I went there to ha my battery checked and they told me it was bad. THEY LIED!!! Battery had 12.7 volts took it home bought battery tester and said it was fine. BEWARE. Nothing but thieves.

the guy bill is extremely rude i came in for an uber order and i literally sat there for 25 minutes and watched him be rude to every customer that came in. definitely need to fire some people starting with him. and fix this store

Old man refused to read codes on my truck because it was sprinkling rain, no thunder, no lightning, no breeze. I tried to explain that I really needed these codes because I was on my way to park my unsafe vehicle and wouldn t be able to get back out, wanting to repair everything at once. He walked out and said NO! and turned around and walked back in. Stop hiring 80 year old crotchety men that don t want to deal with basic Florida weather. I could understand if it was really coming down but it wasn t, he just wanted an excuse to not work.

Poor customer service. Excessive out of stocks and high priced compared to other options. My last 3 visits have resulted in no purchases. Probably won't go back unless a last resort option.

I needed a new battery for my car and went in to Advanced Auto on the south side of Sebring Florida. They had the exact battery that I was looking for and didn't try to sell me on a different one or anything extra. They also have free installation on the batteries - you can't beat that. From the time that I arrived until I was back on the road with the new battery installed was maybe 15 minutes. They were very efficient. Great job!!

Went for new wipers for my car and the "manager" that knew how to put them on wouldn't help because of a little rain. Sent a young associate that had no idea what he was doing. He tried to help, but we figured it out ourselves no thanks to the "manager."

I don't know about the rest of the employees there but James is a real pro. First rate and top notch. He understands what customer service is. Great personality and knowledgable. This is where I will always go first when I need something for my truck.

I will start by saying that employee's were not wearing masks, service was subpar as I waited and nobody helped out until I had to go and ask an employee for help. The parts that were supposed to be held for me (paid) were sent to the store where I paid for them. Their response was that the parts had been ordered at 2pm and I went to pick up after this time. It is not the first time that I shop at this store and the attitude and assistance has been the same. I would suggest to try the other Advance Discount Auto in Sebring as their staff is AMAZING and has always been helpful. I will also contact the corporate office as it is clear that there is a lack of management engagement in this store.

Went in for washer blades and wasn't sure exactly what to get, the employee came out and checked the license plate on the car put it into the system and pulled up the kind of wiper blades needed and he gave me three choices. And after that he went ahead and installed the new wiper blades for me. Very very nice.

I had to order parts told they would be in by noon the next day called to check and they said no but the man named Alex said he would check and call me back an hour later I called him because he never checked but he would check and let me know he came back with they were delivered to wrong store and I had to go pick them up and they were not there so five hours later I went back to get my money back then the manager wasn't there so I went home called them and manager still wasn't there then after jacking me around they actually said they ordered them and they said they would be there the next day I said not a chance I was jacked around for 5 hoursSo I suggest find another parts storeTo many around for that

Very helpful. Always patient. They take the time to help you find the part that you need and they don't always try to upsell you the most expensive part. They show you the parts and all the different price points with no pressure. I respect that.

Didn't get the parts I needed. The staff didn't want to do more than the bare minimum to help. Not friendly at all. Might not be to bad for self service from the shelf.

Stopped in to get a headlight for my mazda 5. It was cheap. Quick in and out. But they would not put the headlight in said they don't do that anymore. Sucked because I know nothing about cars. But a nice boy in the parking lot helped me out. Gave 4 stars because they no longer help with putting the headlight in.

This advance auto is one of best place to go in sebring FL. Every staff member are always friendly and always around when need help. Every staff member always there to help you with whatever you're looking for and If it's not there they call one of their other locations or they will order it for you.

Went into to the store to get some simple items. Just a wheel cover, and car scents for my daughters car. Went outside to wait for my daughter and wife to buy the items we had picked out. After they met me outside they informed me that an older man working behind the counter, by the name of Chris T., had told them that "Because most females dont have the strength to put these steering wheel covers on, you may want to get a man to help you." I am extremely upset with the sexism and disrespect that was shown towards my wife and daughter. If you are a female going into this store, I advise you to avoid the man named Chris T. Its quite obvious that he has no respect for women.
