Chris did a fantastic job making my car new again. He also completed the job in a timely manner - which I really appreciated. Barbara handled all details including the car rental, and kept me up to date with how things were progressing. Hopefully I won't need autobody work again, but if I do I will only use Planet Auto. Very honest, didn t try to rip me off because I m a woman who knows little to nothing about cars. Wiped off a scratch I was given an $800 estimate for at a different auto body.

I share the same sentiment that many other reviewers have left. Chris has the best shop in town. We were told by multiple people to not go anywhere else and I cannot agree more. I had a lot of dings and scratches from hurricane Ian and when I picked my truck up it looked brand new!Chris was great at keeping us updated while waiting for parts and such. Barb was very professional and helpful as well!If you are in the area and need body work, you have to use Planet Auto Body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just can't say enough good things about these people. Competent, efficient, finished ahead of time. Took care of absolutely all the annoying details of scheduling and payment with the insurance company and rental car dealer. Barbara even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for my rental car.I dropped off my car with a torn rear bumper. Hadn't been through a car wash for months. When I picked it up, it looked like new - spotless, beautifully repaired and painted, and even washed.This is the way service used to be fifty years ago. Chris did an excellent job. Total cost came in much cheaper than quoted because a part wasn't needed. The office manager Barbara is wonderful to talk to. We had a problem with scheduling and they couldn't be more accommodating. Overall the experience was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any auto body needs in the future.

I have been here on two different occasions to get my SUV painted ; and both times I came away very pleased Chris is the man to see if you need to get your car painted. A true professional. He came highly recommended and I can see why ! My SUV IS 8 yrs old but now looks like showroom material ! I m glad I made the right choice and thank you Barbara for explaining to me the process and your honesty

I have only high praise for the excellent work done by Planet Autobody. It all began with a friendly, and helpful introduction by Barb, the receptionist. Then I was introduced to Chris, the owner, who provided me with an estimate. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the work that would have to be done on my vehicle.When I picked up my car, after the work had been completed, I was delighted at how beautifully the repair had been completed. It was like there had never been a problem. I highly recommend Planet Autobody.

I am probably the most pickiest person on the planet when it comes to paint and body work. I went to Planet Auto body to get some paint work done on my motorcycle and Chris did an excellent job. I even won my first bike show a week later. I can't say enough good things about the work he did. Thanks Chris

If you want your car or truck repaired as though it was new come see them! Chris is a straight shooter he ll tell you the facts and make sure you totally understand what you re getting for the money each time I ve been here they have done nothing but the best Repair. Went and saw Chris about my damaged door. His estimate was hundreds less than the big chain with the same warranty. Done on time and excellent finish.

I was referred to Planet by friends at Hawley Motors. I wen there to get some scratches removed from my Mercedes SL 450. The work was flawless, reasonably priced, and done on time. This is definitely the Place to go for body work.

I was in town for a few days to see my family for thanksgiving.so I rented a car from enterprise to get around town and someone scraped the passenger door and rear bumper of the vehicle I rented,i panicked because I thought this will ruined my vacation...i went to several auto body shops in the area and they would not help me and we re charging WAY too much to fix the damages.i was running out of vacation time and really I was about to give up until I found Planet Auto body and man was I VERY IMPRESSED how the owner Chris helped me with everything....They fix everything like it was Brand spanking new.they really took good care of me..I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in Sarasota,Florida area.
