I highly recommend Scotti's Auto Sales if you're going to purchase a vehicle. Best car buying experience I've ever had! I went in there expecting to be haggled by a "car salesman". What I got was a completely different experience. They were honest about pricing, they showed me the car fax & service records for the vehicles, and they let me test drive many cars. We sat down to compare my top choices. They didn't try to force me to make a quick decision or pick a certain vehicle. I feel very good about my purchase. I got a Lexus IS200t. It's beautiful! I love it. They made sure it was detailed before I picked it up. They made me feel at ease, the whole experience was enjoyable, and I will be using them again!! 10/10

Simply Awesome! From start to finish just an absolutely stellar experience. Saleswoman Kim and Finance Mgr Art were supportive and open about the entire process from the test drive to my signature on the final paper. I just had all 4 of my wheels refurbished by Scotti's. I was very impressed by the quality and reasonable cost to have my wheels looking like brand new. This is a family owned business and they strive to provide excellent service. They genuinely care about pleasing their customers. I highly recommend having Scotti's make your wheels pretty again.

The people at Scotti's are terrific! We've been on the lot several times, and recently came to look at a specific vehicle. We found out it had just been sold, but Mark came out and went out of his way to talk about a similar vehicle he had recently taken in that he thought was a better car and buy. We drove it and agreed, then bought it. Mark and Steve in particular are fantastic guys to work with - very professional and their inventory is solid, mostly German cars it seems with very reasonable pricing. We'll be back and I highly recommend this dealership!

Stay away from this dealer. Would give negative stars if that was an option. They are snake oil salesman who mislead and lie w/o cause or remorse. I had worked out a deal in writing as I was driving 100 miles to pick up car. I called and confirmed at 3 pm the day of appointment that the price including all taxes and fees were accurate. All confirmed in writing. They knew I was leaving work early and making a trip to their dealership from a long distance.They were nice when I arrived and the car was good. We sat down to write up the deal and they presented a price $2,500 higher than what we had spoken about 2 hours earlier. Salesman indicated he did not know how he had given the wrong #'s but was sorry,He knew they could not sell the car at the price promised, but hoped I would be desperate and would need the car, it was sad and pathetic at the same time.This has caused excellent sales people and dealerships to have bad reputations.I ended up purchasing a Lexus NX200T 2 days later w/ an honest dealer and wonderful sales professional. Took less than 1 hour to complete everything.

Exceptional Service. I called to get my bent wheels fixed and got me in the next day and was done in 2 hours. Good prices and good people. Totally recommend for all your car needs!

Let me just start off and say these guys are amazing!!! Called about fixing a bent rim, and talked to the owner (Jimmy) who was super helpful and informative, told me to send a picture of the rim to his personal number. He immediately called back with a price, and turnaround time. Went there the following morning, where I was met by his son (Meher) who was VERY helpful, and got the job done in under an hour! He even painted it too! If you have any sort of damaged rim I HIGHLY recommend you go to these guys. Lifesavers!

Purchased a beautifully well taken care of 2014 Aston Martin from Scotti s on 5-27-2023. Kim was super nice and answered all my questions. Set me up with a credit app that Steve worked diligently at getting me the best rate and term. I drove 100 miles to Scotti s and it was well worth the trip. When I arrived I felt welcomed right away by Kim. I was then introduced to Matt who was a super nice guy. I have purchased a lot of cars and this by far was one of the best sales experiences I ve received. I ll be back and plan on mentioning Scotti s to my friends. Thanks again Kim, Steve and Matt.

If I could give negative reviews I would, I went ahead and made another dealership buy me my vett from them, SCOTTIS AUTO SALES did not treat us with respect and looked down on us Worst dealership I ever been to, HORRIBLE customer service and bad work ethic.Thank you NISSAN TAMPA for buying me this car and charging me more money but treated me with respect and they were very professional.

Was referred by a tire sales/mechanic. Drove into a large pot hole and bent my very expensive rim. Was sent to Scotti's Auto Sales and repair. I always thought that they only sold cars. What to my pleasant surprise they have equipment to fix my bend tire rim. What could have cost me $700.00. Jimmy the owner and his beautiful wife were so kind and welcoming. If you don't know about them let me be the 1st to tell you that you will not be disappointed. Would highly recommend them for all of your service needs.Great service and the price was right as well. Fantastic find!!

I purchased a Cadillac 2018 XT5 while driving it off the lot on my way home the check engine light appeared on the dashboard along with the air pressure tire lights on the dashboard . I notified the sales manager immediately. I brought the vehicle back to the dealer to be checked . The vehicle was diagnosed needing all 4 wheel air pressure sensors and had an exhaust problem making the check engine light appear on the dashboard . The sales manager said they would not fix it even though the lights appeared immediately upon leaving the dealership . Purchaser beware of shady dealerships !!!! I definitely would not purchase from this dealership!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This is about management and ownership. Bought a nice sports coupe as a kind of toy to drive once and awhile. Sales staff assured me that it was an amazing car for am amazing deal and could count on years of trouble free driving. The car looked beautiful and seemed to drive good so I bought it. As I drove the car home to Plant City Florida a warning light came on concerning the engine. I immediately called the dealership and they assured me that it was a loss gas cap. Seeings that I had to purchase gas for the ride home it made sense. When I got home the next day i tightened the gas cap and when starting the vehicle the warn lights were off. The next time I had a chance to drive it was almost a week later and took it out to see what she could do. As I push the car all of the sudden warning lights and alarms started going off and said to take it to the dealership immediately. It then went into a mode that would not let me go any faster than 35 miles an hour After 40 minutes slowly making my way back home I called Scott's again. They assured me again that it was nothing and to let it cool down and set overnight that I must have pushed it to hard. I let it set again and the next day it seemed to be ok. I had a meeting in Tampa and decided to take the car but I babied it the entire way in. I had no problems going into town. After the meeting and heading home the warn lights and alarms went off again and put me into a limp home mode of 35 miles per hour. After getting home after nearly 2 hours I made an appointment to the BMW dealership. After a through inspection they said that the car was only running on 3 cylinders among many leaky hoses. It would need those replaced as well as all the injectors spark plugs etc. After a bill of nearly $5,000 I contacted Scotti's asking for management. After telling them my issues they basically told me to bad and have a nice day. I never once got at least an apology for the horribly faulty vehicle and that it was all my problem. Even when they lost my license plate they told me I would have to go to the DMV and buy another one again not even an apology or offer to pay for the replacement or money to cover my time.This is why I will never buy or recommend Scotti's to any of my car enthusiast friends and family. Stay clear and don't let their smiling faces and polite demeanor fool you as it did me

My hopes of this review is that it saves someone from having to empty their wallet days after purchasing from this dealership. I was an out of state buyer on a (49K Mile) 15 Mercedes CLS 63. After the sales guy assured me this car was in great condition and his manager was very picky about purchases, I put a deposit down and went the next week to grab it. As soon as I got the car back to Atlanta, I took it to the best Euro shop around and that's when I got the news. This car is in terrible mechanical shape. Both intercoolers leaking, oil leaks EVERYWHERE (Front timing cover, Oil Pan, Filter Housing) Suspension bushings shot, and front axle shot. When I reached out to them, the response was "you declined the extended warranty" - "Its a 9 year old German car, there will be leaks" and my favorite "That shop sounds like they are taking advantage of you"... You can't fake oil leaks and busted bushings lol That's just the mechanical side.. Both bumpers have been poorly repainted and have runs in the clear coat. I asked the dealer to either A: Help with SOME, not even all, of the repairs to get the car up to par, or B: Take it back.. I was left with no response. Awful experience and I will continue to make sure people know it.

I purchased a car yesterday and had a fantastic experience. I test drove three cars from various dealerships. I loved the car I drove and ultimately purchased it at Scotti s. Jack and Steve treated me with respect and did not push or up-sale me at any point. If you re tired of over charges for delivery and want to a smooth experience stop by and look at their vast selection of cars. Thanks Jack, I will send all my friends your way.

This was my second purchase from Scotti's purchased a little gem of a 2016 BMW 228i. Scotti's always has the best selection of cars and price range for all types of buyers, the staff are always pleasant and very helpful throughout the entire process. Steve and John were just awesome to work with. Honesty, Integrity, Compassion and customer service is #1 and Scotti's has it all. Thank you Steve & John and the entire Scotti's Staff.

This is my first negative review ever and it goes to Scotti's Auto Sales. I bought a 2023 C8 Chevy Corvette 5 months ago in October, first time buying an a car from small dealer and I must say very unpleasant experience. Everyone treated me like family during the whole buying process, after papers were signed and I left I couldn't get a hold of anyone anymore to cancel my gap and it had been less than 2 weeks. I can't complain about my sales person, only about Steve and Maria. They sent me the check in February, 4 months after, just so that they could keep the 10% for themselves. Such a small amount and they lost a customer.

Would give 6 stars if I could. The people there are A+ and John was great to deal with. I shopped around at a few dealerships and left with out a new car and a headache, I decided to stop into Scottie's and I had a great experience. They are honest, straight forward and John goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I will be recommending John and Scottie's to my friends for sure and they have definitely made a repeat buyer out of me. Also Art is super fast at getting you in and out so you don't waist your day at a dealership. I can't say enough about John, Art and the great experience I had thanks guys! Love the BMW!

What a great experience. After blowing out a tire on a deep hidden pothole, I bought a replacement at Costco. During installation they showed me the wheel was bent and it would not hold air. The technician told me to try Scotties to get it fixed. I drove over there and met a father/ son team who took my car around back. There they took off my wheel, dismounted my tire, took off the monster wheel they were working on on their machine, put my wheel on and fixed it right then. Very reasonable price and instant service.

I worked with Steve and Art today and they made what can be a rough experience, very very easy. Fair trade in values, very knowledgeable, didn't push any extras on us. Just an overall excellent experience, I would recommend them to anyone!

August 2021 Update:It was time for a new daily driver. Though I briefly considered one of the big shop from your phone and have it delivered to your home CARVROOMS, ultimately I went back to SCOTTI S.The selection of cars are as usual great, and again they had the one car I had been looking for, in the the exact color combo/spec that I wanted.Steve our salesman, John & Art in Finance all once again, made the buying experience fast and easy. The easiest Five Star review I ll ever write. Thanks again SCOTTI S!I'd been searching for a particular car for 7 months and found it in one of their listings on Autotrader. From the first call on Tuesday, until we picked up the car on Sunday, Susy made it so easy and painless. I couldn't be happier. Fantastic staff, excellent selection of cars, and a clean, well maintained office and car lot plus water and macaroons! What more could you ask for? Thank you Susy!

Buyers beware . I bought a 2014 vw Jetta from Scotti s on a Friday. dealer said if I had any issues to bring car back the very next day. I smelled oil burning and the car had a oil leak so I took it back the next business day like I was told. the mechanic Acknowledged the oil leak he cleaned it off and said bring it back tomorrow I drove home and brought the car back the next day and the mechanic said there s no leak. So I went home and put my car up on jackstands and crawled underneath to verify there was no oil leak but when I got underneath the car air was new Oil residue from the ride home. This mechanic told me cars with over 100,000 miles leak oil it s in their nature But however this is not the case car should not leak oil just because they are over 100,000 miles they kept telling me there was no leak they did not stand behind their word. I will never buy a car from here again or anyone I know. If you plan on buying a car from this place I would take your business elsewhere I have pictures and proof of all of this

Sal and team deserve a 10! Dealer quoted $2000 to repair an oil leak, but Sal was skeptical and made the needed repairs for $500. My Subaru is running perfectly. Thank you, Sal.

WOW, I'd give more than 5 STARS if it were possible. The entire crew at Scotti's was great to deal with. My sales person Mike accommodated my wife and I perfectly. He was responsive and honest and went out of his way to make a very smooth transaction possible. Art the finance manager was a pleasure to finalize the deal with. I met the owners, Mark and Bryan, and they are great guys. The whole process was quick and painless, and we got the deal done with no pressure or hassle. They gave me a very fair value on my trade and the car they sold me was exactly as described. I would gladly buy another vehicle from them without any reservations, and they certainly have plenty of beautiful vehicles in their inventory. 5 STARS, and thank you. We love the Range Rover!

Amazing place to car shop. We were treated like family and they even stayed open late to make sure we drove home in our new car. We will never do business anywhere else. I recently bought my newer Lexus RX and I could not be happier! Traded in my oldest at a great value.The car is in mint condition and loaded at a BEST price around. Such an easy buying process. Scottis really has not just great but the best prices in the market and great car inventory to choose from. Honest and friendly staff that really want to help you get your dream car. This is the only car dealership I buy my cars from and I highly recommend it to everyone I know. I LOVE my suv! Thank you Scottis!

Had a great time buying my car from Scotti s. They have the best selection of pre owned vehicles in the area and very competitive prices. Please go see Josh, he was awesome and was super nice in helping me pick out a car. He was also very patient as I m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to decisions. Steve the finance manager was also very helpful not only did he suggest I finance he is also helping me improve my credit with the financing. The car also had a check engine line in a few days after the purchase and I brought it back to get fixed no questions asked. Not all private dealerships would show this level of service. Going back this month to get my girlfriend a car as well. Thanks everyone at Scotti s Auto!!!
