Looks brand new, right? Artistic designed everything for failed paint that Chevrolet wouldn t recall 10+ yrs ago! Asked Artistic not to overlload it with swirls, etc as I m kind of a minimalist they did just great!

I recently had my car repaired at this shop and the customer service was superb, the repairs were excellent, I was given updates as the repairs were being completed. The repairs were done in a timely manner. Thank you Mike and Steve for a Job well done!!!!

Took vehicle in on August 9th was supposed to be ready within 3 days. Pick up was finally on August 25th. When picking up had a scratch clearly where someone hit it with something near gas tank and on door that was not there when dropped off. When I asked them about it and the pictures that was taken at drop off I was told they wouldn t show up on the pictures and they would not fix it since it wasn t done there. When it definitely was. I do not recommend this body shop only reason I used cause was closest through my insurance.

This is the place to take your vehicle if you need body work. They do quality work and keep you updated at least every other day where they are in the process. Everyone was friendly which made for an even greater experience.

Rolled in to get an estimate on the truck I own that was damaged by a driver that was trying to pass me as I turned left into a neighborhood ... Cassidy .. the young lady office manager ... Went way beyond what I came for ... She called the offending parties insurance let make sure they were aware and let them know the extent of the damage....she then spoke to the guy who owned the company... Was a business vehicle that hit mine ... Got a check in mail yesterday... For the truck... as it was a total loss ... to fix and repair ... Stands to reason why they've been in business for 30+ years

2 is the best that I can do right now. I ve always had my cars worked on by a shop in NW Ohio. They do things strange down here. I talked to my friend up north, (the owner), he told me that he wouldn t take a car in, until he had the major parts, delivered to his shop. The LONGEST that he would have your car, is 7-8 days, EVER. This place has had my car for 20 days, and they called me, and told me, that they don t have the parts YET. I MUST return the rental in 10 days. Not a good way to run your business. In 10 days, I will not have a car to drive. I m not happy with this.They NEVER should have taken my car in, if they couldn t get the parts. I m more than disappointed, I m PISSED. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE IN A CAR, before you secured the parts. I checked with 7 different wholesale parts distributors 6 of them, have the parts in stock, and you tell me that they are out of stock, with no estimate on time of arrival. I can get the parts for you, in less than a few days!!!!

Never bringing my vehicle here again or recommending to anyone. Took my brand new vehicle here for the hail damage last year because the dealership was booked out 6 months. They had my vehicle for 3 months. I called them after I picked it up and my husband looked over it. I told them that my vehicle was painted wrong and now it s two different colors. They got overspray all over my window tint. Paneling inside the vehicle was not snapped into place and the tail light was never connected. Thankfully my husband fixed those things. And to top it off, they lost our car seat we had in the backseat of the car. Luckily we switched to a booster seat during the time the vehicle was in the shop. The person I spoke to said the coloring was from the sun and she apologized for the tint getting ruined and the lost car seat.

New visit to the shop .Great to work with and the work performed well can only say (excellent) once again. Timely done as they said and.... the car wad cleaner when I got it back then when I took it in. The young ladies in the office were very nice. The best part they arranged to wait for me to pick up the car as I was running about 20 min late on a Friday. They are closed Sat and Sunday. I would have had to wait until Monday to pick-up. Yes definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

On the first visit full damage was not observed. Second visit full damage was observed, starting the insurance approval/parts ordering/installation process. Artistic retained the vehicle during this time (about two weeks) their standard policy. The quality of work seems excellent. Good communication via texts throughout the process. No headaches with the paperwork or other logistics (assume this is a reflection of both Artistic and my insurance company - Progressive). Had one problem that was bugging me about one piece of the work. Spoke with Steve who was quick to agree to a solution agreeable to me. It is this last issue that cemented a five rating from me. All s good when everything is peaches and cream but it s when there are problems that a business s culture and performance are really demonstrated.

I have always been unimpressed by most automotive places - but I have to say "wow" these guys did a great job - the whole process was non stressful, the text messages with updates, there correspondence with the insurance company and then the overall job was just perfect As a business owner myself, I am always asked for recommendations for different businesses, these guys I will definitely recommend! This place is a must for all your car body repairs! These guys are great!We were amazed at how beautiful our car was after the repairs. She drives like a charm. Handles beautifully.Very friendly people. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Greeted with a smile and a, "Good morning," every time. They fixed her as if she was their personal vehicle. The adjuster even asked if we had any concerns and wrote them down. We recommend Artistic Body Works to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.
