Horrible place! They are one of two places in Sebastian that specialize in transmissions. They charge you $100 to assess your vehicle. Recently I took my car there and they said I needed a new transmission. It was going to cost $6,000, more than the car was worth. Turns out it was a clogged transmission line, $250 fix! Scam artists in the flesh.

5 stars isn t enough for this amazing shop! Called late Monday afternoon & Tianna got me in early the next morning to diagnose my truck as I had gotten a few codes when truck was scanned day before. Mike went over & above checking everything & turned out it wasn t my TCM. He told me he d be happy to speak with the shop I was taking it to for repair if there were any questions. Highly recommend this wonderful, caring family!! I will not go anywhere else if I ever have a transmission problem. Thank you again Tianna & Mike!!

My son drove through a huge puddle coming home from work during a torrential rain storm a couple of weeks ago. The next day we had his vehicle towed to Transmasters, and when I explained the problem to Mike he new immediately what was wrong. After checking the car thoroughly it was definitely the problem he described. Now most places would just say, you need to replace this, that, and the other thing, but not Mike. He tried for day's to fix the problem, without having to replace a single part, but the little Ford Focus wasn't having any of it, so he finally had to replace the actuators. You talk about going above and beyond for customers and Transmasters is the first place that I think of. Family owned, family operated, and family friendly.

I got a truck back from someone with major problems. Transmasters diagnosed and fixed my problems and it turned out to be far less than I was expecting. They installed a new carrier bearing, a slave cylinder, and diagnosed a potential issue in my transfer case. They worked so fast, I was never without a vehicle. They communicated and kept me in the loop and my experience overall was phenomenal! Shout out to Zury in the shop and Tianna in the office! I feel so good knowing I have a mechanic I can trust!

Had them do a rebuild on my 4l80e trans, (a bench job) as I had it pulled and live in Arkansas. Picked up trans went back home put it in and drove truck back 1200 miles with no problem. Super job on rebuild thank you Mike and Ana

Stay away from this dishonest shop!! Went in to have transmission checked because fluid low check came on and trans pump was whining. Said he was dropping the pan to check filter but he decided rather to tell me I needed a whole new trans for about $4500. Said he dropped the pan and charged me $100 for diagnostic come to find pan was never dropped (I mark the bolts) confronted him on this and Figgured he was either inexperienced or just a crook so took it down the street and proved the latter as my new guy found a clog in the line, changed the filter and it works better than before. Typical dirty business practice!!!! Stay away!!! I want by $100 bucks back dirtbagYes it was you guys as I recall the owners uncle passed away and instead of dropping the pan off that white Chrysler 200 like you and the wife both said u did, I caught ya in that lie because I had marked the bolts and on telling u this your story changed saying ohhh no we never told u that and my transmission shot nice try. As I said took the car down the street and $325 later the car was fixed beats the $4800 you were going to scam off me for not even diagnosing the problem no excuses for this, caught a scammer so live with it

Fully expected a clutch replacement with a hefty bill. They diagnosed bad U-joints, made the repairs, and the old girl is running great. You hear stories, but their reviews looked good and they have a neat, organized shop. Glad I went with them.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

This place was honestly fantastic! They serviced my late fathers car that had been sitting for a while.Honestly don't know if and when the transmission fluid or the difs had been serviced last.They also pointed out the oil pan was leaking a good amount and showed me.It's been a about a week and the noticeable issue I had with the car creeping from 1st to 2nd gear is gone. Solid work being one here and THEY ARE NICE. THANK YOU!Service: Transmission

It was a great experience from start to finish. Donnie is an excellent mechanic and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They flushed the transmission, checked the differential, fluids, air, etc. and didn't give me a hard sell about any other services. And the cost was less than expected!

I had my 2016 F150 transmission worked on here. They began with fluid and filter flush to see if it would work. It was due anyhow. After that didn't work, they had their electronics guys reflash/calibrate the valve body control module which was determined to be the problem. That very low priced fix solved my transmission problems! I am so thankful that they did the small things first. They were so kind and respectful, explaining every detail along the way. I will be back for all my transmission needs!!!! Thank you!!!!

This shop was recommended to me and I've been so glad it was. I brought my car in for a transmission service and told Donny about some additional concerns I had with it. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner by his team. They are very detailed and made sure to check further additional parts of the vehicle that they were concerned about. Even though the transmission was working fine, they explained what was possibly wrong with the car and where to take it. I'll make sure to pass along the name of this shop to my friends and will definitely visit them again if needed. Thank you Trans Masters!

The staff made room quickly in the schedule for my free check-up. They were able to diagnose the issue and discuss possible solutions at no extra charge. They made recommendations which certainly show that they want the best solution for me not necessarily the most profitable for them.

I was stranded 7 hours from home and hesitant on using an unknown shop. Donny made me feel like family and helped me out and for that I will preach about his generosity for years to come, and several states away. If you are debating on using some other business, don't. Thanks again Donny!!!

Friendly and great work. Transmission shifts like butter and clutch works like new. Donnie is a great guy and kept me updated the whole time. Not even 2 days to get it fixed and back to working like new. Thanks guys, couldn't be happier.

Great shop. Donnie the owner is hands on, HONEST and the best mechanic in the state. No BS and they charged me 400.00 less than BMW shop quoted and di more work. YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I was given an accurate estimate, quick service, and they fixed up my transmission better than it was when I bought the car. This is THE place to go for transmission work. I couldn't be more pleased with this place.

Had a rumble in the transmission of my 2008 BMW. It has 109,000 miles on it...so I thought having to get a new transmission would mean the end of my ownership (I really still like the car). I get my car serviced at Billy's and asked who he would recommend to check the transmission. He said hands down it''s Donnie at Transmasters. I took it there....and he said it may only need a tranmission fluid change and filter. He was right...the transmission has been working fine ever since. His shop stays pretty busy...and now I know why!
