Our car's AC was on the fritz. Several neighbors recommended Paul's Beach Automotive. He found the problem and had it repaired in a few hours for a reasonable charge. Very happy. 2 thumbs up.

Attempted to use this Company but to no avail as the owner Paul was completely annihilated and could not even communicate on an adult level. I wouldn t have a problem with marijuana if it was just used at home, but the entire facility reeked and as stated the owner was annihilated, while rock n roll music was blasting from the Bays. Not a safe environment for working on automobiles. The place looks like a junk yard, I don t know how he stays in business.I normally would not have stopped but it was a simple battery replacement. Oh well lesson learned

Paul is a lovable Surfer... hippie nickname fluffy. He knows his cars he saved me numeral times. One time on a 2007 Mercedes he brought it back to life... he's a magician!

We just moved to the area and my car needed a water pump. Paul was a very honest, reasonable price and very down to earth person. Nancy and Paul are the best people.

Very helpful and accomodating people...until we trusted them with our mini to fix a coolent leak which they didnt and called us liers...unprofessional! Never again...and don't take your minis here, they don't know what they are doing! That's after I was told the leak is in the same area by British performance and after numerous attempts to make it right with Paul I was treated like scum and called a liar while he smiled to other paying customers...no wonder why I left, never in my life was I treated like this ever by a man or anyone and hope nobody ever does! Similar reviews that's are hidden in yelp almost identical to mine...this is not about the leak anymore, this is pure unprofessionalism and treating women like crap...

I had the pleasure of meeting Paul because I hit something on the highway from TX to FL. He replaced the bolt & tightened the flap. Charged me $10, I gave him $15. I was grateful as that could have been more damage but he checked it out. I appreciate you Paul. Thank you again.

Paul is great! We have older vehicles and Paul keeps them on the road. The price is always right and economical. No matter what the problem is he always lets us know before he starts any work. Thank you for honest and trustworthy workmanship.

Paul examined my AC. he put on guages and everything. then told me conclusively that my compressor was bad and gave me an estimate for $1200. I went to the parts store and bought a $20 can of freon and put in in myself and my AC is blowing cold again. the compressor was working fine, just low on freon. I didn't expect this from Paul. very disappointedService: Air conditioning

Paul has been great to our family for the past 5 years. He has saved us tons of dollars and has done great work. If he can t fix it he s quick to let you know who can. He s not the fastest, but he gets it done at s great price.

Very knowledgeable mechanic. Have had him work on my cars whenever I'm in town and never had a problem. Has always told me the problem and estimate and been dead on with both. I should think you'd have to work at getting him upset always seems laid back. Bringing my truck there now since my guys in the Keys can't figure it out. I'd recommend him to anyone.

I've taken cars to Paul for repairs for decades. He always does a great job, charges a fair price, and is accommodating to the customer. One of the only honest mechanics you'll ever find!

Paul's is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Paul is experienced in any make or model. His prices are fair and you will always get an honest estimate.

Paul's work may be acceptable when it comes to duck tape and wd40 style quick fixes. But I would strongly advise you against trusting him with a serious job of any kind. After witnessing him taking a week running around like a chicken without a head trying to diagnose the problem, pointing at all the wrong things, replacing the wrong part, cursing and refusing to refund, and then having to re-do everything at a different place, I must regretfully say no.

I brought my car in one day just to explain what I thought needed to be done. We determined that there were three things that needed work. I brought my car back the next morning at 9AM and left it with them after saying there was no rush.After 7 days in this shop... They were unable to change a valve stem in the spare. They waited 5 days before even trying to get a replacement air intake hose (which never arrived). But they DID manage to recharge the A/C! Wow!Then when I asked why it was taking a week to do a couple hours of work, or why the hose wasn't ordered the day I left them my car, the woman in the office got all PO'ed and refused to discuss it.Interesting way to run a business.

My wife has taken her car there and found him to be polite and respectful. Her last visit the car was repaired and not right. She called to express her concern, but he didn't hang up the phone. She heard him call her by name, called her names, and complain about her to his wife. When we called back to express our surprise, the wife was just short of calling mine a liar and hung up the phone. Not interested in someone who disrespects. We'll take our 3 cars somewhere else where we'd be treated like a customer!

Not Recommended!!. They seem to be pretty nice people, but wait until you get them upset (for their lack of professionalism), they become the most rude people you heave ever deal with. I wish I can have the option of "no stars" on reviewing this place.
