I m a huge fan of the Quick Lane at Sarasota Ford. I can always get routine maintenance and service on my two Fords on the spot with reasonable wait times, no appointment, and often they feed me lunch or breakfast while I wait which I love. They service my Fords expertly with competitive rates, and nobody knows my cars like they do. They have their entire service history right at their fingertips. And the treat me very well, respectfully and always friendly. Never had a single problem there in 8 years.

Robbie was my Quick Lane Advisor, he was Absolutely Professional! I have an older car which he helped take care of without taking advantage of pricing and its age. My time in the quick lane at Sarasota Ford was pleasant. The staff was courteous, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. Prices were competitive. I feel like they are a little more money but I'm happy to pay it for the professionalism and overall smooth process. My truck was serviced and now is happily running well. Robbie at the counter was awesome.Now we will see how the service department does in February when I come back for some more in depth work.

Had a punctured tire from debris after Hurricane Ian and Quicklane at Sarasota Ford took care of it right away. Julio was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. And a complimentary ticket was offered for coffee or food at a decked out snack bar. Good business.

Just got my first oil change and inspection for my new F150. Ryan C. was super helpful, and got me taken care of in under an hour. New oil, filter and topped up everything else. Talked the Service Advisor Ryan Cote a few days prior me coming in for new tires to see if they were available. Came in two days later my ticket was already written and added a oil change and alignment as well. He told me a time since i waiting and it was done before that time line. I was down in fort myers with battery problems at their quick lane. Called my Sarasota ford quick lane around 4pm, immediately picked up and was so helpful. Julio was above and beyond and sent me my battery warranty through email right away which helped me deal with the fort myers location. I love the Sarasota location! I chose Quick Lane Tire & Auto based on other good reviews and they exceeded my expectations. A couple of nails in a tire on the 1st full day of vacation could have made for a bad start to the week, but they ordered a new tire, installed the spare while we waited, and had it replaced the next day. It was an easy and stress free experience. Thanks to Jimmy and the great service techs for their friendly, efficient, and professional service.

Outstanding service, friendly customer rapport, and the best waiting facility while your car is in service. I'm glad to have the extra tire protection plan on my maintenance covers because the leaky front tire was a nail in the sidewall apparently in a spot that is unrepairable so I needed to replace the tire. Glad the root cause of the problem was found and repaired. The Waiting Area is quite comfortable and includes a convenient make-to-order sandwich shop, massage chairs, and a small movie theater. I might come here just for date night !

Very happy with my experience at Sarasota Ford. Service Advisor Nick handled my service request in a professional manner. Technicians/mechanics did a great job changing my oil and inspecting my car. Their office and waiting area are great! Thanks for all the hard work you guys do!!

Great team at the quick Lane! Nick and the crew got my F-150 in and out of there in a few hours for a major 50k service. We needed four new tires on our 2015 Ford Edge. We made an appointment, we were given a time frame which was accurate. While waiting we were able to relax in the Ford Theater and watch a movie and enjoy some free snacks. Nick, the assistant service manager was very professional and had the job done as quickly as he could with the staff that were available. Always friendly, and a free car wash is offered as well. Nick helped fill out the rebate for the tires and sent that in on our behalf as well.

The employees are very nice but every time i get an oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT it takes at least two hours. Today when the service advisor asked the tech "how much longer"? the tech shrugged and said "don't know, never done a Prius before". This is especially interesting because the finance people at this dealership assured me that the extended Ford coverage warranty would ensure that the mechanic that services my car would have the appropriate" Toyota certification.. Again the service advisor is a really pleasant nice guy, but why make an appointment? And why is this dealership trying to service non Ford brands of they don't have appropriate staff?

Quick Lane-Even though I bought my truck in Venice Ford and I could get the my service and oil changes elsewhere cheaper, I will never go anywhere else. This Quick Lane is the best in the area and the manager, Thomas, is absolutely spectacular. You won't find a cleaner and better organized service department anywhere. I can actually trust the work being done (you can watch it yourself while you wait) and if there's ever an issue, Thomas will be sure to make it right, immediately.

I had an issue with the vehicle I recently purchased. Daniel worked to make sure me and my truck was taken care of. They would have been technically in the right to force me to pay for the repair, but Daniel showed excellent customer service skills and ensured the issues were fixed by the dealership. This is a rarity in the world of auto repair and was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sarasota Ford on every side of service!Service: Engine repair

I have had many services done on my vehicle here and definitely appreciate all they do! They re very informative and assisting in everything. On August 24th, 2021, I traveled to Sarasota from out of state. Upon arriving, I reached 20,000, and required service on my vehicle. A maintenance for life plan was part of my original purchase. It turned out to be only my group of dealers, and not the manufacturer. Nick Munn was my service advisor; and went above and beyond to find a coupon to help me. They also give a voucher for the cafe. They would have also washed my truck afterwards, had I not installed an aftermarket roof rack. Great service guys; and thank you Nick!

Nick M in the quick lane service center went above and beyond. My car is almost at 100k miles and needed quite a few things done! Great service! On the Sunday morning before Christmas Eve I noticed a nail in my tire. I was very concerned about getting a repair done in time for the holidays. Quick Lane was open early that morning and they started on the repair right away. They even offered complimentary Uber service so I could go to church while the repair was under way. It was completed by the time church was over. The cost of service was very reasonable. Manager Jimmy Savaiano followed up to make sure all was well with my car. This is a very nice business located conveniently near downtown. Highly recommended!

Great service.. They were able to take me same day for an oil change. It took about two hours but with the Cafe voucher and massage chairs.. Plus a walk to publix for grocery shopping, it was a great experience. I would recommend

Great and quick service! Fair prices, too! Went in for a tire patch as we were driving through town. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Plus, we left with full bellies from the complimentary vouchers at the in house cafe. Wish we had this at home!

Very difficult to reach a human to talk to... and when the switch you to another department, they also do not answer and have an automated voice just say "Goodbye!" and then disconnect you!!! this happened multiple times... not just one instance! They came recommended, but now I have to evaluate the credibility of my source!!!!
