Salesman was great everything else was mediocre or poor. Sales manager either lied to me or was ignorant of what went on during service. Finance was average. I wouldn't let the service department touch my friend's child's power wheels. Dealership manager won't answer the phone or return calls. After buying a used car that passed the dealers "inspection" I've got around $2500 in the car making it safe and correct. That doesn't include the bumper touch up needed from the broken tailight falling out when the double sided tape that was used to cover up the broken mount failed.5/1/22 Update was never called about my original issues but did find out an error was made on the paperwork. Contacted the dealership and they corrected it quickly and kept me updated during the process. Very happy with how the paperwork mistake was handled.

Recently I had to have extensive repair work done on my older car (1999 Mercury Marquis) at your Toyota store. The service rep, Erik Alvarado, handled the work and he was fantastic. He led me through the process and all work was done very well. My older car now drives like a new one Thanks in part to Erik Alvarado. Thank you very much.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a used car at Alan Jay Cadillac last week. The sales rep Josh was incredible he was friendly knowledgeable and professional I was a sales person in my own business for 30 years I recognize a good employee and he is one .The sales manager Russ also was involved and was very good to assist in what ever he could do to close my deal. Stay far away!!!!!! I saw this rav4 on cargurus.com then found it on Alan Jay website. Both places advertised the same price. I went and test drove it. I loved it. Came home talk to my husband about it. Next day messaged sales guy to get me the out the door price as I was going to buy it. He sent it to me with the sale price with an extra 1000 dollars added to it. When questioned why the price went up. I was asked if I was military or student. I am not. So then I was told that's how I would get the extra 1000 off. I said NO where does that say that. Then he sent me a picture he took of the computer screen with the disclaimer. You know the disclaimer that allows anything to be said. Then the car was taken off cargurus.com and the Alan Jay price on the Alan Jay web site was jacked up a 1000 dollars. Pictures to show my story. (pictures not allowed on my review)This is very bad for business. You advertised a price that should be the price. I am very upset about this. This is wrong on so many levels.

Always willing to help and they are very honest about what needs to be done. They are very nice and great to deal with. Thank you guys so much. Just to let Alan Jay know and Nissan know this is Angel that had the pathfinder. Anyways they got me into a better car and great gas mileage. I now have a Nissan Sentra. Alot smaller than what i am used ti but great car with 200,000 mile warranty. Could not ask for better for the price i paid for the car new right off the truck.

My husband found a new Nissan that he fell in love with. After taking it for a test drive I fell in love with it too, after signing what seemed like endless paperwork we drove our new Nissan home. The people there were delightful and couldn't be more friendly. I wasn't feeling well while we were there and the next day and several days afterwards the manager's wife called me at home to check on me, now that's what I call customer service!!!

I am always treated well and the body work they did on my car was flawless. They also do the mechanical on my car and it runs great. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Harry is the best. He is the service rep for Cadillac, GM, Chevy

We would like to let you know how pleased we are with the services provided by James Jackson at your Waucula dealership service department. He took care of our phone problem yesterday. Although this was a minor problem, we feel confident that whenever we need services for our Dodge van, we can count on getting superior work here.

Bait and switch! Called about a car for sale for our sons birthday. Was told the car was still available. Asked if I needed to put down a deposit to hold the car until the end of the day when my husband could come also and was ensured they d hold the car for us. My husband closed our business early (having all our employees leave early to accommodate this sale), got home as we we re walking out the door got a call the car just sold. Horrible!! Good thing we learned thief customer service -we have to more daughters to buy for and they ll NEVER see our business!!

Where should I start?Had an appointment at 1030 on a Wednesday for an oil change, sent my Husband, my husband arrives, pulls into lane, gentleman argues with my husband that the appointment is later, my husband calls me, aggravated, I call the service department, get 1 person telling me the appointment is later, 1 person telling me it was at time I told my husband. My husband refused to go back, made another appointment.Went on new appointment day, they proceed to tell me my suv needs over 1100 worth of work, I'm like hold on buddy, I just got this vehicle, shouldn't these things have just been done... so, after looking in the database, surprise, all the things they were telling me was critical on my car, had in fact just been replaced. My sticker for my oil change had the wrong return date/mileage, and when I questioned them about all of this, they say it's because they go by mileage. Maybe they should take a second to look up these things, I mean you had my car for over 2 hours for a simple oil change, surely someone could've looked up my vin number to see when the vehicle was last serviced.

Never got my truck back when I was told I would. Had to take back more then once to fix what was to be fix right the first time. Own about every Car Dealership in a two County area. There new car and truck prices are high.

I just want to say that today was a bad day for me. I left Lowes with a load of lumber and when I turned on to US 27 S my load shifted and fell across 3 lanes of traffic. Knowing that I would have helped someone in that situation, I was surprised that an Alan Jay van pulled up and helped me clear the road of my lost load. There was also to my surprise a young man that also assisted in helping me, I don't know who he was, but thank you. There was 3 lanes of traffic just sitting there. I was an employee of Alan Jay at one time and we were always told the customer comes first. Today I want to thank the employee that helped me, but not get him in any trouble. So please, Mr. Lizotte thank your employee for me again.Darren Pennisi

Over heard a vendor that services while at the shop, mind you there arent local service vendors near this area, they drive from long distances in trucks without ac, ask for water to refill his jug, it s hot out, over 90 in a box truck, apparently the water is for customers only, never giving business to that overpriced business as it is. Stay away. If a board of director for a hospital can t give one of his vendors water, you can only imagine

Unfortunately had more run-ins with these people than I care to you they always seem to find something wrong with your vehicle when they're working on it even if it's major problem and you know nothing's wrong with it they seem to find something else it's hard to get good customer service as they are all trained to do bad things... If you tried doing a little honest work for people instead of finding everything wrong with something that's nothing's wrong with you might have more business
