I literally just left the store, and I'm really looking forward to going home and cleaning up and relaxing with a fresh cup of coffee, but here I am sitting in an 84 degree parking lot writing what I believe is my very first negative review here. I was in the store for 10 minutes. I counted 5 employees. None of them acknowledged my existence or offered to help in any way. If I hadn't stumbled blindly into the self checkout, I would have left everything on the counter and walked out. I won't be back.

We needed to changed out spark plugs and an ignition coil in the parking lot. We had never done it before. We watch a YouTube video. We got the parts. We knew one coil was bad, but not 100% which one it was, every time we had a question we would ask, which wasn't often, we were treated respectfully and helped willingly. I will always go here. I especially appreciate the help we received from Paul. He is always friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband went in to buy windshield wipers. The sales clerk was super helpful, knowledgeable & professional. He suggested the wipers to buy & even went out in the parking lot & put them on for him. Such a nice guy. AutoZone is where we will always go to, from now on.Courtesy means a lot.

I pulled in to check a warning light. When I tried to start the car, it would not start. The staff came out with something to jump start. Did not work but they tried.

Good service. One of the better auto zones. I go there �st 90 percent of the time they have what I need in stock. If not it's there same day or next morning.

I have been having trouble with my headlights, I went to advanced auto and they were not much help. I went to auto zone in Sebastian and Anthony was a huge help! He checked my headlight and found it was a loose wire, which he fixed and put the bulb back in! Advanced auto wouldn t even look at the car or assist with changing the bulb.ANTHONY rocks! Auto Zone is my new go to for parts!

Five star management! I bought a part that ended up being faulty, but that almost never happens, matter fact I can t remember if it s happened to me before In the last few years seeing how I am a parts changer. But management made a Bad day situation and turned it into a good situation. It was more than fair how they handled my problem. Thank you

Cant change a battery in a Volkswagen Tiguan because of some battery reset, Advanced Auto did it in no time with 0 issues.

I ordered $175 trailer hitch. They sent me a cheap pair of brake pad. I am out $175 it's been 4 months and they still have not tried to help me.

Lisa and Owen were so helpful on a Sunday morning, checking my old battery and helping me get a new battery. I also saved tons of money by not having to go to the dealer with an electrical problem!

Convenient and sometimes hard to see them from the road if traffic is heavy.At times they need more staff working the counter..a full time cashier would be nice for people who just go in and buy off the shelf, instead of waiting on one of the 2 people using the computers to look up parts for the other customers

It's okay I'd give it a 3.5, but I had to choose between three or four so I chose four stars....it's kind of expensive but it has quality products so you expect to pay more....sometimes they have decent sales, pop in and check it out

My battery light came on so i stopped to have it checked out my alternator went bad. I bought a new one and the manager loaned me a few tools so i was able to fix it there. When I was finished I was covered in grime and the manager showed me where the bathroom was so i am able to get back on the road to ohio. Thanks again.

Needed wipers, was 5 minutes ahead of a downpour. Pleasently surprised to find two young girls working the store. Because of an injury, they quickly served me and installed theBlades. Made me proud that they were so well trained and pleasent.

Extremely helpful, kind and caring employees. I walked in here needing a brand new battery cuz my battery had it exploded battery acid all over itself. The gentleman that help me with a little information from me which was partly wrong was able to find the exactly what I needed. You then replace my battery cleaned up all the connections and had me out of there in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place. Thank you AutoZone for your kind and courteous assistance.

They are usually pretty helpful. But they won't spend much time with you trying to find a part unless it's easy to find. The store is good for regular maintenance Parts but if you have a foreign car I wouldn't recommend it

I just talked to Tim about my alternator for my 2007 Dodge Nitro and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He's a really nice man. I would suggest Auto Zone for all of your car parts...Sincerely,One happy customer

The staff are always helpful and friendly I've been temporarily disabled. I needed a new battery in the man put it in with no problem it wouldn't take any money for a services that's what I call customer service
