Do not buy from this seller. Bought an $850 item from them that showed up in the factory box. Looked fine to me, no reason for concern.Due to health reasons, I was not able to install the item until the next year. When I opened the box, the item was not what I ordered and not what the retail box was labeled as, it was half the price, used, does not fit the supplied hardware, and may or may not work.Contacted customer service and they could really care less because it was past the return warranty. This would make sense if it was defective, damaged, or I just wanted to return it, but the fact that they sent me the wrong item that was also used, you would think they would want to make it right, and make sure it didn t happen again.The truth is they sold me a new product and shipped something completely different, and apparently are ok with that standard. It shows the lack of integrity, honesty, and care of this company.I could order another one through them and swap it out for this one in a return, but I am afraid they would just send it to someone else.If you read additional reviews, you will see this is not the first time this has happened, wish I had read before the purchase.Looking at the others, I am sure they will respond to this review, say some kind words for appearance, and not correct the issue. If they do correct it, I will update this post.

Order a replacement rv hot water exchanger, got a good deal, right parts and no issues at all. Very nice on the phone helping me make sure I get the right part also. Definitely saving this site for future purchases. Thanks again

I knew nothing about shopeddies until searching for a part online. They had the best price by far and very reasonable shipping that didn't increase with every part added like a well known online store that plays games with their shipping. Everyone knows their name. My parts were shipped very fast. The only negative thing I can say is that the packaging was very poor with no protection other than a half deflated bubble pack and the box was almost ripped open to the point that I thought parts might've fallen out. The tape they used was good so I'd blame the shipper on rough handling. I'd be skeptical to buy delicate parts considering the poor packaging but at the same time, I'd rather take my chances and have their very reasonable shipping prices. Eddies seems like a good store that would correct any problems. I'd definitely recommend eddies and would not think twice about buying from them again. I'm glad shopeddies is out there offering great competitive prices. Thanks Shopeddies.

Mufflers are always shipped out quickly and packaged good. My business has purchased mufflers many times from Shop Eddie's and have been pleased with all orders.

The quantity pictured on the website is apparently not representative of the quantity they will send you. I ordered what I thought was 5 o-rings because that's what the picture showed on the webpage. There was no quantity listed, so I believe the obvious assumption is the quantity pictured. They sent me 1.The price I paid ShopEddies was a good price for 5, relative to the competition, but obviously for quantity 1 it was way overpriced. This was a bait and switch in my opinion.

Still more than a week & my order doesn't show that it has shipped, they gave a tracking number but the shipping company calls it invalid. In today's world this is very slow. Their website claims not to check the tracking number for a couple days but it has been 5 days & it's still invalid. So far I would give this company a failing grade. Don't expect a quick response. We'll see how the rest goes.

Brand new item in the factory box. The box was opened previously. But it looked like it was inspected to make sure it was the correct item. And to make sure the mounting hardware was included. Also extra packing material as well as another outer box was used to ship it by this seller. I have purchased kyb struts from other places and they don't put any packing material in the box from the factory. So thank you for the care of this item. I will definitely be purchasing from ShopEddies in the future.

Don t even want to give them a 1 star. I ordered some RV steps from them. The packaging was horrible. None of the hardware came in. I have left 3 messages now 3 times. I emailed them directly. They finally responded a week later and fighting with me to send the hardware that is suppose to come with the steps. I ordered them for stability and they sent steps without legs or any hardware. We have to use blocks and use tie down straps for travel. So upset and they have the worst customer service. How hard is it to just send hardware?

I've never heard of this company so I did some research and they got solid reviews so I took a chance. I'm so glad O did! I got a great deal on a set of wheels and they were in mint condition. Also super fast delivery, at my door in 3 days!

Run a business on Amazon.ca with Canadian call centre. Use pictures of full lift kits as click bait to sell 4 lift springs. Details have recently been added deep in description. Was not the case when I bought. Pure snakes. Do not deal with if you are in Canada. They only have a call centre here that leads to a voicemail that leads to nothing.12 July Update: A token response is what I expected and exactly what I got. Oh wait, nope.....crickets. Please save the "buyer beware" and "read the description" statements. Answer one question. When is the last time someone went on Amazon, or anywhere for that matter to buy half of a lift kit? Even if I had been, I would have skipped this one as it depicted a full one. Still waiting for that phone call and that super customer satisfaction to kick in.21 Aug: crickets....

My fiance ordered a stack for his truck off Amazon through them. It was 90% off of what it normally is priced. Our bank account was charged the amount then the order was canceled after it had already started the shipping process. Tried calling numerous times with no calls back and UPS was unable to help as the "sender" told them to return package. Horrible rating!

I ordered wheels from a vendor that ordered the two Aero racing wheels from shopeddies. Bought and paid for two I only received one. I was informed by vendor that originally only one was shipped from FastEddies. The original delivery came within a couple of days. I now have been waiting two weeks for a response from vendor or FastEddies after a week of attempted phone calls and emails. Can t complete this stage of my project because I have not received what I ordered and paid for. Might not make that car show. Very disappointed!!

I order a trolling motor from them and when I got it the product was different from the picture it showed online. I simply wanted to return the item as it was incorrectly shown and not what I was looking for. I had to go through Amazon A-Z to get a response from them and they are making me pay to ship it back as well as charging a 15% restocking fee...that's $225 on my item. I will never use shop eddies again, awful company in my opinion.

Poor customer service, less than products and no communication. I ordered the exact auto battery that the website informs will fit my vehicle. I returned the day I received and Shop Eddies did not refund my total amount after incorrect battery was returned to Compton.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.....WHERE IS MY PRODUCT???!!!!!!!!!!!!Ordered a much needed fuelPump, ad said delivered in 2 days. They gave bad non existent tracking numbers, I can t get through on their phones, and no one responds to emails. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. My next step is to contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Was grossly over charged for an item. Once I realized they'd ripped me off I attempted to return the unused item but was told they do not provide return shipping labels and "they don't pay for buyers remorse". So clearly this is a "one and done" situation. They'll never get any business from me again. Very unprofessional.

Ordered a black Chevy grille emblem for my truck. The description was incorrect and said it would work for my model and year of truck. It did not fit, so I got ahold of them and sent it in to return the one that did not fit for the proper one. They made me pay in full for the new one, and pay to send the old one back. Then they told me that I never shipped back soon enough so they will not issue a refund. The only people giving 5 stars are people that work there. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
