These folks are beyond nice and always have time to squeeze you in if something goes wrong with the car. Service is usually quick, but if anything comes up, they re quick with a loaner car. I can t emphasize just how awesome everyone here is.

Dropped my car off for repair, the service Dept was bad with communication and when I finally picked my car up there were more issues wrong than when I dropped it off. When I called to ask about this they argued that I was wrong.

Went in for an oil change and asked for a point inspection as well. Staff was friendly and honest about additional services recommended. Drop off and pick up of car was efficient as well. Will be returning when due for my next serviceService: Oil changeService: Oil change

10/10. The staff at Subaru is always friendly and welcoming. They are very polite and understanding with your questions/concerns. Decently priced for service and fast.

My window wouldn t roll up and I was leaving for the holidays the next day. They got me in immediately and got me fixed up temporarily until I could come back after the holidays and repair it permanently. They were great.

I should have been told the probable length of time involved in the warranty work at the time I booked the appointment...not when I arrived. I sat for 3 hours. Had I known in advance I would have scheduled differently.

They let me sit for a long time after my car was checked out. I don't believe the techs are current.

As always the people were professional, polite and efficient. I was in the car business for 20 years. I can't say any of my service dept. We're at this level
