made an appointment to have brakes done I went at time appointment set they were just finishing up a job I came back in an hour Was taken right in The job was done in due time and the cost was easy on my wallet!

They were amazing!! Fixed the air brakes on my 1998 Allegro Bus. They ended up having to replace two valves instead of 1. The parts were 165 dollars and the total cost was under $400. I was almost in tears! These guys do awesome work and won't over charge! I will definitely come back and recommend this shop for anyone who needs honest work done on your vehicle!! I was about to give up on trying to recover my friend's baby pet boa that had gotten out in my truck and was somewhere deep in the dash. Based on where I thought it was, it would have probably been over 1k in labor just to look for it. Tim came out and helped me find it with his borescope and didn't even charge me. Such a relief after 2 days of tearing apart my interior searching for it. Big John's garage really changed the tone of this week for me and my friend with their service

I own an 1994 F-700 altec bucket truck w a 63' boom lift & needed a new clutch, Tim and the guys handled it in grand fashion had excellent communication and great service

Their parking lot looks a little intense, but do not be deterred. These are high quality mechanics who have always been kind and honest in my interactions with them. I highly recommend! They're who I trust for any and all engine and electrical auto repairs.They will take their time on the repair, but I consider that a plus, not a minus.

I just wish everybody I did business with was as good as these guys. Every time I go there they are always jammed packed, because they are the best in the area - especially for diesel (thought they have mechanics that specialize in different areas). They are the only ones I've dealt with that always solved the problem and NEVER overcharged me. I have a classic 30 year old diesel RV and they have made that thing run like new. Found and fixed every problem at a VERY fair price when I've had other mechanics that charged me a fortune and never actually fixed the problem. Having a excellent, fair, honest mechanic is such a valuable resource. It's worth driving from out of town to be able to work with them. I just can't say enough good things about them. Thanks to Tim, Levi and all the people that work there. Then fixed at least 6 different repairs on my car and RV and I would recommend them to anyone.

This shop works on the fleet of vehicles for the company that I work for. I am not sure about the review that says Tim has a problem with women because anytime me or my female boss go up there, everyone including Tim are always friendly and never rude. I would recommend them to anyone male or female.

Three days into our first snowbird adventure our truck completely died. Based on the recommendation of the tomato stand owner we had it towed to Big John's Garage. Best decision ever. We found out this garage was under new ownership - Ken - but we did meet Big John. It took a day and half to find issue but Ken was able to fix and was very fair in his pricing. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone and we feel comfortable knowing such an honest, competent mechanic is close to us. Thanks Ken. (He and his wife even gave us rides to and from our rv resort)

Big John s Garage is, as far as I m concerned, the best garage in Sebring. They have been very friendly and very competent in their work on my cars and price is always perfect, no gouging here, honest mechanics. Very Rare.I know I was a mechanic for 30 years. Hard to find a good one.

Um, the only problem you will ever have here, is that these people are SO good and knowledgeable, that they are so BUSY that it is often difficult to even pull in the driveway. 5 stars, smartest mechanic I've ever met

Very willing to explain things of whats going on with your car.. they try there best to keep the prices down..and try not to keep your vehicle too long but sometimes its out of there hands..

Tim seems to have a problem with women. He flipped my wife off and told her to take her business elsewhere. Not a good way to run a shop.
