If I could do zero stars, I would. I was quoted a total of $104 for a installed new boat trailer tire 225/75/15. I asked to pay now, the front desk girl said I could pay at pick up in an hour. When I came to pick up the tire, the girl at the front desk said my total was $143. I said that s not the price you gave me an hour ago. She proceeded to tell me that the price didn t include the tire balance charge. I then asked her why she didn t disclose the additional fee in the installed quote. She wouldn t answer me or look away from the screen. She then said my new total was $134 with out looking up from the screen. At this point, I realized the situation and just payed the new bill. I ve done business with this tire kingdom for years and they told me Mavis bought them out. Beware of new ownership and ask for a printed quote with all potential extra charges.

I had an emergency tire issue. Even though the staff was going to lunch, someone stayed after to make sure I was taken care of right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and got the job done extremely fast. Location is also convenient!

Thank you to Ethan, Anthony, and K.C. for helping me with my vehicle. Along with any other technicians who had helped. I was feeling some vibrations coming from the back of the vehicle at high speeds. They helped rule out the rear axle, suspension, and simply went above and beyond to help me find the solution. Very happy with the service I received!

Horrible experience at Tire Kingdom. I needed 2 rear tires and wanted to match the front tires. Mavis in Parrish, Fl didn t have them in stock but I was advised that Tire Kingdom in Sarasota had 2 available. I was then Asked if I wanted to have them write up a ticket and make an appointment. Even though the Tire Kingdom location was 30 miles away, I took them up on there offer. I had a 3:00 pm appointment. TK took my car right in and told me I did need rear tires. So I gave them the okay. 45 minutes late the guy at the front desk said I have some bad news. We can t find the tires. So I wasted 3 hours of my time due to Mavis and Tire Kingdoms incompetence.I will never use their services again!.

Yesterday they were understaffed and still made the time to patch my tire for me, then were kind enough to not even charge me despite me being more than willing to pay for the service, as I couldn t get it taken care of at a different time. I am very appreciative of their help and their kindness!

Went to get my tire looked at had three nails in it, they patched it quickly and they gave me updates about what they planned on doing. I have gone to this location to get tires also never disappointed with the service I receive. Will continue to go if I need anything else for my car. Thank you for all your help with my tire.

I went in Friday morning for a new tire. They took my car in right away and within 20 minutes I was on my way. Very friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend

Had an emergency with my tire with a simple valve stem leak.. these guys are really great got me right in and out no problem at all. I will definitely be going back if I have any other maintenance needs

Man, when I thought I d seen it all. Ryan showed me amazing mechanics still exist. Not only did he come outside to first patch my tire in the pouring rain with wind speeds excess of 100mph just to get it into the shop to be worked on, he also completed it in such a timely and professional manner I can t even compare. 5 stars on me. Tipped him $2 and he looked at me like it was $100. What a beautiful young man.

I have had some bad luck recently with my tires and it all came to a tipping point this past weekend. My good luck was that I was close by this Tire Kingdom location when it happened. It was near their closing time and the guys quickly came out to help me as soon as I told them I have a bit of an emergency. They were some of the kindest service people I've had the pleasure of encountering. They minimized the panic I was feeling in that moment and took care of the problem quickly and with care. I couldn't recommend them enough for all of your tire needs. Thank you guys again! I will make it a point to come to you in the future.

I drove in TK with a slow tire leak and asked if they could check it out. They took my car in immediately in which they diagnosed and repaired the tire. Only a 15 minute wait and the kicker was ( maybe because I m an previous customer), it was done at No Charge! The lobby was clean and the employees were very helpful and polite!

I have been coming here for years for all my tire needs, and I have never been disappointed. I had a nail in my tire today, and they were able to get to work right away on repairing it. Their speed and efficiency impressed me, and I was very pleased with their work. Thank you to the staff at Tire Kingdom for getting me back on the road! I appreciate you.

We came in with a brake fluid issue, they were able to look at it right away and get it resolved in short order... All of the staff were very friendly and it was a great experience all around! Thank you Tire Kingdom

The people at this Tire Kingdom location are amazing! They are knowledgeable, helpful and fair. They repaired my 1 year old tire with a nail in it rather than suggesting/insisting on spending tons of money for a new one. The BEST!!!!

They were awesome and extremely helpful. Had to patch a tire and they realized it couldn t be patched. Gave me a new tire and the overly best price and I was able to make it home. Not to mention they were about to close. I had an unforgettable experience. Thank you guys again.

Thank you Anthony and your staff for you prompt attention to our tire problem. What we thought was major problem turned out to be the tiniest nail ever! That did not matter, you treated our issue as important and never made us feel anything less than a valued customer.

Not a fan of a company that tries to upsell you something you don t need. Add to it that the exterior was trashy Took my Lexus to Tire Kingdom Sarasota with a slow leak in one of my rear tires due to a small nail in the thread. The technician, Sean, inspected the tire, told me it could NOT be repaired, and that he could order a replacement Yamamoto tire, but I would have to leave the car for a couple of days. Really? Leave the car a couple of days, just four days before Christmas. I said, No, drove to RNR Tire Express. Jason took one look at the tire and the nail and said, No problem. You don t need to buy a new tire. We can fix it. And when he saw the relief on my face he said, You don t hear that everyday from a tire center, do you? Hands down, I consider what Jason and his partner Barry did for me a much needed early Christmas present.

This is the worst managed retail establishment I have ever visited. Every time I try to do business there they pad the bill, tell me a tire can't be patch or try to upsell and even forget your order. Others standing in the store are visibly troubled by the way they are being treated.

Awful care of elderly customerMy elderly (83) friend had a flat tire recently and her car was towed to this Tire Kingdom.Most concerned at the lack of care shown by this place which did not help my friend with transport home while the flat was fixed.She had to walk home over a mile in cold temps.How hard would it have been to call an Uber for her. Or a cab, or ANYTHING.The manager claims I am not a babysitter,

Went in for a slow tire leak. Customer service was friendly and prompt. They had it fixed and I was out of there within 30 min. Fantastic service. Will come back in the future.

My boyfriend and I brought our car in when we realized we had a nail in our tire. The service was quick and efficient and everyone was very helpful. Great customer service and would definitely recommend!

Horrible service. Bought a set of nitto tires for a 2016 Sorento and less than a year front tires wore out and we were told the warranty was void because steering rack had play, so we had dealership replace the rack based on tire kingdoms diagnosis as it was under warranty, then bought another set of tires, tire kingdom put new tires on back and old on front drive tires and 7000 mile later they wore out the fronts again, so took back to store where I was told the warranty was void because I did not have them do an alignment and shown such with a yellow highlighter on my receipt and told to take it up with regional manager. Regional manager after going round and round finally agreed to pro rate tires so we paid 300 more dollars to have tires replaced, took the car in and when I went to pick it up the tire pressure warning system was indicating front tires had wrong pressure, I was told that I needed to drive a few miles to reset it, so I reluctantly took the car and drove home. Come to find out that tires were overinflated by roughly 20lbs and I had to let air out, I will never shop with this company again and will warn others to stay away for the sake of safety and savings,

Was told my right rear caliper was leaking from a different store and that it would run me around $700, I called my shop in montana, They looked at pictures I had sent and told me to get a second opinion as it did not look like a leak to them so I decided to stop by Tire Kingdom, They got me in quick and assured me all was OK with no charge! Friendly staff, Thanks guys!
