Tom and Jerry s did an excellent job fixing my mangled bumper. I take excellent care of my car and was kind of devastated when the bumper was damaged. I took it to Tom and Jerry s on a Monday AM after reading these reviews, not exactly sure how things would work out. Adam, the owner, knows cars like the back of his hand and is a true master of his craft. They ordered a new bumper cover, but the only one available was in NJ and they had to go pay for it before it was even shipped-so they did. The front of my car looks new now, maybe even better than new. I think this business ends up in a tough spot because parts are expensive and usually have to be ordered from random places. The wait is hard when you might need your car back, but it is worth the wait to get it done right. Thank you, Adam and co! My car looks better than ever, and I am so happy to have her back. I ll post the before and afters so everyone can see the excellent craftsmanship.

Thank you, Tom and Jerry's!!! My daughter's brand new car got hit and per my dad's recommendation we drove up from North Port to Tom and Jerry's. They were quickly able to get her car in & got it completed in less time they quoted. Her car is back to looking like brand new again. You all are awesome!!!

My car was hit by a drunk driver in October. Thankfully, my car is built well and I did not get hurt. The driver fled on foot and was not very cooperative through the process. Needless to say, it was not an ideal situation for me. The Tom and Jerry's team made a horrible experience much easier on me. They were sympathetic, incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, acted swiftly, accommodated my requests and timeline without issue...and most importantly...did an amazing job restoring my car! I was so saddened that my car was damaged; it was in pristine condition and I truly love it. Tom and Jerry's made me whole again. I picked up my car today and it looked beautiful, smelled wonderful and I couldn't be happier. These are truly talented, professional people that you can fully trust with your vehicle. Happy Thanksgiving to me :)

Amazing staff and workmanship. I am extremely pleased with the work done on my Kia, after an accident , it turned out perfect! I don't want to be in anymore accidents lol but if I do I will use Tom and Jerry's again!

After my car getting wrecked I decided to have it towed to Tom and Jerry's Auto Body Shop in Sarasota. Uriel and his crew worked very hard to get it back together Uriel kept me up to date step by step and what was to be expected next. Car was in pretty bad shape i was worried about how the paint would come out in the end due to the car being 11 years old and a dark metallic blue. When I got the car back it came out better than new everything matched perfectly paint is shiny no blemishes no dull spots everything was meticulously overlooked car handles and drives exactly as expected as it should I highly recommend this business. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE.THEY BOUGHT THIS BODY AND THE REVIEWS.This body shop is horrible. They had my car over a month for a simple repair and did awful work. They don t answer calls, they don t return messages. I had to go up there everyday to get answers. They will lie repeatedly to you about when you vehicle will be done then when you get it back it will be messed up. My vehicle was in better shape before the accident. The paint doesn t match. They used a totally different white, they didn t connect wires back , blown taillight on a new taillight, they damaged my headliner also. They could care less about you or your car. It s basically a chop shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed an estimate done for the damages on my car. Made a call, got off work during lunch break, walked in, got it done, returned to work. Everything took only 30 min. These guys are great. I originally went to them when I was rear-ended about two years ago. They took the time to make sure everything was done well, so I went back two months ago when my car was hit in a parking lot.They gave me a fast estimate, and contacted the gentleman who had hit me to give him the estimate directly as well. The work was done quickly, according to budget.They are definitely my go-to guys for any body work going forward

Great experience working with Urio and the team here! They gave us a fair (vs inflated) estimate to repair a ding that had been made to the door of my CRV in a parking lot. The car was dropped off by us on Sunday evening and completely repaired, painted, washed, cleaned and back to new again on Wednesday!!! I highly recommend them!!! Very pleased!

I left a review 2 weeks ago and your response was you would contact me to discuss the status of my car that has been with you since December 7, 2021. To date, I still haven't heard back from you. Furthermore, the last time I stopped by the shop you told me you had the parts in and you were waiting on a bay to move my car into to start working on it. Now you are denying saying this. I have been more than patient with you. At this point I would like you to refund the full payment for the parts and labor you received the first week of February and I will gladly remove my car and be done with you!Service: Body & Trim

Run from these people! The business is under new ownership.They have had my Porsche 911 turbo since Dec 7, 2021. First they needed parts. I understand it was a challenge to get them but they have since received the parts. Now their excuse is they need an empty bay to move my car into to work on it! That was 4 weeks ago! I have called several times for an update and no return call to me. So unprofessional. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! They are not the original Tom & Jerry s we all loved and trusted to do quality work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Needed a new front bumper for my C300 estimate was $1000 cheaper than from MB dealership. They ordered the parts, called me a week later when parts arrived I dropped the vehicle and 4 business days later they called to come pick it up. I had a great experience with these guys, the fit and finish of the repairs were perfect and I am an ex paint and body man, highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just recently needed some body work on my truck. Went to a few local body shops and decided on Tom and Jerry. Their prices were unbeatable, they were 40% lower than competition and the service was outstanding and quick. Tony is extremely friendly and really cares about the quality and work that he provides. And strives to have exceptional work done. I have recommended them to many friends and family and I will continues to use them for any body or paint work needed.

I brought my car to Tom and Jerrys on two different occasions within the past year and I must say that this business definitely treats their customers with the best customer service possible. And they are fast!! They genuinely care about their customers and making their customers satisfied 100%. They will always have my business and I recommend them to everyone!!! If anyone mentions needing body work done, these guys are on the top!! Pass the word around. Fast, reliable, and they get the job done!

Compressor died on my car's a/c, and also had a bumper with minor damage that just needed to be reattached. Had multiple garages tell me that it was not possible to reattach the bumper, that it would need to be completely replaced and then repainted to match the car.. over $700. New compressor for the a/c in my car...also received extremely high estimates from multiple garages in Sarasota, as well as the suggestion to pay out of pocket for a rental car because they would need the car for several days, even after making an appointment and giving them sufficient time to make sure the proper parts were ordered in advance. Tom and Jerry's not only reattached my car bumper with no problem, and in probably like 10 minutes or less, but they also installed the compressor for my car's a/c, flushed all the lines, replaced the air filter, filled with freon and recharged...... and all for for less than half of what i was quoted from every other body shop in town. AND I got my car back THE VERY SAME DAY! While also receiving photo updates throughout the day to keep me updated on the progress. I have already recommended Tom and Jerry's Auto Body to multiple people and I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done to their vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. This is not the same place it was a few years ago. They do poor work and take forever. There is almost no way they will have your car done in a timely manner and they will lie about when it s going to be ready. Take pics of your speakers and audio system if you want them to be the same when you get your car back. I m begging you to find another shop. You will thank me.

Another repair, another happy customer. Just picked up my wife's car from Tom & Jerry's. And, again, I am very pleased with the work done, the customer service and the fair pricing. Turnaround time was quick, perfect workmanship - all good. My recommendation: Look no further, go to Tom & Jerry's and get it done. You will not be disappointed! I had a minor accident backing up into a wall that put a big dent in my bumper. I took my car to a body shop connected to a new car dealership and was told that it would cost around $900 but that since their technicians worked on commission it could be more and the price would not be guaranteed. "After they take off the bumper it could be decided that I would need a new bumper".Years ago I had some work at Tom & Jerry's and they were less expensive before so I decided to get a quote there . When I arrived I met Tony, the new owner. He has really nice personality and quoted me $200 less and guaranteed that the bumper would be repaired within a short period of time. The bumper is as good as new now!I highly recommend Tom and Jerry's Body Shop!

I walked around my new 2019 Chevy Colorado truck and discovered my right front fender was hit. I was very unhappy, I checked around town and the name Tom and Jerry's kept coming up so I went to check them out. What a pleasure. The first thing they walked out and looked at my truck with no hesitation an est was made on the spot. I was so impressed I agreed to the repair so that night I dropped my truck off there were employees working late getting the jobs done after hours. they let me in to the office to drop off my keys nice crew very friendly.I did not expect my truck to be ready for a while but in two days it was finished. Now mind you I love my truck and was worried it would not be perfect like it was before the damage was done. To my total amazement my truck is better than the factory finish I can't get the smile off my face every time I see it I can only thank Tom and Jerry's for such a professional repair. There should be a 10 star review I love my truck more now than before ( THANK YOU TOM & JERRY'S ) this is the place.

I highly recommend Tom and Jerry's auto body shop. Tony, the owner, is a great guy and spends all the time you need and answers all your questions. If you have a need for an auto body shop in Sarasota, this is the place to go. If your insurance company asks you where you want the car to go, I would highly recommend Tom and Jerry's auto body shop! By the way, I really like the name of the place?
