I gave them a lower score because they didn t have my filter. I went to an auto store and came back with filter and oil. Again, the reason for the low score was due to the fact they didn t have my filter in stock and I was in 4 days ago as well. They happily provided their services.The people are always so helpful and friendly. The service deserved a 5, but I couldn t give them a 5 this time especially when I was there earlier during the week. I choose to come here because they re professional, quick and just friendly folks.

I've used the S Patrick Strickland Bros location a number of times since I bought my car in 2019. They're fair, quick, and helpful to boot. I can't recommend them enough for their efficiency and customer service. They're an awesome part of the community.

I would definitely recommend this service station. Normally I change my own oil but wasn t able to this time. After my military discount it was within 10 bucks of doing it myself and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will definitely go to Strickland s again. The staff was very nice as well and gave me a ice cold water while I waited.

Been to this location a few times. Great oil change place. Easy and fast. Reasonably priced.Have to add that they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Last oil change place said I need to do cleaner every oil change this place said they could do it again but it's not needed every oil change only every 3 to 5 changes. And not even needed then. Given their honesty and their advice I give them a straight 5. Wish I could give them more stars based off being so professional and customer service oriented.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I go in for fluid changes, I feel like I m talking to mechanics. It has honestly saved me a lot of potential headaches having them identify problems before they become worse. Good people!

I couldn t thank Bill and Victor and James enough, they made sure everything worked perfectly and they offered my children and I water and everything! I live in downtown Melbourne and drive all the way there because they never let me down and always send me off better then I showed up! I have been going there since I had a different suv and I will always be a loyal customer!

My car was in great need of an oil change and with my work schedule, etc., I would not have time/availability to make it to our regular mechanic before needing to drive out of town.Well I think I ve found our new go-to oil change place! Super chill, super friendly service, and in and out in less than 15mins.They also offer a military discount!I ll definitely be back. Thank you!

These guys do a great job, quickly and with care.I trust them completely. I send my teenage daughter and my wife on their own, and trust they will be treated fairly and honestly.As busy as they are... theyvremembervyou and your car. Changes are entered in the system, and carfax receives the info for warranty reasons.100%

Supply issues. Went on Monday and was told oil filter was not in stock but should have been delivered. Came back 2 days later and they still had nothing received the filter. I went the extra distance, bought my own filter, and returned. Not certain of buying my own filter saved me money, but it cost me both time and money. Good staff but seemingly helpless in addressing a supply issue which can jeopardize their business.

I always get my oil changed at this location even though it's well out of my way, because the crew always takes great care of their customers. They're also quick to bring cold water to customers!

I looked this place up for a quick oil change, and they were absolutely amazing! Both of the gentleman that I encountered while I was there were so friendly and so informative and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs an oil change.

My intention was to be done inside of 20 mins.Waited over 30 mins on the customer ramp. Once inside a whole check list started. All lights signals, stop lite, reverse, wipers, tire pressure.If in a hurry you re out of luck. Don t go if you reThinking 10 min Oil Change. Entire experience from arrival to complex toon 53 mins.

I am a repeat customer here and everyone is always extremely professional and nice. They re funny too! I enjoy how quickly they are able to get an oil change complete as well as other services. They never try to oversell things you don t need and they will be 100% straightforward with you on what your vehicle needs at the time. They stripped my oil pan and claimed it was whoever did it last (it was them). Their service has dropped significantly. Took my car to local mechanic for repair and turns out, I was the 5th customer in 2 months for same issue, from Stickland. The truck that was next to my car was in for 2 weeks because they couldn't find a new oil pan. Strickland had cracked his oil pan. I will never go back.

I like the Drive through set up, Chelsea was a doll and the crew gave amazing service. Bill also made sure to reset the truck s computer and they kept the engine compartment very clean. Quick and professional service!

I brought my truck in for oil change. Victor was awesome. I was in and out quickly. However, I didn t feel like the rushed the job. They were thorough and did a great job.Also-I found out they take Apple Pay. This is huge because sometimes you leave the house without your wallet.Service: Oil change
