We called Justin at Rudy s RV Repair on a Thursday morning to help us with an emergency situation on our travel trailer. The evening before I had accidentally over filled our 30 gallon black tank with water and it fell out and crashed to the ground. It ripped down the protective underbelly covering of our trailer and broke our gray tanks drain lines. After explaining the situation to Justin, he rearranged his work schedule so he could come over the same afternoon to assess the damage and get started on the repairs. After securing parts to rebuild the damaged piping, he returned the next day to complete the repairs including rebuilding the piping, remounting the tank back under our trailer, reinstalling all of the damaged underbelly covers, adding additional support straps to our tank and seal tape to any gaps in the underbelly covers. He explained all that needed to be done, patiently answered questions, did what he said he would do, in the time frame he laid out. He did an excellent job on our repairs working under wet, rainy conditions on an uncomfortable gravel covered campsite. As expected, the repairs were not cheap but given the nature and circumstances of our situation and both the quality and timeliness of the work Justin performed, we felt his price to do the job was quite reasonable. Our opinion is that Justin is a highly competent technician as well as an all around nice guy. He saved our vacation and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found him. My wife and I highly recommend him!

I needed diagnosis of an electrical issue on my motorhome and Justin methodically worked his way through my electrical system to identify the root issue. He made the necessary repairs that day and subsequently after obtaining the required parts, as well as approval from the insurer for my extended warranty. He also assisted me in making the claim under my rig s extended warranty. Justin was fair and courteous and did an excellent job in communicating about the repairs and throughout the process with the warranty company, which took several weeks. Would highly recommend Rudy s RV repair!

Justin came to our motorhome and changed our AC, replaced springs on our front passenger jack, replaced a flush out value, adjusted a shade and helped us set up our cable. He is very knowledgeable, personable and reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

This place is where to go if you need RV repair! I am a woman traveling alone, several thousand miles from home. To have someone so kind and understanding and willing to help me (even after normal business hours) was so refreshing. He got me back up and on the road same day and at a great price! I hope I don't need emergency repairs again anytime soon, but if I do I know who I am calling!

We had a small leak in our 5th wheel.Justin took time from another job to just take a peek at it- was a very small and quick repair- he fixed it before returning to the previous job. 100% satisfied!

Had a refrigeration problem while camping in Sarasota. Justin responded and analyzed the situation. Being that it was a weekend, he ordered the correct part and installed it on Monday. He is personable and very knowledgeable. Very fair in his price and explained every step of the operation. Would definitely recommend him and I would use his service in the future.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Justin from Rudy's RV repair did an outstanding job in diagnosing and repairing some vexing problems in my RV.He fixed problems that previous RV repair companies said they could not diagnose.He works diligently, sourced parts quickly, noticed and fixed some issues I hadn't thought about. He kept me in the loop as the work progressed.I could not recommend him more highly.

Really great communication and service! I had Justin install a washer/dryer and do some minor plumbing work and he did an excellent job. It ended up being a bigger job than originally anticipating and Justin was very timely and efficient! I will definitely be returning to them for any future repairs I need done.

Justin and Jessica (husband and wife) were so sweet and came out within 2 hrs of arriving at Sun Outdoors. One of the slides would not come out, step stopped coming out and refrigerator wasnt working. The second day A/C stopped working. And did stop by the day we were leaving to help with a issue. The motor home had been sitting for a year and a half so we thought there might be some issues, just not this many. If you are in Sarasota and have a issue with your motor home call Justin and Jessica!

Extraordinary service. Professional. Thorough. Informative. Timely. Rudy s RV repair replaced a cracked black tank better than new. We also had some other smaller issues with slides, awning, television. There wasn t anything Rudy s could t handle. You need help in the Sarasota area? Call Rudy s Repair. Magnificent service. We feel safer to travel now. We are a 43 foot fifth wheel.

Thanks to my neighbors' call to Justin for service, I was able to get him to fix my gas stove. Get this, the gas line was laid on top of the structural framing and being pinched by the subfloor, therefore stopping the gas from passing. Poor quality controls. Thanks to Justin, perstance to solve the problem.

In the middle of the night my grey water tank just fell out the bottom of my 5th wheel damaging my pipes, ripping out wires ect. In the moment it felt like a huge deal and I text Rudy's Repair honestly a bit early in the morning. He was there within the hour to check it out. It was a two day job but he was quick, efficient and respectful to us. He was really good at communicating what he was doing and expectations. Rv is back up and running, and Pricing was fair. Totally reccomend!
