Never seen a dealer that didn't want to sell a car. I reached out to Alan Jay KIA to quote s specific vehicle for me. I corresponded with Sheri via email to answer some specific questions she had so she could complete the sales order. Additionally, in my email I let her know I was not available by phone. After a few hours, I received a third email."Dear Jeff,Thank you for allowing Alan Jay Kia of Sebring to assist you with your online auto research. We realize that you have other options and appreciate you choosing us! We were unable to reach you to discuss your request, but it's important to us that you receive all the information you requested.Our goal is to make this the easiest buying experience you've ever had! Please give me a call at your earliest convenience at the number below, or reply with the best day & time for you to visit the dealership.Very Sincerely,"So evidently email communication doesn't work. Dealerships have had it good the past few years. Times are changing and only the trustworthy, communicative dealers will survive.

Jacqui & Cole were very professional, and pleasant when getting my car checked in for the scheduled oil change and investigation of my cars engine light issue. I also really appreciate the courtesy transportation to my work while my car was being serviced, then again back to the dealership when the car was ready.

Brian Soto, the manager and the finance manager we worked with were awesome. No high pressure sales "tricks" here. We actually were looking at cars at 3 dealerships and chose to purchase here because of the up front way that we were treated. I can not say the same about the other dealerships that we visited.

Ev9 owner!!!To start off,I was not looking to buy an all electric vehicle. I ve own 2 kia souls, one which I traded in on the ev9. I went looking to possibly trade for an telluride. I didn't know a thing about electric nor wanted one. But I did know I needed bigger. I travel for my job for 3 months at a time. I always take my e-fold bike. So space is necessary and I have two over 6 foot men in the family. So the telluride seemed perfect. Before talking with a dealer we looked around and seen the ev9, and truly liked the look,then noticed all electric,but thought will drive it. We drove the telluride and ev9. I was so amazed to what all the ev9 had. The comfort the technology was amazing. Yes the charging part is a learning experience but so worth it. Who can fill up a suv for 30 dollars on the rode and a third of that at home for that price. And the room is amazing. Both men can sit behind each other completely stretched out with room left in the third row. My son got in the second row and laid in the floor with room on each side of him and was able to recline back against the door. The comfort of the long drive was amazing and the smoothes of the ride was unbelievable. I can honestly say I don't regret buying at all. The dealer was nice,very information and everything, didn't pressure us at all to buy. Even told me to come back if any questions come up,and that I did. Being new to electric created questions,and they had the answer. Even help to know how to navigate with finding charging stations when on the road. I was truly happy with the dealer and his co workers. The manger even walked us to service dept when we came back a wk later to get our home charger so we could get exactly what we needed. They truly made it an easy experience with buying an all electric when we were clueless. . I want to say thank you to all the staff for the group experience.

Service staff is awesome and friendly! Complimentary refreshments too. I really appreciate everything they have done for me. The ladies at the service entrance are the nicest people. They are both very knowledgeable, too. I highly recommend coming to this location for your KIA services! They have something for every member of the family!

A part of the lower front of my car had partially fallen off on a Saturday, and I called the service manager to see if they could fit me in that day because I had to return to Orlando by Monday. The service manager had me come in at 1 pm, and they fixed the problem in no time.

I love Alan Jay,s. This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them. Our salesman Alex Ruiz was great and went out of his way to help us from showing us the car to filling it with gas he was awesome. And I absolutely love my new Soul.

Could not have been more professional! I felt very comfortable leaving my car there and not feeling like they were trying to get a bunch of money out of me. They were very honest with me. I drove away, feeling so thankful that we had such a great dealership down the road from my house. Jacqui and her team are wonderful.

UPDATE:I was contacted and apparently I had dates mixed up. Not their fault this time!Tried to schedule service for a recall and their system completely broke down.Read that I'd get a call from the dealership to confirm but call never happened. Received several emails reminding me that my appointment was scheduled and that they "look forward to seeing you" notice was included.I get to the service center EARLY and was told that the dept. that gets the online appts. never brought the email to the service dept.All the techs are at lunch and I have to wait till they get back before they can even start the clock on my recalls (3)!

Terrible service. Tried to talk me out of the car I wanted. Then said they could order it but I waited over 4 months. Rarely called, no updates, just ghosted us. Got the car I wanted in less than a week from another dealer at a better price. Act like they don t really care. I ve done business with Alan Jay Toyota for nearly 30 years and always had spectacular service. These guys are the pits!

My sales consultant was Martin Rhodes and he was one of the best! I would recommend him to anyone. He made me feel very comfortable with my sales purchase and did not pressure me into a deal I didn t feel comfortable doing. The atmosphere/energy surrounding the KIA dealership was so welcoming that I knew I made the right decision choosing KIA for my very first buy.

Nice showroom. Friendly staff. Stopped in to get quote for one of our vehicles we no longer need. Offer was about 25 % lower than other quotes i got already. They sent me flyers for years wanting my vehicle and giving top dollar promises. Not so. There lot is over half empty. Guess going over to coast to sell there is worth 3k.

The service department performed a thorough job troubleshooting my issues too make sure there weren't any surprise issues. One of the parts needed to repair my Kia wasn't available in the parts department, so Alan Jay ordered it.

Service Manager Doug was awesome today. He helped by telling me how to fix a battery cable for my car and saved me $300+ . I've recently moved to the Sebring area, so that was a lot to spend because of a stuck bolt. He didn't have to help me out, but he did and was super nice. Alan Jay Kia has my business from here forward. Thank you so much Doug, your advice worked, and my car is running again.

Bought a new Kia Sportage EX from Alex. First time I ve ever bought a car and didn t feel the need for KY.Alex was great as was the experience.BTW- the car is pretty great too! Maybe we ll learn all its tricks before we are too old to learn.

Had oil change and they didn t put on screw properly underneath the car leaked slowly for three weeks until I broke down in the middle of the highway in Georgia. Thanks Kia for not doing a good job at all ! Will be calling for a formal complaint tomorrow as this is happening to me right now

Service bar none! The care and concern taken by Rus, Marty, Ted - and of course - Theresa is beyond compare. I turned down two other dealerships because they paled in comparison to this fine team. If you need a car, Alan Jay Kia in Sebring is the place to go. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed.

They work really hard to give their customers the best deal possible without the pushy salesman attitude . Very friendly and accommodating to my elderly parents. Even stayed after closing to teach them about the gadgets on their new car.

Great experience, very thorough from vehicle info to finance/lease info. They guided me in what option was best for me without making me feel pressured. Marty went out of his way to get me the vehicle I wanted, not trying to talk me into just what was on their lot. Very pleased and highly recommend, love my Kia Forte

Update after 8 months of the purchase!I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Martin Again, I reached out to him 8 months after purchasing the vehicle because I needed some paper work from the sale and he did not hesitate to provided. Thank you ! Top Notch Customer Service skills!Mr. Martin Rhodes made a pleasant experience, no hassle experience. Me and my wife talked about how this experience has been the only great experience in our life buying a car. We can say that everything Mr. Rhodes told us was true and he kept his word till the end of the deal we value word and he kept it.

From pulling up to the service desk area, to the comfort of the waiting area, the waiting time was good. When they would come in and update others waiting or telling them they were ready, they would tell you,BY NAME, where you were on the service being done.
