Douglas, promptly respond to my phone call. I was able to communicate and he was able to have an answer and reassurance that my car was going to be in good hands. He was very timely and had the car ready within hours. Your car won't regret it!!! Go to Doug!

I am a new owner of a solar electric vehicle and after having it a few days needed to know if something l was doing was wrong. Doug took care of my concerns within hours of having my vehicle and made a nervous experience very pleasant and worry free. I can't describe in words what a pleasure, from start to finish it was working with Doug. What a pleasant businessman. Few and far between in my experience when dealing with mechanics. Came in hundreds of dollars under every single quote and communicated throughout the day. Had a rather big job (ac) done in one day! If you re looking for a fast, reliable, and honest mechanic look no further Douglas is the man for all your auto needs. Communication through the whole process. And GREAT prices. Had my A/C compressor and fan replaced in a couple hours, so cold I need a jacket! This is the guy you want working on your vehicle!

After receiving a quote for over $2000 from Firestone I drove around the city looking for another repair shop that I was hoping was reasonable. I am so glad that I happened to stop at DND s. As soon as I approached Doug I noticed his huge smile and friendly demeanor, he was very professional and I immediately decided that this is where I wanted to bring my car. He fixed all my issues in the same day for a super reasonable price. I am very pleased with the Service I received and will never take my car to anywhere else again. We have been using Doug for years for all of our auto repair needs. He is friendly, honest, and his prices are fair. We never have to wait long and the work is always done right the first time. We wouldn't take our business anywhere else!

I am so happy I found Doug's shop. He is always accurate, prices are fair and I know I am not cheated out of my money. So many places see a woman and pile up things to be repaired that do not even need fixing.I highly recommend this business and wish good luck with everything!

D&D Auto Repair LLC is the best Auto Repair! Great prices, Great service, and Great attitude. The technician has more than 25 years of experience, and he speaks both spanish and english. I recommend this place a lot, I wish I could give it 100 stars, I was more than satisfied when Doug the technician fixed my car, after he fixed it I had no more problems with it. D&D is always there for me and my car!!!

I received an estimate from the dealer to do a timing belt job that was over $1500. Doug the owner did it for half the money and also fixed several other issues the dealer misssed. He is also bilingual and a true gentleman. In a business full of crooks he is very honest and trustworthy. I would recommend his shop to any one. He also worked on my Mercedes and saved me lot of $$$ I will never go to a big dealership again.

They took a $1000.00 to start a engine replacement, then said the job couldn't be done because they didn't have the tools & equipment to complete the job, no calls no warning, feels like pre thought out scam. Beware of d&d auto repair!

Single mother of 3 terrible car troubles! Heard about the shop went in immediately the owner came to the car, within mins I was told what was wrong in a matter of an hr my car was in perfect condition and my favorite part my bank wasn t broken keep up the amazing work!! I would recommend to any to go here awesome place mechanic goes above and beyond patient talks with you doesnt hide anything prices are perfect.takes his time to make sure its done right.doesnt mind answer your questions polite i give a 5 stars and more.this is the place u should go to get your vehicle fixed nowhere else im serious no BS kinda guy..doesnt mind u watching doesnt tell u go in office and tell u go sit down etc..D and D best place in town gurantee it..thanks again for fixing my ISUZU Rodeo..ohio bound now...yaaay...
