Michael August did an amazing job of communicating with us when our Navigator needed to be towed here for repairs. He had a ride to pick us up to bring us to the dealership to pick up our vehicle. This dealership has a lovely restaurant for which they gave us a coupon for one breakfast. We were impressed with the massage chair room and the movie theater. Classy place, great service and friendly staff. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

Gerardo gave me the VIP treatment the whole time of my buying experience. He helped me find the perfect Ford Fusion Hybrid. He took my calls and texts way after working hours to answer my concerns. He is the man to go to when you want to buy a car. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and how everything works. He's the best! I d definitely recommend him!

We had great experience at Sarasota Ford. Jorge Roldan took his time to help me find the perfect car for me. I am very pleased with my purchase . They always provide excellent service and they make you feel like family. This is our third purchase at Sarasota Ford and highly recommended them.

Zach was phenomenal. We just purchased an Explorer ST and we wanted to be in and out quick because of our newborn. Zach was on top of everything. Richard in finance was great and very informative with all the options and packages with the vehicle. Gave great insight. Sarasota Ford was top notch. Thank you both for this great experience. Definitely will recommend Zach to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

Visited Sarasota Ford with my daughter to look at Bronco s. Met with sales associate Logan McLaughlin & he was very knowledgeable and able any questions we had regarding the vehicle. This was without a doubt the best buying experience I have ever had! The dealership has a restaurant on premise & we were treated to lunch while waiting for paperwork to be processed. I highly recommend Sarasota Ford to anyone looking for a stress free car shopping experience! Give Logan a shout & he ll make sure you have a great shopping experience!

Working with Jared M. from Sales was an exceptional adventure. It was easily the most relaxed car-buying process I have ever experienced. We all know how long you spend in a dealership. I appreciated the food vouchers for lunch both days and the comfortable massage chairs while I waited for paperwork to be processed. I would absolutely recommend Jared and Sarasota Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I appreciated all of the extra work he did and how I could see him going above and beyond to help make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. If you are considering a new vehicle purchase, then definitely stop by and ask for Mr. Jared!Also, Mr. Kevin S. from service helped me understand the importance of the warranty on the vehicle and why it was actually a very important feature to not overlook when buying the new vehicle. His knowledge and guidance were also very insightful. Especially since every internet warrior loves to say, "Skip it and save a buck." They aren t the ones maintaining your vehicle after you buy it, though, you are!

Came in looking at options to replace my 2018 F-150. Zach greeted us at the door and we never looked back. He provided top tier knowledge of the vehicles he showed us. A true sense of professionalism and most of all was incredibly honest and straightforward during the car buying process. We ended up leaving with a brand new F-150. This guy knows his stuff and everyone at the dealership that helped us along the way did a fantastic job. 10/10 would recommend to anyone buying a vehicle.

I went back and forth for a few months on trading in my car for a 2023 Ford Escape. Originally I went in October, and Manny was helping me; we decided it was not the right time. Manny was super helpful, and dealt with all my texts and random show ups to the dealership just to look at the vehicle and answer all my questions. On the day of purchase we arrived at 4pm, had my husband test drive it, and began to talk about trade-in options on pricing. We ended up going back and forth with the sales manager on price, still not entirely happy with the way they valued my trade in but I still took a deal. Manny was more than kind, offering water and snacks the entire process, we ended up not leaving until 10:30pm due to high volume. Although it being very late, Manny still took the time to do an overview of the suv, and offered for me to come in at a later date if I had any other questions. ALL PROPS TO MANNY. The Ford dealership itself has done what looks like a huge amount of updates as they have a restaurant, movie theater, massage chairs, and a smoothie bar to make waiting for services more comfortable. Essentially, I m actually looking forward to an oil change when the time comes.

Visited Sarasota Ford dealership after ALOT of visits to other dealerships in the area. Mike Bolton was awesome. Very polite, patient and helpful. I wasn t sure what I was looking for. He allowed me to work through only offering key insights when asking about options. Once I settled on my choice (after leaving the dealership and going home) I texted Mike of my intentions. He promptly and courteously replied and we were on for the next step. BTW this was at 6:30pm. The next day he was there, had the vehicle ready to go and we were off for a test drive. No pressure just casual conversation during the ride. Upon return he arranged to have my trade in assessed and gave me the VIP treatment while I waited. He also had three other customers at the time!!. I watched as he handled everyone; giving them and me full attention. Although I truly despise the car buying back and forth. It was kept to a minimum and we were able to close the deal. The business manager Ed Bailey and Tim the floor manger were also impressive. Great experience and was impressed with Sarasota Fords presentation and especially Mike Bolton. When receiving Email containing documentation of sales and purchase information a note is that the zip files do not open with safari if you have a MAC you must use Chrome as a browser. Highly recommend Sarasota Ford.

I am amazed at how relaxed I felt here while waiting the 90 minutes for my oil change/tire rotation.Best dealership I ve ever been to. Movie theater, and restaurant with a full meal voucher, while waiting. Good reliable guest WiFi in a town with not-so-good cell/data service. Incredible.

Greg from Sarasota Ford is absolutely amazing. Greg dealt with my husband and I for two full days in person. During this time he answered all of our questions and is truly the most honest hardworking man. Throughout our car buying process he made us feel very comfortable and reviewed a ton of different options to find the one that worked best for us. He helped us pick out our 2023 black diamond bronco and it s our dream car! You can tell he is super passionate about Ford and convinced us to make the switch from Mercedes into the Ford family!I recommend working with Greg 1000%

We bought a vehicle there recently and man like most people it can be very stressful with anticipation. We worked with Mike and I can't stress enough how easy, relaxed and comfortable we felt with him. He was down to earth , and respectful the entire time. He never pushed anything on us. He gave us space, time to think and never made me feel like I was wasting his time . When we made offers he responded with respect and worked with us to make sure we felt happy and comfortable. This was the easiest experience and I definitely will be back . No disrespect to the other team members. Look for Mike , he will make sure you are taken care of and not like you are taken advantage of. Thank you Mike we appreciate you. See you for the bronco !

Jonathon Mitchell was very helpful and professional and most of my questions, he knew the answer, but if he didn't know, he would find the answer. A great overall experience.Edit: Since buying my Explorer from them, I've had to have a few service jobs done and the service is second to none. Very helpful, and they set me up with a vehicle while mine was in the shop for a recall. I highly recommend Sarasota Ford.

I had a great experience at Sarasota Ford as I had my truck service done while I was on vacation. They were very easy to work with and Eric P specifically was very communicative and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They even took care of a recall issue that I was unaware of. I will certainly work with Eric P again in the future!

Bought a 2023 F150 Lariat Powerboost from SRQ Ford today and am absolutely in love with the truck. The staff at Sarasota Ford are the best sales and financing department I have ever dealt with. Everyone is super friendly. Alex Gonzalez was my salesman and I highly recommend him. The Sales Manager Edwin Oyola is awesome and was easy to work with. I also want to thank Brian and Eric in financing. These guys are good people. They have earned my family business for life.

My husband and I went in to look at replacing his F-150. From the moment Zach greeted us, to the moment we drove off the lot in a brand new F-150, Zach made the truck buying process a breeze! He even followed up with us today to see how it was going! Definitely recommend asking for Zach. He was extremely knowledgeable, and personable. Not your typical pushy sales guy. 10/10 for Zach, and the whole sales team at Sarasota Ford!

Our experience at Ford was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we stepped on the lot, we were treated with kindness and respect. This is my second car i've bought from Sarasota Ford and the second time I've gotten to work with the wonderful salesman Justin! He always does his best to get everything I want and more and makes the buying process so smooth. Truly one of the hardest workers I know! I absolutely love my Bronco and was so thankful that Justin was able to find me a brand new one that was coming into the dealership. This was also my second time working with Monica in finance and she is lovely and amazing to work with. Both Justin and Monica explained everything thoroughly with any questions I had! Sarasota Ford rocks! I won't buy a car from anywhere else!

I think I need to share my experience which was amazing ERIK the supervisor is amazing, Wesley is amazing everybody s so amazing, they give me the best mechanics when I go there, and they treat me so well. The best thing about Sarasota Ford is they re very thorough, they will check out your car before they give it back to you to make sure that everything works perfectly, they would never give you a car back without checking out everything, you will never get a surprise (no way!) because they will have checked it out already, forward, reverse, neutral, brake lights, camera, everything the whole 9 yards, and they go that extra mile and a half.And they know how to match you with the best mechanic to fix your situation they really zero in on your issue and then they will not give up they won t just give you back the car and say something like oh we re going to have to get you a new module and take apart your dashboard, no they would never do that that s why they are the amazing Sarasota Ford. They re like a dream team so thorough and they ll definitely figure your problem out, don t bother getting a second opinion they can take care of it.

The Ford Sales Team did an excellent job with us on selecting a new 2023 F150 to replace our 2007 F150. Zach Anadio met with us and stayed through the whole process from beginning to end and followed up after the sale. He was very professional and pleasant to answer all our questions and concerns prior to the sale and during the closing process.We were impressed with the whole Sarasota Ford Team.

Shane with the Sarasota Ford Mobile team are great people to work with keeping my fleet on the road. Shane and his team worked diligently, keeping me informed on the scheduling, diagnosis, and getting my F550 back on the road. Shane, along with Chris Palm, and their teams helped, diagnose, investigate, and fix the issue I was having with my work truck. Shane and the Mobile Service team are great managers of my two F350 s, F450, and my two F550 s. My fleet is in great hands with Shane and the Mobile Service team, no matter if it s the routine maintenance or warranty items, when they arise.
