I am SO upset I went to get 1 tire and rep said no I have to buy the pair. So I said ok but leave me the other one because it s still good. Make sure you put it aside. 2 hours later and now my tire is missing. They said well give you old tires one of em is good. Like what! And last time I waited 7 hours in their lobby, the whole day! Any recommendations on a good quick service location?Service: Tires

Penny, Joyce and Mary Lou are outstanding. Take your vehicle, be patient of the not-so-nice people these women have to deal with. They are knowledgeable and so kind. I went to Walmart to get four new tires, within a three month time frame two of the four tires have had issues. I went back to Walmart to get the issue resolved, I waited 4 hours and my tire was still not fixed after the woman behind the counter told me two people were ahead of me shouldn t be more than an hour and a half. I watched the man walk away from my car to work on something else and that s why after four hours of waiting my tire was never fixed after they charged me over $500 for bad tires.BEWARE OF THS HORRIBLE PLACE!I wouldn t be nearly as upset if they corrected the issue of two broken tire stems on supposedly brand new tires.They claim to have a 90 day warranty of the tires, that s a complete lie! Walmart was still going to charge me $30 to fix the broke tire stem that they sold me but the man never got around to finishing the job he started.I take 95 to work everyday I could have easily had a life threatening accident due to their negligence!Service: Tires

Realized I had a flat tire while in parking lot and needed 2 new tires anyway, it was a no brainer where I was headed. Awesome new tires and service too after heading to Walmart service center.

Called at 3:29p & spoke with CSR thar stated if I was here by 6p, I would be able to have my car serviced. I get off of work, grab my kids dinner, drop it off at home, drive through Extremely Busy traffic on US-1 to pull up at 5:40p & be told that "someone called out" & I can't be helped today. I have videos that show atleast 4 employees in the auto repair area.Services: Tires, Oil change

I called ahead to see if they had a tire for me in stock they said they did , so I drove straight there went right in gave a little info gave her my keys and went shopping. Within the hour she texted me saying that my vehicle is ready to pick up. Nice & smooth ! I didn't want to stop shopping so soon. lololo

Gary cleaned my headlights and brought them back to like new condition. My 2009 Accord has 300 thousand miles on it and I don't think they have ever been cleaned. Thank you for doing such a great job and for only $25 total. Thanks Bill Jones!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

From beginning to end of my 5 star service. I had a small puncture in my tire, they got the work done without the bait and switch or upselling like other tire retailers, plus I was able to get all my grocery shopping done at the same time.

Very friendly at the automotive desk, took immediate care, but stop for every phone call, and to assist other customers while in the middle of my paperwork. The work was top notch, great help in the bays outside. Overall it being Walmart was a ok experience.

All I'm gonna say right now Is that your employee miss Joyce is a very big liar... I Used to use Walmart for everything I will no longer be using Walmart until Joyce no longer works here... Went early one Thursday morning for an oil changeWas told they did not have 10w-30 oil so I'd have to buy it..... no problem.3 hours or more goes by.... so I finally go up to the counter. I was told they did not have the oil filter for my car.... I waited 3 hours for an oil change I never got.Better off bringing your car anywhere else for better service & customer support.

Awesome Service !The gentleman that worked on my tire valve was so helpful. You may have to wait a bit only, because they are reasonable and they go that extra "mile". I certainly will return next time I need an oil change or tires. Thanks Sebastian Walmart Auto Techs and the ladies at the front desk !!

I was 4th in line and the tire guy didnt feel like changing 2 truck tires so i was there for 4 hours when they told me 2 and i said i would wait. Will pay extra at another shop. My time is more important because someone dormes not feel like doing his or her job

3 hour wait for oil change only 2 men working in service bay at 9:15 am 8cars waiting tells me to come back after 11 I come back at 11 it is now a four hour wait and there are 7 cars ahead of me. So I try the next day at 8:30 in the morning there are now nine cars ahead of me and a 4 hour wait they need to actually hire some people to work in the service Bays

Very professional staff. Clean safe work environment reasonable priced. I expected a much bigger cost. And they vacuumed my car. Thx WM auto center.

Staff was friendly and they took care of replacing 2 tires (without an appointment) with about an hour wait. Prices were fair and they did a great job without trying to sell me things I didn't need.

Last week I went for a flat to get a New tire the regular lady wasn't there um the attitude of that attendant was so bad my PTSD was on anxiety mode I actually found a manager to take care of my car..well 2 cars ahead of me at that time I found they lost my paper work or something because no cars on the lift 2 hours I waited finally went to MOODYS TIRES

Great place to get service but not being able to make appointments during off season months is a pain to customers and causes lost business to Walmart. Bring back appointments year round so customers don't have to wait 3 hours for a couple of tires.

Service was quick but I hurt my arm on a piece of metal sticking out on the door and the manager was rude to me about it

Nice staff. Could not change my headlight because it required taking off the front bumper and special tools but they told me what I needed to know and what to expect.

Just finished a lube, oil, filter change and had 4 new tires installed. They even vacuumed my truck. Good Job!

Great place and it was a wait but there was a few people before me . They were awesome, nice and very friendly! Yes I will be going back there again .
