Outstanding experience! I had tires changed and mounted several times now by this shop, and they are the ONLY place I will go to. They have worked on my Mercedes and my Porsche 911, and each time the work has been spot-on, perfectly done, and the service was outstanding. Special shout out to Adam and Alex, you guys rock! Thanks for providing such a great service.

I was in Sarasota visiting my mother and taking care of things for her. One of her tires wasn't inflating properly, and so I gave Tire Kingdom a call and they were very friendly and just told me to bring it in and they'd take a look. They quickly inspected it and got the issue resolved, and even checked out the rest of the tires. I really appreciated the flexibility and help from Alexander.

I am on vacation and noticed a nail in my tire and it was going flat. They worked me right in and fixed the tire in just a few minutes right before we left for a long drive home. Very happy with the experience and highly recommend this place!

Michael!!!! He absolutely saved my day my SUNDAY!! The day where if you get a flat, good luck finding help! He not only helped me, relieved my worry, and had my Tesla Y s tire replaced and fixed and back on my way I. Less than hour!! You are not stranded, call Tire Kingdom and ask for Michael! Walked into the store with very little to none knowledge on what was going on with my vehicle. Michael at the front desk was very nice and listened to me and helped me figure everything out! A very welcoming soul, that Michael. The store is very nice and clean, the employees are all nice and I was very happy with my vehicle service. Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I received a coupon in my email for a free tire rotation, so of course I wanted to book it! When I went to the site to book this service, I saw that it was free for anyone, and so was a battery check! I have a hybrid, so it turned out that they couldn't do anything with my hybrid battery in the back of my car, but they still gladly checked the other battery. At the end of my 2-hour appointment, which was understandable, I had the assurance of mind that both my tires and battery were going strong. Yes, I was told I needed a new tire, but this was true. They weren't looking to "scam" me or anything, even though the services I had scheduled were completely free. I already trusted them for good service, but this strengthened my trust even more.

I needed a tire patched. Their attention to detail (they sanded rust off of my wheel well) and disregard for time (it took them over an hour) while still charging the twenty some dollars were amazing. Both the front desk employee and service tech were very personable.

Michael was very helpful and kind!I got a tire repair, oil change, and he diagnosed and fixed my AC. He recommended an AC evac and recharge and now it is working so much better!!!Thank you!!

I had 4 new tires installed. I am very satisfied with their service. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, and an asset to Tire Kingdom. I recommend this location highly, and when I need a new set of tires, this is where I will come, for sure.

I went into the North beneva location to purchase four tires get an oil change. Found out the guy that was helping me made the customer before me cry and he couldn't deal with me asking him questions and finding out if there was any discounts or coupons that I should know about. Not only were my tire is not in stock and they would have to order them which I was prepared to deal with but when I kept asking him questions about my oil change he got defensive. I've been in retail management for 35 years customer service here sucks I suggest you go somewhere else and I suggest they aim higher when hiring employees. I ended up walking out because the employee had no respect for the customersBeware!

I just got back.. I went in there VERY UPSET because my brand new car had a flat tire. At any rate, the gentleman working at the service writer's desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He told me straight up that I was in for wait as I didnt have an appointment but he would see what he could do.Fortunately, after a very short time another gentleman came and got me from the lounge to tell me my car was ready. I was shocked it was so quick (less than an hour). I was fully prepared, with laptop in hand to spend the day there. I had no alternate transportation so that was going to be my office as penance for not making an appointment.At any rate, the visit could not have been any nicer. Though nobody truly enjoys getting their tires fixed, it was as wonderful experience as it could possibly be. The service and the techs all get 5 stars in my book. Great teamwork!!Thank you.

Hands down best tire kingdom in town. Fit me in between already busy schedule with a road side repair and had me back on the road in mins, best quality service with a smile I have ever experienced in an exceeedly stressful day. Thanks to the guys at tire kingdom at beneva and fruitville srq, will see you on my next service needs!

This place sucks. Scheduled online appointment,he said he did not have the appointment but never even looked at his computer. My last visity oil and filter looked like it was never changed. Nor did they stickery window with next visit or mileage. Will NEVER go to tire kingdom again. EVER.

Went for oil change and tire rotation. One hour and forty five minutes and they didn't look busy. Used to be you got oil and filter tire rotation for 1 price. Now they charge you separately for everything. Not worth going anymore.

My first visit to Tire Kingdom, I now have a place I will take my car for all services. I want to shout out to Adam and Alex as they were helpful, super nice and as crazy busy as the front office is (the phone ringing, customers asking questions, random customers stopping by asking to have their tires checked, etc.), they greeted everyone as their favorite customers, answered dozens of questions and did it with a smile. Really love this place, nice waiting room, very clean and everyone seems to genuinely enjoy the work. As always, Tricia FosterP.S. I scheduled an oil change online but had questions about my alignment - they took care of everything and made suggestions for future service, these guys are good! Now I feel confident taking that "road trip"!

Made online appointments for 4pm showed up early and took us right in woohoo and I m on vacation. Got two tires for my parents vehicle . Nice clean waiting room. Will have my parents come back here for service.

I had to give them 1 star. I went to have alignment on my car ,they did not fix it 100% as they are not professional. On the other hand, they caused an other problem to my car. I started to hear a weird noise while driving... if you don't want to waste your money,time and have stress be away of this store. They are also rude.when they finished with my car they did not call me or text me . I had to find out if it's done.
