Nice ppl working there, ther very fast and responsive when u need a question answerd. An all the parts are in stock so far for me. or thay will have it by 8am the very next morning! Let s go 5 stars

AutoZone that I went to did not have the replacement battery for me so the salesman called the AutoZone nearby and they had the replacement. I was upset about my battery situation and was confused as to where the other AutoZone was. The salesman pulled up the map in my cell phone and I safely arrived at the other AutoZone. The salesman there was friendly and professional just like the first salesman. The salesman quickly and efficiently replaced the battery with the new battery and I was back in my car and on my way home. Both salesmen were friendly and professional. I hope all your salespeople are like that. They both made me feel welcome and I hope you keep them in your employment.

Stopped here during a rain storm for wipers. Didn't end up putting them in at the time. They didn't work, ended up stopping back by, Jose was working and came out and went through it with my husband and found the correct ones. He was a joy, very helpful. Look for Jose if you're in the Vero AutoZone.

Young girl I understand wasn't very well versed in mechanic situations all I wanted was a simple product.she was struggling. She had no idea how to find the model and make of my car. And what upset me the most, there were experienced employees there who could see the frustration on my face. And did not step in. I felt ANNOYED

Paul Keyser was so helpful giving me a hand while I was dealing with my battery issues. He then helped me find the right battery. Very polite and kind. Great customer service.

Guys there are very helpful and polite. I'm thankful that they will put new wiper blades on your car at no charge. They don't seem to mind at all. Will definitely go back. Shelves are fully stocked.

Just what you expect from this major chain. Easy parking. Well stocked. No crowd. Pleasant staff. Not exceptional however no complaints either. Will return.

These people are fantastic, not only do they take care of their veterans but they also checked the competition to see if they had the part we needed and sent us there since they didn't have it. Great customer service!

This was a 5 star review for years from me but as of today I am giving this one star and that is because I can't go lower! Horrible customer service the cashier didn't even offer me a bag for my 4 items I purchased and just walked away without a word.Her whole attitude while ringing me up was rude. I had to call her back for a bag and she was all attitude. I have never been met with such rudeness in all my 15 years of going there.

I went yesterday (May 13th) the young gentleman that help me was wonderful. My check engine light was on and I was in full panic mode. They helped me get the codes. We went back in the store, where he calmed my fears along with another gentleman. I have been in this store many times before, but have never received this top notch service before. I wish I got his name. I will continue to use this store and I will look for this man again!! Thank you.

On Sunday, 3/31/19, my brother's truck broke down on 95 near the Malabar Rest Stop on his way home to south Florida. He called us for assistance and we were about 40 minutes away. He told us that he had called an auto parts shop who said they had the part he needed and asked us to pick it up and bring it to him. We did. It was the wrong part, close but no cigar. It was getting close to closing time for businesses and we were all getting nervous about getting him back home for work on Monday. My husband told him to try calling this Auto Zone because we could probably get there in time (we were worried we wouldn't and told them so) and he had good experiences at the store before. He called, they confirmed having the part and told us they would be ready for us. They could not have been nicer or more professional when we arrived. I highly recommend this store. An added bonus was that the rest room was immaculate. (My brother made it home safely :) )

Employee questioned what I asked for (ummmm, I'm a mechanic) then was cursing at his computer for some reason. Maybe had a long day?? I dunno, but wasn't very professional. To be fair, I've visited this AutoZone previously & have never had an issue. I wouldn't let this one visit deter me from doing business here again.

Jess H. And Hector helped my son at 9:00pm when his brake lights wouldn t go out. The part cost $3.73, but their kindness and knowledge of a 98 Subaru is absolutely priceless. Thank you so much!

Pretty standard for an auto parts store. Decent array of gadgets and gizmos. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but didn't approach me first to help out. Maybe I just looked like I knew what I was doing!

As a traveler far away from home, I stopped at AutoZone to get someone to help me with a headlight issue before leaving on my 968 mile trip. Jeff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient with my lack of knowledge! I would highly recommend AutoZone and Jeff in Sebastian to anyone who needs advice or parts for your automobile!

Some of the employees here can treat you like you don't know anything about vehicle's. Not very professional considering they sell the parts. Some of us are professional mechanics. I won't be visiting this store anymore.

Went in frustrated that the battery I ordered for my Gen 2 Prius from another co. didn't fit. Janet (. . . damn it) put me in a good mood and with Jose, found the best battery to get my Prius working at a fantastic price. There are SIX auto parts stores here in nowhere Sebastian, for what reason I will never know, but Janet and Jose sent me home with a better battery at a fantastic price. Sebastian AutoZone customer for life.

Devin one of the employees helped me greatly today. I didn't even need to ask for assistance he just offered. For some of us women these automobile issues can be very stressful however this young man was so good to me I will always go to this AutoZone parts store on Sebastian boulevard and hopefully I will get to have Devin again. Thank you for all of your help gang.
