Beware of the trashy and sloppy work this body shop does. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Honda of Sarasota they send all of there repairs to this body shop. My passenger fender had a dent they removed the entire fender to repair it and never replaced back the screws or clips they took off the headlight or moldings. They left one of inner door moldings underneath my hood on top of the motor. My Vehicle was sent back twice by Honda due to there horrible work. I myself had to order my clips and screws to repair what this body shop couldn't do. Do not allow Honda to send your vehicle to this BODY SHOP. I HAVE POSTED PICTURES.Service: Body & Trim

We had the unfortunate experience of having our six month old Lexus damaged by flying debris while traveling on interstate 75. The panoramic sun roof was badly damaged. We first met with Anthony, and then we worked with Kevin Cooper. Everyone, including Laura and Alexa, was wonderful. Kevin said it was his job to make our car as good as new and he did! He did a wonderful job of communicating during the month long process and in dealing with the insurance company.

One of the worse experiences I have ever had with an auto body repair shop. One of two Land Rover repair facilities in Tampa Bay and unfortunately due to a back log at Dimmitt I moved my vehicle here. Lack of communication and poor followup is what I experienced. Worse was the fact that when I picked my car up they didn t have the foresight to explain the new panels and repairs were in an entirely different color than the rest of the vehicle which had been wrapped. To keep someone s vehicle for ~4 months and not be clear on the repairs and not even have the wherewithal to discuss it prior to pick up was totally unacceptable!! They didn t even put the badges back on the vehicle! NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE! Lesson learned !

The CSR Marialex was very easy to work with, and made the process of fixing my mom s Range Rover smooth. She kept us updated throughout the whole time the vehicle was there and answered all of our questions. She was awesome! Highly recommend her.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to provided me with a detailed explanation of the repair process. Their transparency and willingness to answer all my questions put me at ease right away.The quality of work done on my vehicle was exceptional. It looked as good as new when I picked it up, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. The paint job matched perfectly, and I couldn't even tell there had been any damage. I won't hesitate to return if I ever need their services again.

i would give 10 starts if I could. Specifically Kevin, and his expertise, empathy, and appreciation of a bad situation that turned it pleasant. He fights for my rights as a consumer, and a customer. I will definitely bring my car back there for years to come(lets hope I dont have to)

Nice people, nice facility, but after being given an estimate I was shocked. Their price seemed wildly expensive, so I got multiple other quotes from other reputable body shops ..ALL were drastically lower (One half to one third of the cost) for the same work. Feels like gouging to me. Beware!

I would like to say a big thank you to Anthony for going above and beyond and standing behind their commitment to provide the best customer service.After receiving my car back from their shop, there were some areas I had concerns about.Anthony took the time to listen to me, and had their team relook at the areas I had concerns about and of course they did their best to accommodate what they could to reach my standards. Although I had to come back a couple of times for adjustments, no matter how many times I reached out they were willing to work with me and answer my questions and listen to my concerns.If something was a bit wobbly, they took the time to inspect the area and if needed replaced certain items to secure the stability to my satisfaction.From Laura at the front desk, to Anthony the manager, they did an outstanding job of keeping me informed and making me feel welcomed. I would recommend this company if you are wanting to work with a body shop that cares for your needs.

just picked up my car after being repaired for some body work. i was more than pleased with the work done, and all the amazing people from lexus who helped me. the car was done perfectly with all the necessary work, on time, and for the amount quoted. i wish to thank brad, laura, and alexa for their outstanding customer service. i recommend this lexus body shop rather than the place i got a quick quote for much less, but didn't include the knowledge, people, technicians, and perfect lexus service. lexus body shop on clark got the job done right.

If you want your white paint to turn yellow after 2 months, wait 10 months for parts that never come, have to fight the insurance company to pay for a windshield they said was over charged by 100s(rain sensors no longer work) then use this company. Never finished repairing my car, i could not stand to even look at my car, took the hit on the body damage and traded the car in...Service: Body & Trim

I hardly ever review any company and usually give the benefit of doubt before posting something negative but this is not the case with this company. This may be the worst experience that I've ever had dealing with any business. Apparently, there has been some management or buyout changes recently and it's probably not the same company as it used to be. No one seems to know what's going on, including the managers. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Unprofessional, rude, and they will not call or inform you what is going on with your vehicle. I will never let them work on another car I have and I will go out of my way to tell people to find a different body shop and avoid this one at all costs. You will be without your car for months! Simply put, find a more reputable body work company in Sarasota.Service: Body & Trim

The at-fault party's Insurance Company was giving me hell and trying to dodge fixing my car to what I believed to be pre-loss condition. The Body Works manager Greg and Bob went to bat for me back and forth with them to get me the best parts and service. I don't even know how long this went on. I was losing money daily staying in town waiting to resolve the issue. Not only did the Wilde team go above and beyond what's expected to resolve the issue for me, but upon realizing that I was losing money and needed to leave town. They made sure I had a vehicle out of their own pocket. They told me they would Square it up with the insurance company so I wouldn't have to deal with the headache. No body shop or dealership does that hardly anywhere it's unheard of in my experience. Great place to go to purchase or service a car if you want to feel like you're not getting burned.

Worst experience I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them at all. My car still isn t right after 8 weeks in their shop and almost $14,000 in repairs. Terrible communication. Took it back because hood wouldn t stay up, at first they said they didn t do it yet there was a charge on invoice for struts they never fixed, never connected washer fluid, engine running rough with vibration yet they couldn t hear it but every in my car could. Stay away from body works. Wilde Lexus service is great but not afflicted with Wild bodyworks

I bought my car from Wilde Lexus with some damage on the bumper so I decided to use Wilde Lexus Body Worx to replace the bumper. I could not be happier. Car looks great and it was finished on time. I took my 2016 vehicle to them to have my front end replaced as I rear ended someone and wanted my new car to look new again. The original estimate was $3,300 and 4 days. I scheduled the work to be done over 2 weeks in advance so they could get all the parts in and ready to go. I call them on the 4th day (Thursday), and they tell me the hood just came in and needed to be painted, I should have it back Monday or Tuesday. So I call on Monday and they tell me it will be ready Thursday. I called Thursday for them to tell me that it's not ready because the hood needed to be painted (which was supposedly done a week prior.) "There's a lot of cars ahead of yours." After 11 days, I go to pick up my car to find out that they tacked on an additional $200 worth of work that I did NOT authorize (since this was a customer-paid job) on top of the additional $230 I did authorize that they didn't originally notice during the estimate. On top of all that, they scratched my passenger side mirror and tried to cover it up by painting it which looks terrible, and they didn't align my fenders properly to match up with the car. If you're looking to be ripped off and dissatisfied with your car, take it here. Wilde Bodyworx is nothing but a major disappointment.
